Don't stay on ground floor, no coffee available in the morning, the room was dark, lack of coffee/tea making facilities in the room, plugs on the wall by the bed didn't work, not enough hand/face towels for two guests, no slippers, heating was not great, view was a wall with graffiti, room was a little narrow, paintwork was a little tired, glass bathroom door didn't provide privacy, cleanliness of the room was very bad, old and ripped bed, unfriendly receptionist, small rooms, dirty marks on the walls, rooms are small, noise from nearby project, small rooms, small windows, limited street parking, motion sensor sink and open shower, no natural light in ground floor room, bathroom smell, no place to get a drink, lack of privacy in the bathroom, no separate bathroom for privacy, cold room with no temperature regulation
