Pros: The bed
Cons: Breakfasts starts at 8:30- by then I was working so I didn’t benefit from the free breakfasts - there is no convenient store nearby or restaurants- for the price -the hotel should at least have vending machines with drinks and snacks - we rented an electrical boat -payed the minimum of 2 hours $160 - the person who was setting us up arrive 20 min later and that boat ran out of power in the middle of the lake, they rescued us, moved to another boat and that second boat stopped working as well- They didn’t want to give us some discount for the inconvenience and for the fact that we had payed for two hours and ended up being able to use it only for 45 min and not the two hours we paid for. I wouldn’t go back to this hotel; pictures are very deceiving. The AC is so loud that is very hard to sleep with it on
Pros: It was a good clean room and staff was friendly.
Cons: The property was located near a busy noisy highway. The was a lot of jet take off noise at 2:30 AM. Breakfast was not served until 8:30 AM. I was expecting a remote quite resort. Pros: Love the very cozy fishing pier along with excellent BBQ grills and the fish cleaning station that's on site.

Pros: It is a great location, and you can just walk to some eateries or the waterfront park across the street.
Cons: It wasn't the cleanest. Nonsmoking room smelled a bit like smoking, there is a 1 inch gap beneath the door that could let bugs in, and getting the tv to show anything but static was a chore. But at least it had a roof a bed and a shower.
Pros: The staff was really friendly.
Cons: The rooms were kinda dirty wall, baseboards, the shower was different. No shower curtain. Outside bugs were thick around the door due to lighting. Small toilet. Very small lol. Weird... if they cleaned the room better it would be more inviting. The beds however. (Very important) were comfy. Clean sheets but my pillows smelled like man sweat. (Brought my own anyways) I would stay here again if they washed it up a bit more. I’m almost sure it’s a family owned place and I’m almost sure the wife carries the cleaning load. To much for 1 person.
Cons: Rug was dirty. Bathroom small and cramped. Soap dish in shower was dirty. Hot water in shower was only luke warm at best.
Cons: The management wasnt very nice. Room was very cold when I got there and every time I'had leave and I had leave the heat on, when I came back it would be off and cold. Also, the tv offered movies to rent but the manager said they didnt do that. Bed w
Pros: It was a very well organized and clean place
Cons: The parking wasn’t that great
Pros: I really Like the location
Cons: The sheets was to dirty and smellling.....
Pros: the location worked out great
Cons: super small bathroom
Pros: Location. Very convenient for me to visit my Mom in Nice. Also just a walk across the street to a park right on the lake shore.
Cons: Although the updates are an improvement, the details were done but precision missing. For example, bathroom mirror installed to the side wall of the sink, rather than mounted in the corner to match the angle of the vanity. Paint was updated, however detail missing. Like door to bath looks like it was closed before the paint dried completely causing scraped lines on the door. So, all superficial details. Did not affect comfort at all.
