Very expensive and the room very small
Staff was extremely helpful during our stay. Their restaurant is exceptional and we ate dinner there twice. Room with balcony and river is a must.
Limited space for clothing and our toiletries were never refilled. Seemed odd for the price of the room.
Staff very pleasant and helpful. Fantastic location. Evening meal in restaurant very, very good (but definitely not cheap!).
Breakfast isn't included in the room rate - 35ChF for a full buffet (plus some individually cooked egg items & pancakes) or a croissant and coffee for (I think) 15 ChF. The hotel's in an historic building so there are steps from the street to reception and on the individual floors between rooms. I think it's possible to enter through the bar/restaurant and take a lift to reception but I'd certainly check if you have any mobility issues
The location is exceptional, and the view from the restaurant wonderful. The dinner was excellent, if expensive, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a wide selection and you can sit outside right next to the river.
My room had no view, although it was billed as 'Lovely view of old town' - I essentially looked into an Italian restaurant... from a distance of 5m. The room was small, and the 'double bed'was two single beds pushed together...
I like the location of the hotel and the friendly of the staff
If I got bigger room
