Disappointing hotel. Before 8 am it was impossible to find a place for a breakfast The one espresso machine in the whole hotel was not working. The experience at the spa was disappointing, the receptionist was very unpleasant. The room is dark with insufficient lighting.

Pros (+) The parking was great, the attendant at the front desk was pleasant. The hallway looked nice.
Cons (-) The build up dust in the restroom and on the headboards, the housekeeper trying to come in the room while we were still there. She actually tried to push the door harder even after she realized it was locked with the latch. 3 wash clothes when it states on email that 4 individuals were coming. The matressess felt like boards. I thought spending $400 a night would have made it feel more better, but...

Pros (+) All the staffs were very friendly, polite, and courteous, except one who ruined my entire impression of the hotel.
Cons (-) It was little past 9 am Friday morning, when the pool at the spa level closed down for non-spa guests. I was politely notified that spa was closed so I grabbed my stuff and left the pool area. Then I remembered seeing the men's locker room area by the fitness center entrance, where I saw a small fridge with water bottles. The door was closed so I opened the door and went in to grab a water bottle....

Pros (+) Comfortable hotel, more quiet than the Borgata hotel proper. Bell service, desk service, and room service was very good.
Cons (-) Water Club could use an update. Reasonably comfortable but it's been a few years since the hotel has been updated.

Pros (+) The room was nice, comfortable, and clean. Within the hotel lobby there is plenty to do, with access to restaurants, shopping, and of course the casino. There are also pools and spa, but we didn't take advantage of them while we were there. There is also a nightclub that was a lot of fun. We had a good time and would return.
Cons (-) A little confusing the first time trying to find the front desk from the self-parking. Signage says casino, but doesn't mention anything else. If you go, follow the signs for the casino. When you get to the casino machines, turn right and follow the curve until the front desk.

Pros (+) We enjoyed everything except when walking around the slot machines & main floor of gambling... poor ventilation & smoking is really an issue for me. However, it's not a deal breaker just have to find places in there where it impacts the less.
