8.9 Excellent (267 reviews)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: These people were so welcoming and lovely. It was beautiful
Cons: Nothing not to like
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Lovely place! Everything was nice, wish I was able to stay longer. Katia is very quick to reply to requests and very helpful.
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: This was the worst stay I ever had through booking.com. The rooms did not match the photos at all and the woman in charge refused to correct her mistake. Instead she decided to shout at us and threatened to throw us out in the middle of the night. As we had an early morning flight, we had no choice but to stay. The rooms are small, the beds uncomfortable and the place creaks. Worst of all, is the attitude of the owners / staff. There is nowhere close to the property to buy food but that doesn't matter, as you probably won't have the kitchen promised in your photograph anyway.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Extremely comfortable and clean hotel. 5 min away by taxi of orly airport
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The strategic location close to Orly, and the extremely effective help of Katia who maintain a very nice atmosphere, and is able to streamline the logistics of arriving/departing Paris all by herself (including if CDG airport is involved).
Cons: A power socket in the bathroom would be welcome
5.0 Okay
Pros: -
Cons: Terrible service! I arrived to hotel at 8:30pm. Hotel was close!!!!! no body was open the door. the stuff came after 30 min. she said : "I was transfer somebody to airport". No sorry. Horribly!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: 10 minutes from ORY. Nice rooms inside a house. Breakfast available but to be paid extra. Comfortable bed. Near the airport and not too many cars on the way to it.
Cons: Small parking for Max 5 cars. No 24h reception, don't forget to insert your phone number on the booking to be contacted by the owner.

Cons: On 4th floor noise from rooftop. Wi fi poor in room. Location slightly too far out of city centre.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff. Clean and modern hotel.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great little design hotel. Rooms look great and super clean. Didn't try breakfast as there is an amazing bakery just around the corner. 1 Minute walk to the subway, however it is a bit of a commute into center of Paris.
Cons: The wifi was a bit weak and unreliable.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Good location very close to metro, nice continental breakfaat, very clean and cosy room
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I was staying before in the hotel. As it is really exceptional, I came back again. The staff is very kind, rooms nice decorated, very cosy and perfectly clean. Although not located in central Paris, there is an excellent metro connection to the major Parisian attractions and it is in proximity of the beautiful Parc St Cloud.
Cons: N.a.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great neighborhood if you are not looking to be right in downtown Paris. Easy access to Roland Garros and the Parc des Princes. Half block to the metro. Plenty of neighborhood food and shopping options.
Cons: Front desk staff not very helpful. Asked about the easiest way to get to Versailles from the hotel. Staff member replied by saying she didn't know--- that she hadn't been there in years and years. No offer to help investigate options. It's not like we were asking about an obscure place. I imagine we can't have been the first guests to ask about visiting Versailles.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Clean, comfortable room. Very comfortable and large bed. Lots of activities in the nice lobby, such as a pool table and books to read.
Cons: We couldn’t park in their car park as our rental car was too large. There was no where in any booking section that stated your car had to be a certain size to be able to park in their car park.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very big bed, very clean rooms and in a very nice area, close to Boulogne
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean
Cons: We stayed two days. The toiletries and tea bugs were not replaced after we used them on the first day. Why not? It would not have cost very much

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely the best service you could ever receive. Cecile, Benoit and their wonderful family are the most considerate, welcoming and thoughtful hosts you could hope to have. Extremely kind and helpful, they assisted everything with a smile and great knowledge. Particularly Benoit, it was so warming to have someone dedicated and willing to help and guide us during our time in Paris.
Cons: Should have stayed longer!
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Do not order !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! Save yourself from this place !!!
Cons: In a word, a disgrace. What is listed on this site is not what you get. A bad invitation, to get away from this place like a fire. Do not tell you that you are imprisoned in a family room without being able to do anything, noise at home, preparing dinner for the family and there is the noise of electrical appliances like blender. The feeling of a washing machine working. The room they slept in was a parents' room, when there were guests, they slept in the living room. The shower and toilets are shared by everyone, there is no privacy on the cruise. Shame that

