Cons (-) Having someone knock on the door at 11 am and then 2 min later call the room basically saying get out. (We were packing up the bag)

Cons (-) Management needs to have backup plans for staff shortages. Checkin was a nightmare, keys didn't work several attempts. No one to answer phones during evening or at night. Santiago, the van driver, was alone trying to get everything done with no help at all. He deserved commendation, but the experience was a nightmare. Hopefully this was a one-time experience. Management needs a backup plan.
