Collection process was slow but the staff were excellent and very helpful. Drop off procedure was not very clear, one staff member told me I had to queue again (could have taken an hour!) but luckily another overheard and corrected him & dealt with us.
Hi, i am very disappointed with the whole experience. Budget were very unhelpful when picking up the car and charged me £ 535.84 for the car hire, i asked for a breakdown and they said they couldn't give it to me, i asked for an invoice and they said they had no printer, therefore, i had no paperwork at all, just a visa debit receipt for my money. Budget said they would email the invoice with the breakdown, however, 2 days later when i called Priceline to request the invoice from Budget, they said i would have to call direct. I called Budget and they did not answer. When i took the car back on Sunday, i arrived early and requested an invoice, again they said they could not print, again they said they would email, but as of now, i still have had nothing, To say i am disappointed is an understatement. The cost Kayak and Priceline gave me for the total car hire was $210.14, which in sterling is approximately £165.00. i have been charged £ 535.84 to date, please help and advise? regards Darren
Big queue at Budget Grenoble and only one member of staff when returning the car. So unfortunately just left the key without getting the return signed off. They are now claiming €400 for two non existant scratches ! Fortunately I videod the condition of the car and am now in dispute with Budget . DO NOT USE THEM