9.3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast continental and there were plenty to choose from. The fresh juice was great, same as the coffee. The room was very clean and cozy. Every time we book on Ibis chain the bed is never disappointing, the most relaxing beds. A big thumbs up for this.
Cons: Although i requested a top floor room with Eiffel tower view we receive a room at the 1 floor with no view. Working site near the hotel made it difficult to find it when we first arrive. There was no sign from the train exit to the hotel.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It was clean and nice good for business trip and alone not near the center for shopping good for visit expo
Cons: No
6.8 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.
Cons: location is not the best if you want to be close to central Paris. There is ongoing construction to the train station which makes a lot of noise. The guy at reception took photos with his phone of our passports..makes no sense or maybe they don't have a scanner?
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great, spacious and clean room with a nice bed and bathroom. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK but not special.
Cons: We had some problems with the air-conditioning around midnight when we came back to our room. It took until 1:30 AM. It took the staff member a lot of time to figure it out and we had the idea he did not know what he was doing/had to do. The room was clean but there were still some things (food) on the floor in the corners. The breakfast was OK but we would have liked some more choice in meat (other than just ham) and cheese.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Simple breakfast but great freshly squeezed orange juice
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great there was a lot of choices and I love the fresh orange juice. The location is perfect the Clamart Train station is just behind the building. Staff is available all the time.
Cons: I was just wondering if there was a train station close to Orly Airport to make the travel to the Ibis Hotel easier. I didn't have time to search for it so we took a taxi from the airport to Ibis, but from Ibis to our planned tour of Eiffel Tower and Palace of Versailles the Ibis location was perfect since the train station is just behind the building. It took us 3-5 min walk.
6.8 Good
Pros: The breakfast
Cons: Too far Don't have restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy near. The air-conditioned stopped works in the last day. It was 27 degrees in the room. The staff didn't fix.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: For the price I really recommend the place. close to train station, clean and comfortable rooms. breakfast is good, items are limited but good quality, so in general I liked it.
Cons: Nothing really.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very easy to connect to Paris Metro via RER which departs frequently from Clamart. From Montparnasse several Metro lines are available, so no part of Paris is far away. Breakfast is good, could be improved with more healthy options. Very nice selection of teas and freshly pressed orange juice. Generously sized bathroom with good shower and towels. Room feels spacious, likely due to the high ceiling. On the 5th floor we had a small balcony and a view of the Eiffel Tower.
Cons: More pillows and duvets upon arrival. All staff are friendly and eager to help, but not all staff speak english.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Clean spacious room, nice beds. Breakfast was good enough, especially orange juice was very good and coffee. Friendly staff. Good location next to Clamart, easy to reach Paris center.

5.8 Okay
Pros: an old cloisters transformed into a Hotel - could be a winner. free parking. close to RER station. friendly staff.
Cons: rooms are small and a bit dingy, ours was not really clean. breakfast so-so, coffee was not good. the house as such is nice but its interior ambiance is really more that of a hostel. overall, it would be OK if they wouldn't charge as much - but for €140 the night, I'd really expect better. Even in a Paris suburb.

Well-served by public transport, downtown Paris and the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles can be reached in 15 minutes. 5.8 Okay
Pros: The room itself is spacious and comfortable. Everything else looked clean, except the washroom. You'll also find all the basic kitchen utilities such as a refrigerator, Oven and other kitchenware for cooking.
Cons: Staff are generally laid back and least interested in customer experience, this is properly because it is a service apartment and not a typical hotel. The guy at the reception was super ignorant and confused. First he says there are 2 room bookings in your name and neither is paid for yet, I had to explain that I only booked one room from booking.com and it's already paid for. Then he says breakfast is not included, then again I show him the booking and explain it is. His response is just "ok" and finally hands over the key. The check-in process took a lot longer than any other hotel I've been to and the guy didn't even apologise, for courtesy sakes... I then entered the room and was happy initially because of the room size, it's definately value for money in a city like Paris but was terribly disappointed when I opened the washroom door because of the stink. It didn't look like they bothered to clean well enough after the last customer checked out. I tried calling the reception and realised the phone in my room is faulty, the person at the other end cannot hear. At this stage I was super tired and just have up.

