This hostel was my favourite of my whole trip! I was a little intimidated by the party hostel vibe but as soon as I arrived I felt so comfortable ! The staff were amazing, so so friendly and helpful, the location is very central and easy to get anywhere from, the rooms are comfortable and the common area and bathrooms are always clean! Plus it was just fun, all the rooms had funny names and it just had such a relaxed, fun, social vibe! Amazing for solo travellers

The staff was friendly and fun to go out with, Reagan and Aline (?) especially and a girl whose name I don’t remember with brown hair and the underneath shaved. They were also helpful when my friends bag got lost and she needed to borrow a phone to call them a few times. Super easy to meet people and had a good time both nights that we did the pub crawl. Lisbon knows how to party.
The bathrooms were dirty (no toilet paper, condoms in the shower, etc). Only one toilet on every floor.

The staff at this place are unreal! Adam, Reagan(hope that’s spelt right), in-fact the whole crowd, really do make you feel welcome and get you so pumped up you enjoy every second you are there. Breakfast is basic but free. Showers are warm with good pressure. Entertainment is off the scale! Location is great, in the heart of the pub district with plenty of restaurants local. 2 min walk to Metro station, 15 min walk to the water front. If I was 10 years younger I wouldn’t have left! Thank you for a fantastic stay!
The top bunks are pretty high. Getting down is a struggle, even more so after a night out. No shelf either so you have to hope nothing falls down when sleeping. Pillow was unfortunately pathetic.... need at least two of them but that might just be my age....

The staff were very friendly and they made a good effort to try to help me with any concern that I had. I think the sleeping areas were comfortable too and I really liked that the hostel made the effort to have a lot of group activities. It was much easier to meet people in this hostel than at other hostels that I'd been at. The location was great too, I felt like it was easy to get to most of the places in Lisbon that I wanted to go to. The house dinner was delicious both times I tried it too.
I was disappointed to hear that the washing machines wasn't working and so there was no place to do on-site laundry. I had some trouble locating the laundromat nearby. I also was disappointed to see that the coffee machine broke during my time there and sometimes, it looked like the food preparation area was a little dirty. Also, it felt a little like the staff weren't looking out too much for guests on the pub crawls, although the pub crawls themselves were very fun.
