Great stop near our route for our trip. Restaurant as part of the complex ("italian") was very good - good beer. Too cool to sit on the patio but it did look comfy Room decor was a little dated, but no issue for us.
Modern, room with big bath, very good breakfast, good restaurant located next door.
Very nice bar and restaurant next door. Was rushed to leave the hotel before 9am!!!! Breakfast was 7am-9am yet we arrived at 8.30am but were not offered hot food like two families who arrived for breakfast earliar. We were then told she needed all rooms empty by 9am....which is ridiculous.
Food was very good There was very little space for walking. We felt trapped between motorways and railways.
Perfect time of year, just before high season, but still had great weather other than one day of rain. Relatively big parking lot in front. We had a half board and the food was pretty good, although there are not too many options for dinner anywhere else in town. Pool area/spa was nice and clean, with the indoor/outdoor pool was pretty neat. Not enough indoor seating at the pool area. If the outdoor weather was warmer it would have been ok, but with the colder days, it is not enough.
Everything was at the very high level. Hotel service was very nice and helpful. Breakfasts and dinners were exellent. There were Spa and swimming pool in the hotel too. The city was nice and quiet. We had wonderful stay in that hotel.
Beautiful position, friendly staff, great saladbuffet, absolut quiet place, DOG FRIENDLY!!!!(don't need to pay) Rooms are a bit too simple for a 4*, spa openings are too limited (15. to 19.00)
I'm affraid almost everything:) Thank you! The food was tasty, however the menu was too plain, it would be great if it was more sophisticated.
Relax and calmness. A lot of facilities for apres ski. To get to the nearest town you have to drive 10-15 km
Excellent value for money. Nowadays one should ask for a room on the other side of the hotel (valley view) than the reception is as there are construction works going on in neighbouring hotel facing the reception.
Very good breakfast and dinner buffet, nice location, oversized common spaces, helpful and carefully staff, maybe a bigger parking place will be more appropriate.Dinner antipasti buffet to rich and dangerous for people who has overweight predisposal.
Excellent family hotel, typical for Tyrol. Located 1km only from Vals Jochtal ski lift. Inclusive all services such as pool, spa, hammam, etc. A huge gaming room for children. Most of the waiters in the restaurant are quite young and not so friendly (at least not as friendly as in other tyrol hotels). The exterior terasse hasn't been cleaned from snow, so nobody could sit there and enjoy the sunbath. The hotel is a bit too much expensive for Christmas period.
Excelent food, very peacefull, nice atmosphere and sorounding, very good internet conection, a lot of things to do every day, nice and helpfull staff ...
A lovely hotel in a nice valley. Facilities were top notch and well appointed. The staff were particularly helpful and attentive in the reception area. The Gala meal on our second night was 7 courses and took a long time to serve, we would have preferred the standard meals we had the other evenings.
The manager was helpful and agreed to turn on the sauna for us at 07.00, after reception clerk refused to do it two times in a row. It was a Tuesday night and they had a disco blazing until 11pm. We were told that in our room we wouldn't be bothered but it was impossible to ignore. The saunas and wellness areas are open only 14.00-19.00, which is difficult for me to enjoy. The food at breakfast and at dinner was not memorable and not regional, the hotel is like a Marriot in Midwest -- but set in the mountain area. All in all, I fail to see why this would be a "spa" hotel.
