Pros (+) I was very impressed with the staff and how accommodating they were. Top-of-the-line hospitality as well as convenient bar and restaurant located in the lobby. Close to everything downtown and valet parking!

Normally this would not be an issue, but for whatever reason the hold on my card kept me from staying at another hotel later in the week which was very inconvenient. Had it not been a holiday weekend this would not have upset me as much as it did.