Pros: Superb
Cons: Location Cleanness Worth it price
9.5 Excellent

Cons: Nothing
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Rooms clean, beds comfortable, kitchen equipped if you’d like to cook; location convenient (terminal for metro line 4), approx 40mins subway ride to center Paris; Monoprix nearby for grocery shopping; some good restaurants around the metro station. Overall we are glad that we chose this hotel. If you don’t mind the train ride to go into city you won’t be disappointed.
Cons: Considering the price there’s really nothing to complain.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good staff and clean rooms. Not far from metro. Restorans and store could be reached by foot.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The apartment hotel is in a good location with a big super market next door! There is basement car park available-we don’t have to park outside.
Cons: When I read about the room details I thought it was a standard two bed apartment with a living room and a kitchen, but it’s actually two small studios. There’s no vegetables in the breakfast.

Pros: Tien, the gentleman at the front desk is very helpful. He welcomed us nicely and followed up with us on day 2.
Cons: The room has bedbugs and your pool is like dirty dishwater. At least 6 grown men visiting your pool did not have wristbands. They took up space on a 90 degree hot summer day - smoking at poolside near young children.

Pros: Clean and nice room. Rooftop terrace was a lot of fun.
Cons: Lobby was not very fancy, but all other areas were nice and pleasant.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Pool on the roof, friendly staff, tasty breakfasts

Pros: Sarah the receptionist was amazing, the hotel exceed my expectations, I fully recommend it.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It was near the aiport in a quiet street. The bed was really confortable and a silent bedroom. Also the breakfast was really good with warm croissants :D. Small but very good i like it a lot! Both staff were very friendly to me they should learn English.
Cons: The receptionist was very friendly but she didn't speak English. Please teach her English she is great with another language she will be even better staff. But she was quick using Google tranlator and evrything was OK.
5.8 Okay
Cons: Dirty toilets and no shower gel available.....
8.3 Excellent
Cons: Towels are much too small Eating options are overpriced for the location, because you must purchase from a machine that includes delivery fees
5.5 Okay
Pros: Only the location. Very near the airport.
Cons: The booking reference was not found by match the automated reception system (2 numbers short). The audio assistance was terrible. Only spoke french (not even english!!!!), and even hang up during the calls. More than an hour (by midnight) to get into the room. Humiliating, disturbing situation.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good Value for Money hotel with free parking 30 min from Paris center. Clean and modern. Everything is done automated, even to get room's key (ATM receipt), without the need to catch reception's working hours.
Cons: Industrial area. No shops around. Car is needed to approach Paris center.
4.3 Okay
Pros: The hotel is clean and comfortable and enough if you look for a hotel for sleeping only. No disturbing noises.
Cons: The bathroom is a little bit small and it has not neither hand towel nor hand soap, only one shower towel. On the other hand, breakfast is not very good, there are not so many variety of products.

3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Over price..!! Not worth it stay there for €255..!!
7.0 Good
Pros: Convenient to the airport. Shuttle service was a full size bus. Comfortable beds.
Cons: Upon checking out, I told the person at the front desk we had three breakfasts. He did not give me a receipt and said it would be e-mailed. As I expected, we were charged for four breakfasts and now we are back in the United States. I tried e-mailing the hotel with no response.
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: Many promises that was not there. Slippers? Bathrobe? None. The coffe table at the reception area was not even free. I almost got embarrassed when I try to have some coffe while waiting for the bus, and the reception told me I HAVE TO PAY. tell U what put a note conspicuously. This is not free.
6.3 Good
Pros: the room
Cons: No staff around I has a chicken salad and it was horrible , wine was very over priced
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff was really friendly and the check in was smooth. The food at the restaurant was excellent. We stayed in a superior room with espresso machine and soft drinks in the minibar. It was great.
4.5 Okay
Pros: The buffet breakfast although expensive was very good. The staff were helpful.
Cons: First room not as described, the advert and description state it was renovated which it was not, was shabby with broken doors, damaged finishes and a grotty bathroom. When moved to another room this was better but still not great, beds were not comfortable at all (and on castors so constantly moved about!), bathroom had no towel radiator so was cold and had nowhere to dry towels, there were no hooks for clothes and the towels were small, shower had no thermstatic control so temperature varied whenever another room used their bathroom. The room was also not very clean and the light hanging over the chair was too low, when sitting you would hit your head and then the dust would fall down - all in all not very 4 star or Mercure! Save money and stay in the Ibis - cheaper and the same (or better) rooms.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The unexpected quality of the restaurant
Cons: Clearly there were insufficient staff to service the restaurant. The underground car park was hard to find.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: True to the pictures. It s quiet and cosy. Everything you need before/after a long flight. The shuttle to the airport is a big plus. All staff is very friendly.
Cons: The tv at the bar was a bit loud.
6.3 Good
Pros: The lady at check in was very friendly as well as the one from room service
Cons: You can’t open windows- food quality is for the rather high price really bad

