Location and staff

The hot tub was broken. There were only 2 pieces of exercise equipment in the so called 'fitness' room and they were broken. Pretty disappointing.

The beds and bedding were amazing. Comparable to higher priced hotels that were twice as expensive. Very reasonably priced.

Loved our stay there. Normally stay in a nearby hotel but their ratings had gone down some.

The pricing met my budget.

When we arrived the room was very cold due to the heat not being on even though I had reservations. It took two hours to heat the the room up. They were going to move us next door but when he came to do so the heat was not on in that room either.

The location and scenery was excellent. Close to what I needed it to be. Near the highway, near town and most of all near family. It was quiet, no paper thin walls.

When I called to verify check-in times, I was told I could check-in at any time since I was driving over 480 miles and due to arrive early around 8 AM for an interview in state. When I arrived, I was told I could check in until 11AM! Didn't like that.

The hotel was clean very helpful staff

The pool is stated as heated but it was cold.

Good location and close to a good restaurant and gas station. Easy to get into and out of. It was clean and met expectations.

It's time for a major upgrade (paint, replace carpet, etc.

The breakfast was decent.

The room was outdated & very dirty. We where given a room facing a brick wall. Originally given a smoking room. Priceline employee called to correct. The Super 8 employee was rude & hung up on them. I had to call and beg hotel manager to change the room.

The girl who checked us in was great...very pleasant and helpful.

The location was very convenient.

My only real complaint was concerning the breakfast... We ate the morning of Sat Sept 14th. Many of the silverware and dishes did not appear to be clean. I actually rinsed them off myself before I used them. The oatmeal was very runny that day.

Complimentary breakfast was very nice and staff were fairly friendly with the exception of the attendant who greeted us at check-in.

This hotel allows smoking and, unbeknownst to me, I booked a smoking room on accident. Upon our arrival, the attendant would not change our room and let us stay in a non-smoking room. Ash on floor in bathroom, gross ash tray smell. Total YUCK.

All staff was pleasant and extremely helpful.

Clean rooms. comfortable beds.

We have stayed here several times on our trips south to visit our children as it is the perfect drive from home on the days we leave home.

Close to the highway,good stopover while on route to Florida. Good breakfast! Free internet and pet friendly...however people should be made to pick up after their dogs,they need stoop and scoop signs.

The hotel was fine but the light/fan in the bathroom was very noisy,needs to be fixed and so was the fridge. Terrible lighting in the room also.

We came through a side door in the day. Was not sure if they locked it at night as no key was needed to enter .

Will not be staying at another Sleep Inn, Room was smoking -requested non - smoking and was advised by from desk the only way to get a non-smoking room was to pay full price.

The location.

Priceline said it was a nonsmoking room but we were given a smoking room and the hotel manager would not change it. Priceline made the mistake. Won't use Priceline or Sleep Inn again.

Great location. Easy on and off the interstate. Couple half decent restaurants near by. Property is relatively new, room was clean and furnished in typical HI Xpress style. Good value through Priceline particularly considering holiday season date.

Out side parking lot light was spot lighting our room window. Curtain was too shut out the light. Air unit did not maintain heat setting. Room stayed warmer than setting. It was a long night!

It was a place to sleep.

I handed over debit card to pay for dog.there was nothing on statement about that but a spanish grocery store had charged my card $400+.I found this out after checkout and reported it.hotel claimed priceline stole my debit card #.its under investigation.

I do quite a bit of traveling and have stayed at more hotels/motels than I could count. This Ramada is probably the best bang for my buck, I've gotten. I did get a Priceline deal, but this inn would be excellent at full price, without a doubt.
