great surroundings, good personnel at reception, proximity of lifts, very fine pool, spa and fitness, indoor garage, very good breakfast in the nearby Zirm hotel old fashioned appartments, lack of any bar - only vending machine (restaurant in the nearby Zirm hotel), lack of garbage sorting, stinky garbage cans, very narrow places in the indoor garage

The location was fantastic for our needs- The hiking trails were right outside our door and there was free tennis and basketball within the hotel area. There was also a little fishing lake where we caught some great trout. We ate almost everynight in our apartment which was convenient and saved us a lot of money. The town of Maso Corto does not have any great places to eat. Vernago has a good hotel restaurant but the menu is limited. I would suggest eating at the mountain huts during the day and then buying food and eating in your apartment in the evening.

Very nice surroundings. Poor information was given at check-in. Reception is not fully operational during night and early morning - we could not pay for our stay in the early morning, so we had to delay our departure till 8am. Restaurant is available only in next hotel and price for dinner was unwarranted.
