Pros (+) The staff were more than helpful. The room was clean and well decorated, the bed was comfy. The in-room safety deposit box was a nice touch. The location was spot on in Miraflores, a nice part of town, it felt safe and not at all threatening. Being close to the ocean was great and the development around the coastline will make this an even more attractive location.
Cons (-) The windows didn't lock. The door lock mechanism felt flimsy. But it felt like a safe place so maybe security doesn't need to be so tight?!?
