Location and cleanliness
Rooms look into each other ... No privacy Outside looking rooms look into the back lane hotel windows
Our toilet broke and they moved and accommodated us in to a new room
We came down for breakfast after it was advertised £10 on the television, we was then charger £69 for 4 breakfasts after n one pre-warned us that the breakfast was only £10 if you pre-book, this was after 3 people had asked if we had pre-booked and they knew we hadn't they still did not mention the fact that the offer only stands if you pre-book. Also paying that much for a breakfast that was cold, and you have to get yourself is absolutely Ludacris, you aren't paying for service as it is buffet you are paying to put it on your own plate, and there was so much missing so not a lot of option, we did complain on the day but the waitress just seemed to find it amusing that we was paying that much.
Large, quiet room. Good breakfast and friendly staff.
I paid car park but when went to leave ticket hadn’t been authorised so had to go back to hotel. Otherwise good stay.
Loved the helpful staff, great room and shower, fantastically comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast.
We were happy with everything
