Pros:Very clean and modern designed room, free breakfast was tasty and not too busy on a Saturday morning, one bedroom room layout was well laid out and plenty of room for a family of four (2 adults, two kids). Staff friendly and reservation for pool was easy. Pool area was nice. Pet friendly (we did not travel with a pet, but saw a few dogs walking with their families in the hallways during our stay.
Cons:King bed in master bedroom and sofa bed could be more comfortable; hotel only issued one key that powers the hotel room (I used my digital key on the Hilton app for the “second key”). I tried asking for a second key for the pool area and the staff responded by letting me in themselves instead of issuing a second key. Both of these things were minor in my opinion and this place is a best-kept secret if you are going to Pleasanton/Dublin area and you have a pet.
Pros:Hotel was super clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Had fun making crazy waffle creations for my wife at breakfast.
Cons:Price was higher than normal due to the College Football Playoff game just down the road.
Pros:The extended stay is a nice clean place with a good breakfast. They also have a wonderful snack area that you can buy extra food so you don’t have to drive to the grocery store.
Cons:Shower was terrible. During the day, the water was hard to adjust and was at a scalding level (hopefully children are not left alone or they will easily receive burns.) then in the morning, there wasn’t enough heat and the shower was only luke warm. Secondly, the flimsy wood panel that is under the bathroom sink fell off when my wife bumped it just missing her feet. Had to call maintenance to fix.
