5.5 Okay
Pros: Right by the lake.
Cons: No running water in the morning (i.e. no shower, no toilet) with no apologies or partial refund from the host.
4.3 Okay
Pros: Nice people, but room / resort very out dated. TV reception poor, bathroom had No venting No heat. Very Musty smell through out the room. Very noisy, thin walls, could hear people’s conversation next to us like they were in our room. We didnt stay our last night went to the office at 7:30am to return keys because were weren’t returning after our day of skiing. Only to have it still closed! My 13 year old son and I were disappointed.
Cons: Above
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property had a great location near the lake with nice views and close to Lutsen and state parks. The room had a small kitchen which was helpful.
Cons: It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room. The shower was rather small and water pressure was low.

Pros: Location, room style, staff, room service
Cons: Need some heater in bathroom
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Needed two separate reading lamps for the two beds.

6.8 Good
Pros: This is a nice Inn, price is right. What Impressed me the most was I had forgotten my jacket in your room. We went up the north shore then I realized I had forgotten my jacket. A day later on our way down south from the gun-flint trail. We stopped back at Lutsen Mt. Inn to check to see if anyone had found and turned in my jacket,(NO receptionist on duty) to my surprise the gale cleaning the very room we stayed in knew of the jacket and retrieved it from the laundry room for me. THANKS FOR YOUR GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE,girls
Cons: They don't have a breakfast of any kind, only coupon to the Lutsen Lodge to eat. The food was very expensive, we had 2 children with us just couldn't afford it, there wasn't another place to eat for 8 miles and it was a deli not small children friendly. Lutsen Inn had a coupon for $5 on a up grade for the breakfast buffet the price was $15, we didn't understand what it meant. The receptionist didn't understand what I was asking, $5 off the $15 we pay $10, or we pay $5, she just kept saying I don't understand what you are asking, I just wanted to know what our cost was. We just didn't eat there.
4.5 Okay
Pros: Staff was accommodating when we asked for a new room and upgraded us to the main resort. Very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Upon arrival, room smelled heavily of mold and mildew. Not worth $90 per night for anything.

7.5 Good
Pros: Location, very spacious, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms.
Cons: Stove top didn't work, beds were hard. In Master bedroom bed was only a Queen not a king. For those of us who are taller than 6'6" there's a footboard at the end of the queen sized bed that my feet kept running into. Staff was nice while checking out but not so while checking in. Check out is at 11 no exceptions we were told.
6.3 Good
Pros: Pools, juchuzi, hiking trails. It was a beautiful place and location but I like being on a resort right on Lake Superior. Probably is better suited for skiiers in the winter.
Cons: No complimentary coffee in room or other locations in resort (you had to buy it from gift shop that opens at 8:00). Dirty water in dishwasher. WiFi did not work all the time...was sketchy. Did talk to owners and they said it was just upgraded and still need to work on it.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great view from our condo. Restaurants and resort activities.
Cons: Liked everything . Will return.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location for access to parks. Amazing pool area to relax in the afternoons.
Cons: Restaurant was under staffed.
4.3 Okay
Pros: The day we left!!!!
Cons: Where do I begin!!! For the price the room was very dated. The tub was clogged and filled up with water when you took a shower. No shower liner so the shower leaked water on the floor. The furnishings were all old and stained. The drinks and food were way to expensive. NO perks were offered. They had free water in the lobby that was about it. Nobody staffed for overnight just 8am to 10pm. When we got there the front desk staff stated that they were serving pizza and wings until 12 midnight. Well we thought they would least have a deal going on. Nope everything was full price. Other resorts in the area had a DJ or live music. Nothing going on here!!! Won't be wasting our time staying here again. I know this place was just taken over by an investment group but somebody really needs to think outside the box to make it better!!!!!!
6.3 Good
Pros: The Moguls restaurant had excellent food.
Cons: We thought the room was more then what was shown on the website.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It had nice amenities and staff and a good location.
Cons: We booked our 2 rooms in April and when we arrived at 7 pm at night, we were told they were overbooked and only had one room for 7 of us. This was very disconcerting because we had difficulty finding rooms for one night on the North Shore during peak season when we were looking in April. Fortunately we had a great front desk clerk who gave us a vacant condo for the night and said the hotel would cover the cost difference. I think that a customer should be able to trust that if they book a room ahead, that room is there for them when they arrive. We have done many booking.com reservations over the and this is the first time this had happened. I don’t know if this is a booking.com mistake or a hotel mistake but I have let both entities know.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Plenty of things to do and see. Restaurant was open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the staff was great. Karen at the front desk was so accommodating and kind.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location, excellent, friendly staff!
Cons: Rooms were a little humid, and would be nice if they had a variety of firm pillows instead of all squishy.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Air conditioning, didn’t work well
6.8 Good
Pros: Pillows were very comfortable
Cons: The queen size bed was a very small queen compared to the inn we slept in the night before.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: location
Cons: no
