8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast, good location.
Cons: The room on the top floor was too warm to sleep well. There was just a small window to cool down the room.

Pros: The personnel and owners of the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and most of all everything was clean. Ratio of price and facilities are very good and i don't hesitate to suggest this property for your staying.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nearly everything was perfect. Checking in, we were greeted by Daniella who was warm, lovely, and very helpful (and loved our excited Labrador). She showed us our room and made sure we had everything we needed. Making reservations for massages and dinner was so easy. The room was smaller than I thought, but a good size. We had the corner room in the restored villa (not the new building) with a larger than normal balcony with views of the mountains, lake, and valley. It was more than expected and quite fun for our pup! Room felt and looked clean. The bar and front desk was well attended, always ready to help or make us what we want. The restaurant was beautiful, staff seemed happy, spa was lovey (including the pool, sun deck, lounging areas, saunas, etc) and stocked for drinks and snacks. Bathrooms were clean, and although the hotel seemed booked and busy, I never felt crowded, and never had to wait for services/facilities. We really enjoyed the outdoor lunch patio area, it was cozy and with plenty seating. If we stayed longer, we would have taken advantage of more of their services. They had plenty of information on things to do in the area and local spots. Perfect hotel in a great little town to celebrate our Anniversary. I would travel from all around the world just to come back to sleep this place.
Cons: Having the tub in the room was great, but only having a frosted glass door to the (very tiny) toilet was strange since there was virtually no privacy. The beds are more comfortable than other hotel beds I’ve stayed in, but for us, they were uncomfortable. We had to open the windows at night for air flow, and surprisingly did not get any mosquito bites. One of the two nights we stayed, someone’s car alarm went off 3-4 times, waking us up, often.

5.8 Okay
Pros: Spa is very nice.
Cons: Team is very unflexible, no real service attitude, didn't get a nice dinner because we went in the restaurant at 8.15 pm but already done and then they charged us the same price for the main dish and cheese like taking the whole menue, they earn enough money and don't take care about their single guests anymore

Pros: Like a fairy tail, one of the best value hotels I’ve stayed in in Europe. Highly recommended. Stunning views of alps.
Cons: Remember to let staff know you would like a sauna. It’s not on otherwise. Really cool setup though.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A perfect hotel for a couple of relaxing days cycling Passo dello Stelvio. The location is quiet but close to Stilfserjoch and Umbrailpass. The hotel staff is amazing, rooms and the hotel very clean, modern and they dispose of a small but nice wellness area. Breakfast is fantastic! I had half board and was very pleased with the choice of food - good value for money !
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A beautiful small hotel with excellent service. Our room had a superb view of the valley and a large private deck. The rooms are very quiet and the beds comfortable. The European style breakfast each day was fresh and delicious. Two of the four nights we had a four course dinner of local cuisine. It was flavourful and well presented with nothing heavy or overwhelming. The housekeeping staff do wonderful work.
Cons: Our only complaint is about ourselves and our lack of ability to speak German as in Südtirol it goes farther than Italian.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Just wonderful hotel in little Alpine town. Fantastic comfy room with stunning view. Awesomely good food - breakfast & dinner. Attention to detail everywhere. Modern hotel built in old Tyrol style - therefore best of both worlds. Loved it.

Pros: Creatively designed, comfortable and spotlessly clean rooms in a new part of the hotel. First class rooftop wellness with sauna, jacuzzi and relaxation room (fresh fruits, dried fruit and tea selection always available) - one of the best I've ever been to. Good breakfast including espresso/cappuccino, freshly pressed juice, wide cheese selection and different kind of morning eggs prepared on request (fried eggs with bacon highly recommended :) ). Tasty 5 course dinner including salad buffet, starter (selection of 2), soup or smoothie, main course (selection of 3) and desert. Small snack (cakes and cheese/ham) also available in the afternoon. I must not forget to mention an amazing (very quite and remote) location surrounded by high mountains, helpful stuff and a lots of little details (fluffy bathrobe, high speed WiFi etc.) which make stay in this hotel an excellent experience.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We spent a long weekend here together with our dog and we really had a wonderful time. The position of the hotel is fantastic, it’s located at the end of the valley immersed in a quiet atmosphere and it’s a perfect stammering point for excursions. The staff was really friendly. They welcomed us and our dog warmly and they were really helpful. The food was amazing, at breakfast you have a wide choice, both sweet and salt, and at dinner you can taste typical dishes. We stayed in a renovated room with view on the mountains, it was spacious and very comfortable. The sauna and the jacuzzi on the roof are simply amazing as the relaxing room where you can read and enjoy a warm tea. I definitely recommend it!
6.7 Good
Cons: Our water glasses in the room were not cleaned. We missed a cosy bar

