Cons: The bed was not very comfortable. The room air conditioning did not get cold fast enough
Pros: Extremely friendly and helpful front desk and maid staff. Great air conditioning given the temperatures outside. You should team with Briggs -- one of the most interesting and best spots for breakfast that I have ever experienced.
Cons: Lighting in the rooms could be much brighter and everyone would love it. With today's LEDs, you could up the lumens and save money as well. I don't think hotel management realizes how much this would add to a visit. My home is at least 2X as bright in every room (except the basement) than my room was here.
Pros: Location was very close to what we wanted to do and places to eat.
Pros: The kindness that everyone had for me. Everyone always making sure I was happy. And that my needs were met. A very kind, friendly & caring environment.
Cons: Couldn’t get any law enforcement preferred rates because I booked through a 3rd party although the site was the actual place payment was received.
Pros: Plenty of amenities and friendly staff.
Pros: Friendly staff, great location.
Cons: Nowhere to lock up our passports.
Pros: We like the fact its alot places you can go to like places to eat shopping plazas walmart not to far Target walking distance
Cons: We wish they have breakfast in the morning like all the other hotels
Pros: The person above me did aerobics at 10pm and weighed at least 600 lbs, very noisy.

Pros: Staff were exceptionally helpful first night no air conditioning in room but was moved to a new room immediately Very nice cleaning staff
Pros: The staff and manager was extremely pleasant.
Pros: The staff was accommodating. Breakfast was great. I arrived very late and appreciated the adjustment made for the time of my stay.
Cons: There were structural mishaps i.e. base board missing on the wall in the room. Also paint chipped in the hall way.
Pros: location was great for where I was going
Pros: The manager Mr. Patel was very accommodating. The hotel is in renovations, so he made it a comfortable stay for my wife and I, we will stay there again and have suggested that location to friends and family during and after our stay.
Cons: I was there in town for a family reunion so did not get to enjoy the pool due to other activities away from the hotel, I will next stay.
Pros: The best part of the hotel was the breakfast. There were fresh scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage with numerous other choices like danish, muffins and make your own waffles. I can't say enough about the breakfast.
Cons: I booked a room with two beds. I was traveling with my mother to see family. They put us in a room with one king bed. Not a good start. They switched rooms for us and gave us one with two beds. The room was clean, but it has some small holes in the bedspread that were visible. Then the shower had a glass door that was on rollers. When we went to take a shower, the door would not stay closed it kept rolling back and you either had to hold the door with one hand, or let the water splash onto the floor. We told the staff, but they never took care of it while we were there for 3 days. So each night we had to ask for more towels as we used them on the floor so we wouldn't slip. One of the days we asked specifically for room service, only to find out the maid never cleaned our room. Finally when we were in the room during the day, we heard constant banging. They were replacing the carpets and were working in the room right next to ours. I'm glad they are upgrading, it needs it, but they should have put us in a room where we wouldn't hear the noise.
Pros: Nothing, the hotel room was old, carptet had huge stains, there was a stench throughout the room, outdated furniture that was dirty as well. This hotel was a 1 star rating. Homeless people and drug addicts were some of the guest.
Cons: The hotel room was old, carptet had huge stains, there was a stench throughout the room, outdated furniture that was dirty as well. This hotel was a 1 star rating. Homeless people and drug addicts were some of the guest.
Pros: Been here several times. Very nice stay. Maybe some turkey bacon or sausage for the breakfast?
Cons: The fire alarm went off multiple times, for 30-45min The room was cleaned but provided no towels or coffee.
Pros: Location was excellent.
Cons: 1st room- no place to hang clothes; bathroom light did not work; house phone did not work. 2nd room- clothes bar installed loose & crooked; shower fittings leaked; coffee for in-room machine was hidden; at7:20 AM someone was outside my 1st floor window running a power lawnmower while I was trying to sleep; card key latch on back door was broken.
Pros: The bed was comfortable, close to shopping, front desk,
Cons: Thin walls, rooms needs a renovation, felt overpriced.

Pros: Nothing! you should not recommend anyone for this hotel.
Cons: I took several pics as it was horrendous. The entrance door to my room wasn't secure I could see out to the hallway on the latch side . the whole place was filthy!
Pros: Room just like home
Pros: Proximity to where we were going.
Cons: The man at the counter was not helpful and rude. Not a good experience. He was the most unprofessional person I have dealt with in the 30 years I have been traveling.
Cons: Pool closed, needs to be updated, lamps in room - one not working, lamp shade torn on the other.
Cons: Very upset about being overcharged $300.00 for one night and no refund. The manager said it was all sorted, I didn’t know this was his sort of “sorting”. Not a happy customer.
Pros: The only thing we liked was the location. But the room was awful. The towels were used and the put back. The bathroom was filthy and had not been cleaned. The sheets on the bed were not fresh and the sofa was disquusting. Because it was so bad we dared to try breaksfast......so nothing except the desk person
Cons: Everything above
Pros: Good customer service, clean rooms, and continental breakfast were some of the benefits of staying at this hotel.
Cons: A few extra towels in addition to what they already provide would be nice.
Pros: Much improved since last visit
Pros: The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good. The hotel was so convenient. Thanks for such a great experience.
Cons: Maybe some drink machines.
Cons: The breakfast was very skimpy compared to other hotels. The room smelled moldy, probably due to the lack of cleaning the A/C unit. The bathroom floor almost appeared greasy. I had housekeeping re clean it.
Cons: there was no heat or air in our room and the breakfast was cereal if you got down stairs in time. no screens on the windows smelled of smoke. DO NOT STAY THERE
Pros: The size of the room, bed, & TV size

Pros: Nothing at all about that motel!Very dirty & had roaches running around everywhere. Why would you support a place like this It shouldn't even be in business. I hope you don't charge me because i didn't stay there. I demand my money & all of it.
Cons: When we pulled in the parking lot there were people standing around drinking. one of the room had about 5 people in it smoking & drinking. The rooms were dirty & stunk . so bad we demanded our money back because we did not stay there at all.He got angry.
Pros: Nothing likeable about this place
Cons: Most rude foreign people I’ve dealt with!!! Very very rude!!!!
Pros: At least the room was not horribly dirty.
Cons: Cheap, cheap, CHEAP fall apart in hand single ply toilet paper, especially when I really needed toilet paper. The towels were only stocked two per room, and were small and old, then a lecture from the front desk to get two replacements.
Pros: Nothing , service was rude and the room were dirty and had to kill some bugs . this place is half of star if you were to give it not a 2 star