Pros: New lovely bed. Terrific shower in a spacious bathroom. Lovely buffet breakfast till 10 am and 11 at weekends. Very civilised! Checkout time fantastic - till midday!
Cons: No drawer space in my room whatsoever which was a bit odd but everything else was perfect.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Quiet, clean and safe neighborhood. The breakfast was quite nice.
Cons: At the price and distance from the city center I expected a bigger room, but this was a standard European style room. It was perfectly adequate, but perhaps slightly overpriced.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: ALways IBIS preserves its quality on bedrooms and service. Great location in Sceaux
Cons: The room offered in Booking.com shows a sofabed included (in the description and in the pictures of the room) when i contacted the hotel, they said that the sofabed was only given with an extra-charge of 20 euros (which i had to pay). This is completely illogical since the sofabed was already there and it looks that it is already part of the room (nobody put it there specifically for me).

Pros: The room was quiet and comfortable. We were surprised to see it even had a kitchen. Had we stayed a bit longer, we would have taken advantage of it as shopping was nearby. The place was very easy to get to from the train, as well.
Cons: Nothing, really. It does lack an elevator and, being on the third floor was a bit of work with the suitcases. The kitchen didn't have any dishes, either, but I imagine we could have gotten them on request.

3.8 Mediocre
Pros: You do get a suite
Cons: Air con didn’t work in the whole hotel and there was no adjustment in price. It took 20min before checking in because the receptionist was seeing another guest and someone else was there but not helping check people in. The front desk seems understaffed. The breakfast is too much of a free for all with tables not being cleared quick enough to seat new guests coming down for breakfast, don’t try cooking an egg it takes hours! Again this may be due to lack of staff. This is all very overpriced for a simple room. Parking is too expensive - park across the road! The hotel is next to the RER line so you can hear the trains. With the windows show this is ok but with the air con not working we had to have them open all night! Very noisy! No one asked if we had a nice stay or good night and they also asked for payment first when you check in instead of at the end... odd.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and tidy room for a family of four. Staff very helpful.
7.5 Good
Pros: good breakfast
Cons: The carpet of the floor inside and outside of the rooms was very dirty. i asked to the receptionist to give me directions to visit Disneyland and he told me to use the google maps
6.8 Good
Cons: We have arrived for the check in and they were not able to find our reservation after showing them the confirmation of booking they said that the reservation is cancelled because of a problem in payment. However, the hotel didn’t inform us about anything! They were like you need to book again with the current fees which was very expensive compared to the initial reservation. We were very disappointed and after discussing with them and there was a very helpful girl over there ( Spanish girl) decided to give us a room with the same rate as booked before.

Pros: Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant rooms were spotless and conformable. I would highly recommend staying here

Cons: Toilet, mosquito, no AC, suffocating room, breakfast was horrible, no attendant during breakfast. Simply horrible horrible. We checked out after first day.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Fitness center is too simple. No self laundry service.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: I could park the car for €22 a day in a private parkinglot.
Cons: I know what I am getting myself into when I book a budget familyroom, but nevertheless. We came in late and after the first night I reported at the front desk that our room did't went below 25° degrees at night. The soapdispensers in the bathroom were empty and the shower had lose bitts laying around (because of it you could not switch between normal and rainshower.) The next morning I told the lady at the front desk that we were going out all day, so if they please could do something about it. The lady replyed that they would sent in maintenance during daytime. When we came back around 20.00u the soapdispensers were still empty, lose bitts of shower in the same place and still hot als hell. (We could not open a window because the train track was right next to it). I decided I could go down and check the front desk again but I would be talking to the same wall again. Just never again.

