The hotel is very smelly i got allergy from the smell, the room is small and the location is so far from the city and you have to walk more than 10 minutes to the train, but the bus is in from of the hotel. The whole hotel has a very bad smell from the carpet and the air condition was not working, i do not know how they allow that hotel to work because of the smell
Easy check in / check out. Location right acros the street from buss stop. Very expensive breakfast. And no decent dining in surrounding area.
Conveniant location for my days at a nearby exhibition. Poorly stocked bar
value and distance from city center breakfast not included and the location didnt have the best surrounding area
The location is ok, between 2 metro. I like the hotel had its own parking. The room had everything for a short stay.
reasonably priced bathroom smelt of sewerage
The Customer Service. They were really helpful and understanding. Couldn't have asked for better customer service in another country. The only thing we would recommend is to have a better selection of breakfast. They really didn't have too much. Other than that. It was great!!
close to restaurants a long walk to metro, and very small rooms. the rooms toward the road are noisy from traffic outside.
Value for money. Excellent hot chocolate at breakfast! Service at breakfast. Many items not replenished, even though very few people were eating so staff were clearly not rushed off their feet.
They said room service was cancelled because it was not 'high season', at the beginning of August. They also told us breakfast room service was on, but the morning of our requested breakfast, we did not get it, and had to call and ask why. The woman said she was by herself at reception and could not bring us breakfast.
Reasonably close to airport
The Hotel is very well located in respect to the Orly airport. The Hotel is friendly and efficient, the transfer to the Airport works also very well. Rooms are very clean and modernly decorated. If you need an Hotel to stay between flights for example this is an excellent choice.
The breakfast was excellent Mix up over the free transport from the airport, which didn't materialise. Public areas of the hotel were very tired and grimy (carpets stained and badly need replacing; not a very good first impression! ) But the room itself was clean and tidy.
The pick up service from the airport worked well. The staff were friendly and helpful. an ideal resting place at the end of a long flight.
Close to the airport. Nothing fancy but just what I needed for a decent price. They did not have a free baby cot as it appears on the reservation. They propose to rent a room with an extra bed for 10 Euros more.
I loved its quite environment and the on time shuttle bus to tha airport.
Location near Orly and excellent restaurant. Receptionist very kind.
Good shuttle sirvice and very very good resturant 1 min froom the hotel!
Nothing Dirty...dirty ditry. Not even worth a 1 star
The receptionist (Sabine) was very helpful and accommodating. Distance from the Metro
Large appartments with well equipped kitchen. Quiet place 15 min from the metro station Port d'Orleans. Good place to stay for a family.
value for money hotel with supermarket and bus stop nearby
We will recommend your hotel, because we think you have to learn of the things that people you tell. It is a learning process. breakfastroom is too small and they did not fill quickly the bread, cheese etc. and didnot clean quickly enough. They cannot see if there is something wrong in the parking. We stock there between two doors and nobody saw of heart us and no one took the telephone when we were calling for help. They didnot response at pressing on the red button in the garage.
the staff very friendly, the room very clean and comfortble a little far from the Metro
New facilities, not too far from Paris, in superb conditions for guests Open only for 3 weeks, the service lacks professionalism yet and information contradictory many times. No one told us ahead of time that the room will not be cleaned for the 3 nights of stay...and staff did not know about restaurants around. Big groups of students, teenagers, took control over the breakfast area for the 2-3 hours in the morning and hardly anyone could eat breakfast at that time
The room was comfortable, large enough for family with 3 small children. There is Monoprix supermarket nearby, and halal restaurant just infront of the hotel, very practical. The kitchen was well equipped as well. Parking was a bit expensive (Euro 15 per day). But it was 60 Euro for one week. We stay for 5 days and end up paying 75 Euro. I was asking to have the parking for 1 week (so it'll be cheaper) but the receptionist coldly said it's impossible since i actually only stay for 5 days..:-(
The hotel was new and facilities provided good Not really, Metro about 10 mins walk, but bus is outside.
