Pros (+) Friendly, professional staff; wonderful complimentary breakfast to include freshly made omelettes and Starbucks coffee; indoor pool, fitness room, and guest laundry; extremely comfortable beds.
Cons (-) There was a large, loud group who checked in towards the end of our stay and were very loud and unruly all hours of the day or night. The hotel was very apologetic to us and offered us many complimentary options to resolve the matter as well as monitor and attempt to control the other party.
Pros (+) The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel had a pool which unfortunately closes at 10PM but also a fitness center which is open 24/7. I would highly recommend staying at Maplewood Inn Syracuse.
Cons (-) The pool closes at 10PM which isn't really a big deal.
Pros (+) We were very impressed with the hotel. Everything was very clean and the breakfast in the morning was delicious - you can make your own fresh waffles! The kitchenette area was wonderful, even though we didn't cook, we used some of the utencils. The hotel is right off of the highway, so it's perfect for an overnight stay while on a roadtrip (which is what we did)! Thank you :)