10.0 Excellent
Pros: This id a very nice hotell. Nice staff and very nice ropoms. The buffé dinner was excellent.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great food! Wanderfull rooms and amazing sauna with a view over the lake
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We have choosen the hotel by accident, as a last minute decision, travelling fro Switzerland to Lake Garda, based on ratings. A family run hotel with appr. 30 rooms, with high quality refurbishment. A hotel is next to the road to Austria, which can result some noise to the rooms facing the road and the lake. We have asked a quiet room and we received one facing the mountains - very quiet during the night. There is a sauna on the top flor with a very nice view to the lake. High quality food at breakfast and dinner as well, with very friendly staff. For runners: the lake is about 200 meters from the hotel, you can run a full round around the lake, the distance is 15,3 km (West part is a little bit hilly, the total altitude difference on that part is about 100 meters in 5-6 kms). We will return, for longer period, the area is very nice.
Cons: Really nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cleaness
Cons: Food not special
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. An unexpected bonus was being able to use the hotel's sleds for a walk to the Rescher Alm and sled back to the valley--highly recommended.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Enjoyed a very comfortable one night stay. Very friendly greeting on arrival from Carmen, who showed us where we could securely lock up our bikes (a shed adjacent to the hotel, with pumps and tools available). Room was very clean, spacious - excellent shower and VERY comfortable beds, pillows and bedding. Enjoyed a swim in the pool, then took a (complimentary) glass of prosecco to the sauna/lounge on the top floor and enjoyed an hour or so relaxing and enjoying the view over the lake. Stunning aspect. We decided to eat in the hotel restaurant - at 12 euros a head it proved to be a very good decision. Delicious food and a nice space to dine in - five courses and an excellent wine list, including several from the locality. Very impressed, especially at the price. Breakfast spread was also very good - the usual Bavarian/Continental spread. Scrambled eggs, with flakes of bacon, is recommended. The hotel looks a little underwhelming from the front, but don't judge a book by its cover. Our room was in the rear of the hotel, so quiet with a small patio area. Front of the hotel possibly a little noisy due to road traffic and doubt the views would be great as there are houses on the other side of the road. Wonderful hotel - not the cheapest, but value for money and dinner was a a bonus!
Cons: Nothing much.

Glacier Hotel Grawand - Maso Corto - Bedroom
8.8 Excellent (388 reviews)
Overview Reviews
The highest situated Hotel in Europe – the Glacier Hotel Grawand, it is situated directly on the slopes on the Schnalstal - Senales Valley Glacier, at an altitude of 3,212 m above sea level. The unbelievable, fascinating and breath taking view can be admired throughout the hotel, whether in the rooms with large panoramic windows or while you enjoying the traditional, region and South Tyrolean cuisine in the restaurant. The surrounding 3000m peaks are closer than you think. In the evening, when the ski area is close returns an absolute peace and guests can relax in the sauna after an active day of skiing. On the following morning, you can be the first to whiz down the perfectly groomed slopes. Suitable for mountain, nature, and adventure lovers.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location, great service
6.3 Good
Pros: Clean room, modern feel of the property, location, friendly staff.
Cons: Even though this was Italy, staff made me feel like I was in Germany or Austria. No effort to speak English and I can guaranty I absolutely do not look German ... even if I were. Paid extra to get suite only to be given one on the main road in the older building instead of the newer wing. If I had known I would not have bothered to pay for upgrade and taken a smaller room with a nicer view and on the quiet side.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is perfect and being there gives us an unique feeling
Cons: The brochure in the room was a bit misleading about the indoor swimming pool.
7.1 Good
Pros: the view
Cons: the lack of oxygen in my body which cause dizzyness and uncomfortable feeling
7.9 Good
Pros: Just the Location was worth the price
Cons: The only thing that wasn't really ok was the food, a part from the meat, that was great
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location and the view are ridiculously beautiful. Every room has a glass wall, you get to wake up to an insane view! The dinner was very rich and good. Although it's more suitable for skiers and we don't ski, but just walking around the property was enough. The staff was very friendly, always smiling and ready to engage in a conversation.
Cons: The only thing I can mention, and the reason I didn't give this experience a higher rating is related to the storm that hit the day we were leaving. A crazy storm that happens maybe once a year. It's not the hotel's fault of course but we were 10 people checking out that morning and we all got stuck there for 3 extra days. We were all surprise the hotel didn't warn us the day before that this storm was expected. Also the staff wasn't very prepared or ready to deal with this situation, in the sense that they wouldn't share much information with us, we had to keep going up to them and asking for updates. People were stuck indoors for days and there was no effort from the hotel staff to make those days any fun or interesting - maybe organizing a small group activity, afternoon tea, idk... And there was no manager on site. No authority person.

Pros: Spacious, comfortable room. Friendly staff.
Cons: Instant coffee for breakfast, no normal bean coffee
7.5 Good
Cons: Dinner could be of better quality.
7.5 Good
Pros: It is my fifth time in this hotel, food is always perfect except scrambled eggs, made out of some egg fluid.
Cons: First day, swimming pool water cold. Sauna turned on very late and even around 17:00 not warm enough inside. Beer in soft allinclusive served in 0,2 glasses. There used to be craft machine for self service wine and beer and plastic cups had 0,4.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very nice staff, although English is not their strength. Super catering during the whole day. Comfortable large and clean rooms.
Cons: It depends on which wings you have your room, but if your room is facing to the glacier and you would like to open your balkon-door or window you can not sleep because of the street bar's noise and the very loud guests till 1-2 AM :-( BUT if you need fresh air during the night with a good ear plugs you can improve/remedy the situation :-)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Top Location! Very nice staff! Very tasty food!