Room, Price Charging me upfront, location
The place is nice and there was enough to eat for breakfast. €15 for the parking was not too much for Paris
Proximity to Paris, Longchamps and Suresnes centre. Sink in bathroom was cracked
Location and parking on site Nothing in special
Location was ideal for me and the room was as described on the website.
Very friendly staff and could speak English
Location to Longchamp and Metro Noise ,Noise and more yes Noise .Booking a room here please, please ask for a room at the back of the building as lots of road traffic noise from the main road at the from of the building... Also they will change the room type to what they reqiure rather thank your needs so ,dont bank on the room type you have booked....
Clean and well maintained. Problem with the shower! Problem with the shower
Good location, easy & convenient. This hotel is very very basic. Reasonably clean & tidy, but could use a bit of work.
We stayed only 1 night. We like breakfast :-)
Room Ok Good breakfast I would like bottles of drinking water in room (Vittel or similar)
The staff very friendly and the free internet in the room.
Clean, comfortable. We hear the sound of lift from our bed room all the time as it located next our room.
Perfect for short familly trip.
Kind hotel Staff, very good, wifi, a nice large clean room, well designed working desk. The location of Hotel is perfect for my purpose(business). It is an expensive hotel but you've got what you paid for, and I think with the same price you get a lot smaller room in the center of Paris usually.I also like the fact that they have smoking room as smokers tend to be discriminated more and more (and at the same time no smell of cigarette at all in the another area The water tmperature of bath and shower is set on 38 degree which wasn't hot enough for me and it can be colder but not hotter. Also the room temprature wasn't warm enough for me to work at night although it may be a good temperture to sleep. I tend to feel cold so for the most of people it would be ok, but I'd prefer to be able to make it warmer(there is a controller but I couldn't make it warmer at night time)
It was good None
restaurant portions were very small for the cost. i think the neuvo quisine approach should be abandoned and larger portions offered.
Windows were open 1cm and nailed there! the room was on a main road where the noise did not abate and we couldn't close the windows!
Staff welcoming, hotel clean and tidy and restraunt meal was excellent
Nothing I found the staff to be extremely rude, the linen in the room smelt disgusting even after changing the linen it was still terrible, my pre-arrange tax service was always late causing us to almost miss our cruise dinner, my wake up call from the hotel was 30mins late, the food menu was terrible and the food was not great either & i would never reccommend this hotel to anyone.
Location is convenient if you need to stay close to the airport. That was within walking distance from terminal, what really was helpful due to taxi drivers strike that shut all transportation fro and to terminal. Not worth the value. The room was overheated and no way to cool it down. I couldn't sleep well waking up sweating. Staff admitted the problem but didn't even try to solve it. I general I can't really say that staff is unfriendly, but they are kind of distant? Don't really interested to help, it looks like they just don't care. Another example that they don't care about customer convenience is that You can't leave a luggage for safety between the checkout and time you need to leave for your flight.
Proximity to the airport. Shuttle bus Strong smell of tobacco in my non smoking room. Very overpriced room!!!
Location The bedrooms are old (poorly furnished) an the bathroom is not of a 4star hotel.
Good romm. Good brekfeast.
The Concierge was extremely helpful, otherwise not up to the normal Hilton standard Cockroaches in the restaurant at breakfast, nasty stains on the couches in the reception area! The faux wooden flooring in the bedrooms is very noisy. No refrigerator in the room.
It was clean and the staff were helpful. The menu was limited and the charges for the food, both in room and out, were outrageous.
