Pros: This bed and breakfast is lovely. It's a beautiful old villa that has been renovated with great taste in an eclectic and contemporary style. We had a garage for the car and storing our bikes. It was very peaceful and quiet at night. Breakfast was simple but Marie -Ange was willing to provide more if you wanted. The hosts are extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful - they are knowledgeable about the area for walking, cycling, shopping and eating. Marie-Ange recommended several good local restaurants - don't miss "La ptite Franquette", set behind the quayside. The area is lovely with a fantastic family beach just a few hundred yards away

The house itself is awesome as well, green areas to relax, sheltered bike parking, outdoors sitting for breakfast, sparkling clean, comfortable rooms with a fine taste in decoration. We really enjoyed the homemade breakfast with freshly squeezed juice and of course all the attention and care from the owner. A great experience overall.

Pros: The staff were great and the air conditioning was very welcome. It was clean and functional.
Cons: Shame there is no coffee/tea making facilities. The location is bleak, trading estate and truck stop just off a major road. So, for nothing but a late night stopover it is fine but otherwise I would say it’s worth paying a little bit more to be at a better location.

Pros: Easy to find, breakfast ok.
Cons: Far from Eco friendly, staff need grow up, coffee at breakfast from mashine, no handwash in the room
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It was so clean and new. The staff were great and it was unbeatable value. Thanks
Cons: It was a taxi ride from the town centre, that’s all
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were just stopping by to sleep and continue to our next destination the following morning. For our purposes, we couldn't have asked for more (easily accessible and right next to the road to continue in the morning). Two of us had breakfast in the morning and said it was very good (vegetarian but no vegan options available). The rooms were very clean. One of our rooms had a small terrace, which our dog appreciated! Huge TV as well. There's a bakery downstairs which was open until about 8pm.
Cons: It would have been nice to have vegan breakfast options available.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Bed s good. Good range of choice for breakfast ast.
Cons: On arrival the room we were allocated was not cleaned. Moved to another room. The second morning the shower was not working. Reception refunded the cost of our breakfast. Allocated room on 4th floor, even though we said we had a dog. Difficult for the dog using lift, stairs long way up.
7.5 Good
Pros: Location next to big hospital, but not too noisy in the night, and plenty of free parking (after the local businesses had shut).
Cons: A base for looking around, but not much in the direct area. We drove 4-5 miles to Pornichet for a walk by the sea and a great dinner.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable bed! Excellent value for money.
Cons: For the cost of this hotel, I am not sure there is anything to improve.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was very nice and simple. Wasn't keen on the coffee, out of a machine and appeared to be very watery..
Cons: Would of been nice to have tea/ coffee making facilities in the room but maybe this isn't a French thing.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was clean efficient staff were very helpful
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good location, easy parking, welcoming Reception, easy check-in, easy access to our floor and room, very comfortable room with adequate facilities, quiet location, simple but enjoyable breakfast, Friendly check-out. Fantastic pice. Mission achieved and beautiful weather.
Cons: Unfortunately there was not a drinks bar.
7.5 Good
Pros: No carpets or decorative cushions or bedspreads, which are difficult to keep clean from one guest to the next. Interconnected rooms, perfect for families. Easy parking. ECO concept.
Cons: There is no air-conditioning, and it was somewhat hot, so we had to open the windows to sleep comfortably. They only provide two towels per room, and they are small. Not even a small one to place your feet when you shower. Though I relate to the protect the environment concept, I think they would be more consistent if the hotel would use smaller TVs (they are quite big for the size of the rooms), and supply at least one hand towel. And a small hand soap on the basin, please.

Pros: Wonderfully helpful staff. They spoke clearly and slowly for me in French and when I couldn’t understand something they spoke in English. The breakfast was good. The room very clean. They locked our bikes up for us. Good position in the town.
Cons: I would have liked a hairdryer in the room. I would have liked more choice than cornflakes for cereal ie muesli... but it’s no big deal. The croissants were exceptional!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: There's a nice quiet terrasse at the back of the attached restaurant. The restaurant was very modern with a nice menu choice. They are very dog friendly and extremely helpful to cyclists. Cons: There is no air conditioning, just a small electric fan and no hair dryer.

Pros: Nice little hotel in the quiet neighbourhood. Sea is in the walking distance, as well as restaurants and the center of the village. I liked the view from the balcony of our room and that it was really quiet at night even sleeping with open windows.
Cons: The room for 3 people was a bit small, but we didn't mind since we stayed just one night. We forgot to book the breakfast in the afternoon and it was difficult to find a good breakfast outside the hotel - except for croissants and coffee, of course :)

Pros: The rooms are small but very clever and a great bathroom with walk-in shower which I love compared to those bath/showers. Great bed. Great A/C.
Cons: Rooms could be a bit bigger...

Pros: Typical ibis. Chain hotel. You know what you're getting.
Cons: The restaurant menu was not appetising, but you don't stay at an ibis for the restaurant food.

Pros: Excellent location with great views of the St Nazaire bridge and right by the beach.
Cons: The restaurant was closed the night I stayed!

Pros: Excellent location at the side of the Loire, 40 minutes to the airport at Nantes, the owner and staff were very polite, breakfast was more than ample to set us up for the day. I would definitely be booking there again on my next trip to the area.
Cons: Rubber protective under sheet made the bed too warm but they are there for a reason and didn't spoil my stay.

Pros: Great location, comfy bed, big balcony off the room, friendly greeting, excellent breakfast.
Cons: Booking said "free breakfast" but in fact we were charged for it which was a great disappointment considering the hotel was already way over our normal budget.
