Pros. Minutes from everything you need access to. Lots of things to do and the staff was extremely helpful for suggestions.
Cons. No a/c just a small fan but it sounds like it doesn't get too hot so we understand.
Pros. Location near the eye puts tourists in the middle of the action. Staff was great - friendly and responsive. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Great value for London. Very satisfied - would recommend this hotel to any tourist visiting London on a budget.
Cons. This is a "value" hotel - if you want curb service for luggage, deluxe rooms, and special help with arrangements go elsewhere. The staff, however, makes every effort to provide assistance.
