Pros: We were taken by the cute English decor and laid back atmosphere of Hill Top Inn and Suites. The staff is friendly and we just love Miss Jocelyn. The complementary breakfast was made to order. We recommend visiting the Burns Pub on site.
Pros: Staff were incredibly friendly. Rooms were a little dated but comfortable. Breakfast was nice.
Cons: We had a first floor room and the person above us sounded like he/she was running foot races at 5 in the morning. Other than that, everything was great.
Pros: Good personal service, don't stay here if you like cookie-cutter hotels.
Enjoy your visit to Broomfield with a stay at Hilltop Inn & Suites. Guests looking for a bite to eat can check out Burns Pub and Restaurant, one of 2 restaurants, which serves British cuisine and is open for lunch and dinner. A bar/lounge and a terrace are other highlights, and rooms at this romantic hotel feature fireplaces and kitchenettes.
Pros: The location, the breakfast, the room at Hyatt house was a pleasant surprise. As my first stay at a Hyatt house, I was pleased to find a sitting area in addition to a bed and bath. The breakfast was above average for hotels that provides breakfasts. In addition to fresh cut up fruits and real oatmeal I enjoyed the personal omelets.
Cons: The coffee was weak and 'scrambled' eggs were obviously powdered eggs. Yuk. I consider these minor issues because there was enough of a selection of other breakfast items to avoid these missteps.
Cons: Desk too small for working
Pros: Great location, easy access to other areas of Colorado. Hiking and biking trails near by. Shopping, eating all within the same area.
Quality free breakfast
Pros: Morning buffet was excellent. Housekeeping very good. Evening managers special very nice.

Cons: Slow elevator and the interior of hotel was dated
Pros: Comfortable beds, good breakfast, nice staff, the hot tub is hot now (last time I stayed it wasn't), nice extra blankets.
Cons: TV takes about 30 seconds to change channels, the heater stopped working twice, and they had no towels in the pool.

Pros: The staff was attentive and helpful but not intrusive or interfering. The facility was spotless. Great stay.

Pros: Nice, clean, comfy hotel with friendly & helpful staff!!!
Cons: Absolutely zero complaints!
Pros: I had the pleasure of staying at the Flatiron Renaissance hotel from 12/21-12/27. It was conveniently located near my daughters home and with the Kayak deal it was a great value. My room had a spectacular view of the Front Range. The room was beautiful and very clean. The breakfast buffet was wonderful!! The chef makes the best omelettes and is so pleasant. Our waiter was like an old friend by the end of the week. I would definitely stay there again. My only complaint is the cost of internet access is really high. I chose to use my computer at my daughters home but I was fortunate to have an alternative.

Pros: The room was pretty clean. There were a few areas missed.
Cons: The first day I returned at 5pm to find the staff just cleaning my room. The next day I returned at 4:30p to find my room was not cleaned at all. Maybe they were short staff? They have a small indoor pool and a small work out room, but both were empty when I was there. I feel the hotel is over priced for what the offer.

Pros: no issues, everyone was happy to help, customer service was great.
Pros: Nice staff,
Cons: Pay for WiFi, no USB charging ports, ice machine broken on my floor and no refrigerator, I had to push the elevator door to get it to close,
Cons: Too crowded.. Not enough staff to help monitor the NYE madness. There were people everywhere in the lobby outside in the hallway... I paid Over &200 for a couple to stay ONE night there! And there was no continental breakfast... They charged me $6 for a bagel and cream cheese in the morning....On my floor there was a crowd of people just outside chillin in the hallway with a giant dog all night! The elevators were so crammed after New Years it was pure chaos and there was no staff anywhere!! to monitor the situation and the stair were impossible to find no signs anywhere to locate finally a random man came and helped... He wakes ahead of us as if we were mutants and didn't say much... For working in the hospitality business it justifiably seem right. Later that evening my boyfriend went to get some ice and stumbled upon A crowd of people and a man seriously Ou of control. He saw him beat the shot out of a guy right there in the hotel. There were crazy people runnin around with NO staff support!!!!! I was afraid to leave my room!!. My friends saw him freak out on two people on two occasions through out that night and there was no staff to call the police on him which needed to be done. It was stupid loud and chaotic and yes it wasNYE but this place looked classy and professional on the outside but they had no care to have the staff they needed for such a crazy night.. And not feeding us anything not even juice or
Coffee!!!! in the morning for the amount we paid is just stupid. I will never return.