The room was very nice and large. The breakfast buffet was very good and the proximity to Orly was a real assett as it allowed us to have a relaxing time before a long flight
quick check-in, big rooms, fast elevators, poor breakfest, too expensive internet
The staff, Paying for Internet
Proximity to the airport and shutle bus No minibar in the room
A pair of bathroom slipper
Convenient location Orly Airport Helpful staff Broken heating - too hot Room generally shabby
Brand-new and very well designed hotel. Very clean. Very helpful staff. Free access to movies and entertainment via the provided Suite Box. The windows were sound-proof for street noise but not really for the railway noises that were just below our room (western side). Prefer the eastern side if you stay there or take the highest possible floor (9 floors). The room itself was very well designed for a couple but a bit too small for 3 adults. In particular this cannot be considered as an apartment as the kitchen area was too small with no cutlery, plates or any cooking instrument. The internet access was buggy and slow (advertised as high speed internet access)
1-they provided free tranportation to near places with the Hotel Shuttles 2-there's a nice Dinner in the Ground level which can be helpful after a late night work 1-staff where not as professional as it should be we got some mixed feedback on some topics
For a business trip I needed to be in Velizy. I booked this hotel at a very cheap rate so didnt have high expectations but I enjoyed my stay. Normal 3 star hotel but the staff was excellent and very helpfull.
nothing it was appalling the service was not up to standard, the carpet in the room was wet no one could help or wanted too
Wheel at each corner business hotel. Nothing missing but nothing special about it either.
Provided adequate accomodation for this trip. Arrived late on first night and was not able to get any food from the bar (or restaurant which was closed). Staff were not able to suggest any options in the area.
Nice and helpful staff. Correct room. Unfortunately there was a steeling from the room. But the hotel is helpful, and correct with the compensation. No more problem. Just take care of your things.
The price was good and location very convenient near the RER B line. The hotel restaurant was very good for dinner and breakfast, good value for money. The hook which holds the shower head to the wall was broken so it had to be held for the duration of a shower. I am sure they would have done something about it had I complained, but I was only there two nights and some things should be noted without having to complain (e.g. what is cleaned if such a problem goes unnoticed?). This is the only strike against an otherwise pleasant stay.
Value for money and proximity to the bus stop Staff couldn't speak enough english to even give me direction from the vicinity of the hotel.
The WiFi reliability and speed were both excellent! Grocery store right next door. Bus line runs right past the hotel. The location wasn't near any major attractions.
Even on the third and fourth floor there was the noise of the kitchenhood, on the third floor at the front side one could feel the floor tremble. The receptionist thought it difficult to speak English. Floorlights didn't work.In the room a light didn't function, the curtain was partly of the rail, the sheet didn't seem totally clean. The steak in the restaurant was made of minced meat and burned.
clean; good breakfast; good price
The location from Paris No air conditioning, the bathroom was very small
The staff was friendly, the room and the bathroom were clean and nice. The price was low. The hotel might be loud in the summer if the windows must be kept open.
The hotel is fairly close to attractions. The bed was not overly comfortable, hotel was well worth the price paid
very good standard of hotel for the price difficult to find for someone on their first visit to Fresnes (I expected it to be in the town centrre, not outside of it)
Well maintained. Tea/coffee/biscuits in room. My room was quiet.
hotel was clean, staff were friendly, secure parking no restaurant
While I only stayed 1 night, I found all of the staff very friendly and helpful I would reccommend the hotel to other business travellers No
Friendly stuff, nice hotel in general. At the beggining we were given room 407 with mold and a smell of it. But friendly stuff changed it for us for a clean one.
Excellent check in staff and they were quick to resolve the issues concerning the 3rd bed in the room. Parking was affordable and easy, and the hotel is wonderfully near a metro station. Breakfast was a bit pricey but there are cafe Rooms are small for 3 beds but probably larger than most Paris hotels of this price. The extra bed initially provided was inadequate but quickly replaced.
the hotel is modern and confortable; the staff very kind , helpful and efficient
Incredibly friendly & efficient staff, helpful with directions and local knowledge No bad points
Hotel was convenient for a festival we attended. Room very comfortable and plenty of space for a Parisian hotel (albeit non-central). Area quiet, parking on streets nearby a real plus.
A very nice and comfortable hotel in the Paris Boulogne area. It was quiet and great for a good nights rest.
