An expensive bed
Room was clean
Service was poor. They would not take a new guest in until exactly 2 pm when they had limited rooms clean even then due likely to slow or poor cleaning service staff. When checking out, the front desk assigned one person to all check outs (who was a good employee) though others on the front desk appeared to be doing nothing or certainly nothing as important than serving guests.
Efficient check-in, free shuttle bus and peaceful location not far from Amsterdam center.
We can't think of anything not to like.