6.8 Good
Pros: Nice hotel, good and comfortable room, airco most certainly a plus as temperature outside reached 30 degrees. No old stuff, relatively clean and bed was made up daily and clean towels. Connection to inner city Paris ok, station at 5 minute walk from the hotel. Staff were friendly but I think they could be bit more pro-active in approaching the guest. Local parking in shopping centre is safe and at 18 euro's per 24 hours not too bad. A few local restaurants where you can eat well.
Cons: Bummer was that on arrival the room was not ready, so changed room then we were given a room with two single beds and had to back again to reception. Breakfast was in general ok however after three days seeing the same items it becomes a bit boring. Perhaps a bit more variety also the bread selection is a bit minimal plus when you arrive later for breakfast most breads and pastries are finished so all you left with is a couple of slices bread. Little courtyard terras could be looked after better, almost dead plants, dirty tables. And I think 2 beers for 18 euro's is a bit steep, especially as a visiting guest. This was even more expensive than in Paris city itself.
7.5 Good
Pros: Helpful staff, nice rooms, very good bed, powerful A/C
Cons: Even though the air conditioner was completely turned off there was a lot of mechanical noise coming from the air condition canals. Bad night due to lost sleep.
7.5 Good
Pros: Good quality 4 stars are correct.
Cons: No free wifi !!- that's not done anymore
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff, location, restaurant, gym
Cons: Shower was broken
5.0 Okay
Cons: First night they did not have the room. They send me to another Countryard Hotel in la Defence and took me 1:40 minutes the next morning to get from La Defense to Arcueil. We were a family group that had booked two rooms to be together. The unexpected change of hotel and no explanation was very frustrating! No refund for that night was offer either. The booking was done through booking.com you should make sure hotels respect their booking arrangements. I was amazed it happened in a Marriot hotel.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very helpfull. Parking slot in front of the Hotel is very convenient
Cons: The cleaner gets into our room 3 times per morning (one at 9 am) checking if the room was ready to be cleaned

Pros: This is a great hotel. The staff are nice and helpful. The room is big enough, neat and clean. Next to the train station and opposite a shopping mall
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel employee was so helpful, pleasant all the time. He made our stay an excellent one. The mall across the street was convenient with a good patisserie and a Starbucks. The metro was an easy walk down La Place Ave. Beautiful, air conditioned, comfortabl
Cons: It's just not in the middle of the Paris sites but we didn't need that.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff English speaking Nice breakfast
Cons: Closed restaurant not so close to the city not private parking
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location near by « la Maison des Examens »
Cons: Not Applicable
6.8 Good
Cons: My bill payment has been processed however there is stil a 'pending' amount of over twice my bill lingering on my statement. I understand that this is done to be sure the rooms are damaged, etc but I have never had a situation where they were left lingeringon the bill after the payment had been processed. I would like it removed. I live in the Republic of Panama and am hoping I will not need to call to get this removed. THe person who checked us in was pleasant and spoke English (my language) well. I was also accompanied by my 2 French friends. I had an early flight back to Panama and would miss the Breakfast being served but we questioned if my friends could return after taking me to the airport and have the breakfast included in my payment. Both rooms were on my credit card so we would already have tehnically checked out. She stated that they could return or we could actually have boxed breakfasts waiting for us when we checked out for the airport. Since they had been paid fo she said this was a courtesy . I said that would be great and asked how to arrange it. She stated to merely make the request with 'registration'. I said Isn't that you? She replied yes and I said that I was making the request now. My French friend was with me and also spoke to the woman so I'm sure the request was understood, 3 boxed breakfasts at 5 AM. When we came down at 5 there was noone at reception and no boxed breakfasts. After a couple of minutes a sullen young man came out, told us we could make coffee from the machine and get bread. He said that he hadn't been told to have boxed breakfasts and if we wanted them it would be an additional 4.50 euros each. He was rude and curt not a fun way to start an extremely long travel day.

Pros: It is very close to the Antony RER station, which was key. We were switching from Orly to Charles de Gaulle airports, so this made sense. The room was comfy and spacious. The bathtub was excellent and made my wife quite happy.
Cons: The coffee in the room was instant coffee. But the hot-water pot was a nice addition. The breakfast was 12euros per person. We thought it was too expensive. Therefore, we went down the block to a patisserie.

Pros: it was a quiet room, the breakfast was ok
Cons: it was more a 3* accommodation than a 4*. My daughters sheets which were torn en between her pillow was an empty biscuit paper en one towel was dirty. She asked for a new sheet the next morning but the housekeeping did not replace the sheet.