The hotel is very convenient for the event we were attending at Longchamp. Staff at reception are very helpful and all have good English. Rooms are clean and airy.
good size balcony, free use of mini bar fridge, big coffee cups, seperate toilet/bathroom, cordless kettle
The hotel is clean and value for money.
nothing Staff was rude and horrible implying they knew nothing about the bookings and we came to con them , made my wife cry , after 0.5 an hour of humiliating debates ( 10 hours in the car on the hot day and through the night ) they gave us a key and never apologized . The disco near by ruined every night of our stay . No sorry or thank you ....Awful experience !!!
this is an airport hotel, stay here if you have an early flight from orly the next morning. Otherwise, no reason to come here at all. Had to wait a long time for the shuttle bus from the airport and the location of the bus stop is not marked at all. Had to phone the hotel. Breakfast is another €9. All corridors are outside, you are literally a prisoner of your room.
Even though we just stay there for only one night, the impression was pretty good. Clean, functional and with free shuttle to Orly airport. If you want to catch plane on the early morning, it is smart choice.
Nice friendly hotel, helpful staff. Good continenetal breakfast. Beautiful little town within walking distance with small restaurants, shops etc. About 7km into paris via metro, bus or taxi. The hotel rooms were clean and tidy, the sheets immaculate and maid service every day. Excellent value for money. A large open air disco across the road. Open Friday and Saturday nights, it didnt bother us we were too drunk to notice and it actually rocked us to sleep!
very comfortable room difficult to find the reception which is situated in the restaurant in front of the hotel, prices change according to events in the region!
Good location near to the airport, and free parking. No wifi. No free internet access.
Breakfast is rather good. And it has free shuttle to Orly every 30 minutes. The hotel is 10 minutes by car from Orly If you don't speak French it could be a problem because the staff did not speak а single word in English. So the hotel is just a place where you can sleep if you depart from Orly early in the morning.
only sleep.. nothing
room was clean noisy
Nothing! Frankly speaking I don't find a reason to recomend this hotel to anybody! The idea behind is fine but rooms are so dirty, furnitures are so old that makes this hotel very ugly! Area is noisy too because is just below the take off area of Paris Orly airport making customers heard one take off every minute!!!
English speaking personal. Small room, just for one and just for sleep, bathhroom is tiny. You know all planes that go to Orly airport. If somebody smoke , you'll be notice. Very hard to find (it takes about 1 hour).
good price, quiet and easy could have been more spesific when it comes to the distance to Orly airport. It is said it was near, but farawayand expensive by taxi
i liked that i could rest my head somewhere in france and that there was food close by. it also was not too far from the rail station one of the staff said he could speak english, yet when i asked him questions he got very irritable, dismissive and ended up not being any help at all. the line that stopped near the place also shut down around 11:00, not too convenient for a late night on the town.
The staff was exceedly friendly. Landing pattern for Orly 7AM- 11PM
The staff was very helpful. They were the best part of the stay. After 10pm travel to Chilly Mazarin is very difficult. Hotel is not near the Chilly Mazarin Station. You barely get what you pay for.
Cheap!!! Cleanliness of the room and bathroom. We couldn't get any fresh air .
Price was lower than quoted on line. Too far from paris or any shopping , hard to locate, far from bus stop. Bath much to small!
Breakfast was OK for the price of the hotel. Location is out of the city. There is a night club near hotel if you feel bored. Room was very small but was OK for the price of the hotel.
Handy stop over hotel
They had a great breakfast set up. A little pricey for what was there but still good. We are used to small showers in Europe but this one was very tiny and had mold in the corners at the bottom
We were travelling through France on our way to Spain and the hotel was ideally place on our route for a stop over once we left Paris. We found the noise of the airplanes coming in to land very loud because the hotel is on a direct flight path to Orly airport. We didn't realise this when we booked our room. Luckily we only stayed for one night and there didn't appear to be any flights landing during the night.
