Pros (+) Location to the slopes. Maid service and lockers.
Cons (-) The jacuzzis were small and overly crowded. Only 2 of the 3 were working and were so crowded with families we were never able to use them.

Pros (+) Location and the outside was nice. The parking was good and easy
Cons (-) The room was dated the a/c didn't work and it had a old people smell in it. The carpet was gross my family and I don't wear shoe in the house we all wear or shoe here. We didn't even let our son sit on the floor without a towel. We are not clean freaks but when the carpet looks like the and the bathroom grout in shower is is dirty. I wouldn't stay here for that price again

Pros (+) Very nice location. Clean, huge rooms. Very nice bathrooms. We got a two bedroom condo for two couples and it was more than enough room. Awesome patio and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and such. My only complaint is that the pool and jacuzzi were pretty dirty. Very foggy water with a bunch of debris. But there are three jacuzzis so that was nice.
Cons (-) The pool and jacuzzis were pretty dirty. Also the jacuzzis have a horrible finish on the floor and where you sit. It was like a popcorn stucko ceiling. Very painful for a girl wearing bikini bottoms

Pros (+) Rooms are nice. The staff is friendly.
Cons (-) No A/C. Was very uncomfortable in the morning, as we had to have the windows open to keep cool, and since the windows were facing the East side, the sun starting to beat into the room at 5AM. It was very hot in the rooms in the morning. Also there was only one window to open in the living room area, and you could only open it about three inches. I really wanted to like this place, and I felt the r...

Pros (+) The staff was friendly, the parking was convenient, the bell boy cart was convenient, and I loved the one bedroom. I consider myself a germaphobe, especially when staying in the High Sierra, but this place was as clean as could be!
Cons (-) I wish the pool was opened for at least an hour more! Maybe it was a good thing that it wasn't. Our room was also a walk from the elevator, closer to the stairs. This was only incovenient when carrying all of our stuff, the bell boy cart came in handy!

Pros (+) The resort is conveniently located close to the town.
Cons (-) Smoke from lower floors permeated our room at night. I woke several times wheezing.
