Pros: The hotel was very clean
Cons: Cafe servis was so lousy. Took us 40min for burger n club sandwitch altho wheb we oder or dinner, tere were only few guest. Worst pas was my burger was cool
Pros: Near government office
Cons: No optional facilities
Pros: Good for stay-over to catch the plane at kertajati airport, nice and friendly staffs. They are willing to prepare for our breakfast at 4am :)
Cons: Cramped room with small beds.
Pros: Clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Parking available. Location at the heart of Majalengka and probably the only hotel in the area which good enough. Breakfast menu options was vary. Food also delicious. Ordered a room service and tasted good as well.
Cons: Expected the room to be more spacious. Towards the bathroom, the space between the bed and the wall (TV) can only fit for one person to walk. Had an issue with payment because the reception staff forgot to proceed with my credit card during check-in. They noticed it the next day when I already checked out and asked my credit card number to be sent through one of the staff's Whatsapp number which of course I have to declined the request. I offered to transfer the payment instead which later the staff keep on contacting me three times in a day and act as if "I ran away from my debt" and they act like a debt collector. The mistake was on them who forgot to proceed with payment from booking.com and they also did not mention anything during I checked out when I was asking for the room service bill. I was very disappointed with this experience and what I expected as a fun holiday turned out to be a stressful one. I had to check out earlier than I supposed to. I was informed that the police would conduct "a raid operation" to check if there is any unmarried couple staying at the hotel. It was very uncomfortable and inconvenient though they said, we can just wait at the restaurant or outside while we want was just a good sleep from a long day exploring. Decided to just check out from the hotel because we desperately need a rest and did not want to deal with police officers and their prejudice while we were exhausted. Though it was not the hotel's mistake because they had no choice but to follow the police and government's regulation, we were very disappointed as this kind of act have showed that the district was not ready to welcome any tourists who come from far away to enjoy the scenery and tourism spots in the area.
Cons: The morning buffet is not quickly refill, so has to wait for 10-15 minutes for the expected dish For three star hotel, the room prizes is too expensive
Pros: Good stuff
Cons: Old hotel but good of 3 stars
Cons: There no swimming pool..no cupboard
