Pros. Room was clean, bed and pillows were comfy, and the refrigerator had a separate freezer compartment so our ice pack could be refrozen.
Cons. Had a little problem with WiFi and reported it to the office. They realized all the WiFi was down. It was fixed in short order.
Pros. Clean, quite, well appointed rooms, the best hotel mattresses we have slept on ever. Just a really nice place that gives great bang for the buck.
Cons. Breakfast would have been nice - but the trade off is a lower rate no doubt so no real complaints.
Pros. Good value for the money. Hotel room was clean and came with refrigerator and microwave. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. There aren't many hotels to stay at in Mena and this one was fine.
Cons. Pool was green and closed. The wifi was spotty. It Didn't work all the time and I didn't see anything out for breakfast when we left, but that was ok with us.
