10.0 Excellent
Pros: The view of the river and surrounding area.
Cons: Honestly didn't stay long enough.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: when I arrived at 12:30 am (after midnight) there was no reservation for me. This required me to spend another hour trying to get it figured out so got to bed at 1:30am! I still have not resolved the issue and do not know if I will be billed twice.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It was in a great location and easy access to many restaurants. Liked the cookies at check in.
Cons: Everything was fine, nothing major although the breakfast buffet was $14 and wasn’t much different than many hotels have included in their price. Also, I wish they would have been a little more accommodating regarding a late check out time. 1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The bathtub was stopped up, someone hit my car in the parking lot and they don't even have cameras outside to at least get a report done, the staff wasn't concerned at all about what happened. One of the staff stopped in the parking lot as I'm doing the police report and says oh it's not that bad. How inconsiderate to say while I'm standing with the police for a hit and run and he can't even get a description of who did it cause their too cheap to put cameras outside but have the nerve to charge for parking. The other staff member didn't want to give her name for the police report cause I guess she has warrants or something. Completely disappointed!!!

6.0 Good
Pros: The hotel and room itself looked very nice and clean.
Cons: The choices for breakfast weren’t that great. Either scrambled eggs that have the appearance of powdered eggs, or an omelette (great!) with Veggies that seemed like they were day old leftover pizza toppings (black olives??). The bed was super uncomfortable and the option to watch our own content via Chromecast didn’t work, so it was eerily silent :|

Pros: Front desk staff. The room even smelled clean.
Cons: Nope.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms appear to have been remodeled, very clean, appreciate the free parking, free internet and free breakfast. Location right off highway and prices are excellent. There was a mix up with reservation and agoda company but hotel's friendly and welcomig staff were able to rectify it quickly.
Cons: Small parking
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stayed here overnight for a concert. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Very attentive to the needs of the people staying there. We'll lit parking, and all the things you'd find in a larger hotel. Breakfast was fantastic!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room and facilities seemed very new and were quite nice. Our room request was honored and we were given a quiet room on the back side facing church property. We saw grass and pine trees out our window - very pleasant! I checked out the fitness room and had every intention of using it but chose to sleep in a bit later instead. It had very nice, new equipment that worked well when I tried it out.
Cons: While the binder of information was helpful, we had to go down and ask for a TV channel guide. I would recommend that it be put in the binder with the other info.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and the beds are exceptional.
Cons: Nothing.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Staff attendance
Cons: Found used needles in the bathroom and smoke detectors were covered with plastic in the room. Didn't feel safe or clean
1.0 Poor
Pros: Room was clean
Cons: The manager was so so very rude. I have never been charged a $100.00 deposit. I ask the manager about it and he was such a smart alec. He said that was in case I stile the T V ,or smoke in the room or damage anything. I am 72 years old,I have stayed at this hotel for several years, It used to be a great place to stay, But with $100.00 deposit not anymore. I asked when it would be put back on my credit card, he said he would have to check the room first, That he may not give it back. If he did it would be 5 to 7 days. I told the lady that was there this morning and she said she has hard complaints on him all the time. I have never been treated so rudely.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The shower head was nice... Oh, and Ghostbusters was fanfreakingtastic!!!
Cons: The length of time it took to check in! We arrived at 1:10 a.m. and got into our room at 1:30... Really??? There is no elevator at this 2 story motel!!! Upon walking into the lobby to check in I was met with the odor of marijuana and curry...Yummy! I reserved a king bed/non-smoking room. We were put in a double queen/smoking room. I was not asked if this change was acceptable. We pulled the bedspread and top sheet back on the bed closest to the heater/ac unit and found a large wad of black hair on the sheet. When we checked out the following morning I brought it to the attention of the desk clerk. No apology or discount was offered. I then asked for a paid reciept. The desk clerk told me she could not give me a paid reciept. For being in the room for less than 8 hrs (time change that morning), it was a very bad expierence and I would not recommended setting foot on this property!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Love the location, rates, friendliness of the staff. Staff very helpful. Staff accommodates my needs.
Cons: No elevator for upper floor access.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I absolutely loved everything!
Cons: The poor drainage in the shower other than that perfect, I would definitely stay there again.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: Front desk gave other random guests access to my room who took my luggage. Luggage was not returned until I put pressure on the front desk to find and return it. Outrageous! Never will return here.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Smoking is allowed right at all doors and comes into the rooms quite easily.

1.0 Poor
Pros: When I pay this much money at least have a staff that can comprehend customer service My God
Cons: Everything
7.0 Good
Pros: Exterior of the building was well lit and clean. Lobby was clean and had a wood-framed plexiglass divider at the register. Luggage cart was available for use. The hotel was fairly quiet but the parking lot was not very full. We were on the 1st floor and slept peacefully. The King Suite was large and spacious with a small kitchenette containing a fridge, microwave, coffee pot, sink, large counter space and cabinets/drawers. There was also plenty of room to set up our child’s travel crib. The bathroom vanity was open to the bedroom but the shower and toilet were separate with a door. The shower was a nice, large, walk-in with adjustable settings on the shower head and wonderful water pressure and plenty of hot water (to the point where I was having to turn down the heat at the end of the shower). No bathtub, fyi. Parking was free and well lit, and also free WiFi. Outlets and USB ports on both night stands, and outlets also available at the desk.
Cons: Note: Our stay was during the pandemic. I brought my own cleaning supplies and disinfectant wipes, I’m glad that I did. Upon arrival I wiped down all the high-touch points in the room (door handles, light switches, etc), they had not been thoroughly cleaned. Grime and smudges has been left behind and easily cleaned off with my wipes (the grime was not stained but fresh). I also was cleaning the toilet handle and noticed some hairs left on the toilet and something smudged on the inside of the toilet lid - I wiped down the entire toilet. The pillows on the bed were nice and comfy but the bed was a little too firm for my liking, my husband thought it was “okay”. The carpet was stained with red blotches, I’m hoping this was ink or fruit juice or something. Overall I would give SpringHill Suites 4 Stars and would recommend staying here. Stay healthy and safe!
