Great location connected to everything with public transportation. Staff was very knowledgeable and did help with information
The rooms were cold and the heat didn't rise getting out of the showers in the am was the worst other than that not bad

There is a Brazilian guy Atila, who was super kind and pleasing, but the whole staff was respectful, warmhearted, and gentle. We loved Amsterdam and certainly would come back and stay in this hotel. The free parking is unbeatable and you can go to the city center by tram 17, which its stop is located only 3 minutes on foot from the hotel.”