It was a normal hotel. There were no soaps provided in the toilet. Its location makes it really inaccessible if you are traveling by bus and have luggage, especially if you are traveling with your parents. The location is far from the airport & cost us 40 euros by taxi.
Low cost Very noisy. No airdryer even in the recepton desk
Customer service was good in addition to the efforts to decorate the hotel lobby. None
Hotels in Paris were fully booked, so that was the only available one. Despite only one star, I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the room which was not too small. Too close to airport runway, but still not too noisy
Enough parking space. Noise reducing window. Good internet connection available for more than 1 computer. Very modest breackfast. Noisy room door - needs lubrication.
I felt like at home. non availability of drinking water in the room.
A decent breakfast and fast service at the reception. Overall clean. Little smoke smell in the non-smoking room
Hotel is closed the airport. The bed, too small.
Had good service from the staff. The shuttle service is very good too. The furniture in the room is very old , blankets and carpets are dirty
mveryy good no
the restaurant was ok the reception staff was uncommercial people.
the location is very convenient to airport....we ate dinner there and the food was very good....freee shuttle to airport water leaked onto the floor during shower
The position and the staff Maybe a little expensive for the given facilities
Proximity to Orly Aeroport, despite this there was no disturbance from aircraft noise. Not a great deal of character to the hotel, however it is very functional. Better map of the surrounding road system would help, this was the first time I have used Orly Aeroport and the road system is quite complicated.
Close to the airport. Nice shuttle service. Cosy restaurant. Many rooms are without any view, which is OK if you spend one NIGHT. No Room Service available.
breakfast buffet quite poor
location was excellant, room (triple) was very large, thus comfortable for the 3 of us. For the price and location the quality was excellant. It's only a 3 star, so expect 3 star not 5 star. But at half the price of 3 star hotels in the city it was really good value. 10 mins on the metro to downtown. the hotel parking was closed during our stay so we had to park in a public parking about 300 m away. Good, but not ideal and a little expensive (32 eur for 36 hours)
Good location to business travellers who want to stay close to the customer premises, otherwise there are certainly better hotel locations in Paris WLAN did not work in the rooms and in the lobby it was quite slow. No bar, and just beer available in the the minibar in the room.
Good Value for Money
Private parking, 10 min of metro, supermarket across the street. Very outdated. Our room was on the street side which was very noisy when the windows where opened.
The hotel served as a base for a business trip and was perfectly acceptable. It was clean and tidy with polite staff and the air con in the room even worked well. A good 'no frills' hotel. I think that coffee and tea making facilities should really be provided as standard in hotel rooms these days, especially considering the price..
clean, friendly, with underground parking place (trust me - you don't want to park on the streets in Paris!!!) close to the metro, nice location only a few minutes with the metro(5km) from the center.i will definitely go there again !
We had double-connected room for 3 people. There was enough space, and everything was clean, as expected. It is 5 minutes walk from Metro, and that was suitable. Staff was kind and helpful. Closed windows - noise is not recognizible. All in all, good value for the money. Beds were quite small - double bed for 2 grown ups - not realy an ideal case. reserved non-smoking, but one of the rooms were the smoking one.
Stuff is friendly and speaks good English. Close to Metro, supermarket in 100m. Despite few disadvantages, overall impression is positive. Room equipment is not in best conditions (depend on room). Quite noisy street from one side - so you can not sleep with opened window.
The room wasn't crazy big but fit the 3 of us quite nicely, it was very clean and tidy. No issues what so ever, very quiet. The staff were very friendly/helpful considering we couldn't speak any french. They made sure our stay was amazing.
Nothing. Staff was very rude and not polite at all. We came from Zurich and arrive to Paris in the evening. The front desk person was extremely disrespectful with us. We have been in Paris before and we love the city. Staff, room, service, location, unwelcoming greetings, basically we like nothing about this hotel and we will never return to this hotel again. However very near by this location there are great hotel choices. Choose wisely.