Pros: room was well-equiped with kitchen and comfortable desk so it could allow in-room meal prep and business work. Comfortable, and it had lights beside the bed for reading (don't laugh - amazing how few hotels actually have reading lights for bed reraders).
Cons: It was large and busy - a popular place but in the morning resulted in lots of folks trying to squeeze into a small eating area. Also, an odd process - once checked in still had to use a key to go from the registration area to the rooms - seemed strange to be in the lobby and checked in then have to use a room key to access the hotel and then the room.
Pros: Front desk staff were exceptional..great..experienced and VERY customer centered.
Both AM and PM..really unusually good, personable and caring.
Beds, rooms, complete kitchen..all good breakfast..all for under 90.00. Amazing.
Cons: Nothing..the outside does not present for the great remodel of the rooms inside

Cons: My husband and I ended up getting a handicap room by accident, so there was no tub and the shower flooded the entire bathroom. The room smelled musty all night as a result of the wet bathroom floor.
Pros: The room is studio. It feels like you are staying in your own apt.
Cons: The location is bit far from any object atraction.
Pros: The staff was nice and the breakfast was better than most.
Cons: The kitchen was dirty. The bathroom had black mold on the wallpaper. The exhaust fan was spinning but obviously blocked.
Pros: We went for our son graduation at CU in Bolder Co. the service was excellent, the personnel very attentive at all levels and assist us when requested. We like Residence Inn and must of the times we try to stay in this hotel.
Pros: staff is very friendly
Pros: I liked everything, it was clean, nice, convenient and friendly.
Cons: Kind of a ways from the interstate with traffic but other than that no complaints!
Pros: The hotel staff were very friendly and willing to make our stay a great one.
Pros: Large studio with kitchen. Very comfortable bed. GREAT lighting over the vanity. I did a 1:00 am checkin and the staff was exceptional. Offered snacks from the kitchen since I had been on the road for hours and local restaurants were closed.
Cons: Located by busy highway. The traffic was louder than normal.
The continental breakfast had lots of options and was good.
Pros: The room assigned to us was great. Fit my family well, king bed and hide a bed. Free Parking & next to bike trail
Cons: Pool was smaller then the pictures made it look.
Pros: Residence Inn brand
Cons: Staff was unfriendly, ignored requests and took pleasure in disappointing guests. Very noisy adjacent to Freeway.
Overall good experience. Definitely meet the majority of our needs.
Pros: As a family we really appreciated the room having a kitchen. The full size fridge and microwave came in very handy. The free breakfast was also quite good. I was excited to see the make your own waffle station!
Cons: The only thing I was not completely pleased with was our bed and the pillows. It was a little too springy for me. And I needed more than 1 pillow, but less than 2 pillows to be comfortable. I can't really elaborate on that any more.
More like a nicely furnished studio apartment than hotel room. Excellent room layout, great furnishings, excellent amenities. The public space is modern and diverse, and breakfast was great, with a very relaxed atmosphere.
Pros: Large but warm and comfortable room - big couch!
Cons: Manager's reception is only one or two nights a week.

Pros: The location is perfect if you are going to an event at the 1stbank center, otherwise I would not recommend this hotel. Staff is nice. Bed is comfy. Free parking lot is nice.
Cons: The walls are paper thin, very noisy even though I was on the top floor. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom - you can do the math there. There is no food/room service of any sort.
Pros: Aloft is very clean, modern with a friendly staff. The location and amenities were perfect for our trip, including the concert at the nearby venue!
Cons: The service counter looked cheap. & the side exits didn't not work.
Pros: Very trendy and modern
Cons: Construction was occurring during my stay, causing loud banging. When advising the staff, I received an apology but the construction continued. At check out, I advised the front desk and was disregarded.
Pros: comfortable beds/pillows
room very comfortable and roomy
excellent location "for us"
Cons: no continental breakfast

Pros: The swimming pool, water slide, and little frog slide were great. My son loves it, we had to physically remove him to go. He is 2. We took turns going down the slide with him. There is a lifeguard on duty when the slide is open. The breakfast was good, they had biscuits and Gravy, pancakes, and then everything else you usually see if free breakfasts. The hotel was clean and family oriented. You could see the mountains from our window. It's close to many restraint options, with lots of variety from bar food to Chinese food to pizza delivery. The soap in the bathroom is bath and body and smells really good, it's white citrus. There are many channels on the tv, with HBO so we never ran out of movies. Beds are comfy.
Cons: Our room did not have a mini fridge. I wish every hotel room had this. For how much we paid for the room, I assumed we would have one. Also, my blow drier only worked for a minute and then stopped. I couldn't get it to start again.

Cons: Upon entering the parking lot, the was an entire windowpane cracked and duck-taped on the ground floor. Already nervous, entering the lobby was worse. It was dirty and smelled. There was no one at the desk and when the clerk finally arrived, he became agitated when asked about safety and the window. We politely explained that a single young woman was going to be staying alone without a car and the broken window was concern. The clerk became threatening, would not refund our reservation and followed us out to the car and stayed in the parking lot until we drive away.
We ended up having to pay another $150 for a room and still have been refunded the Travelodge booking.
