The staff was helpful with all our needs. The location was good for our all our destinations,
Spacious rooms, clean, good price, good breakfast. We had a small dog with us. Other guests had "pitbulls", you should limit the size of the dogs allowed.
Clean enviroment. Very nice.
Location and convenience for our visit with family Cover off the thermostat, lack of fruit at beakfast, difficulty finding map and local directions
Good value for money Clean and comfortable
Friendly staff - Great pool- convenience to area
+ Huge room (don't think I ever stayed in such a big hotel room) + large bed + large TV + free internet + very clean room + helpful staff + ATM nearby + gas station nearby + mini store nearby + cheap + many additional facilities + safe in room + free breakfast (they had a waffle toaster even) + free coffee in the hallway + fridge + vending machines + all in all one of the better hotels I stayed at and I stayed at quite a few. - The booking from booking.com had not shown up in their system, but they did not make an issue about it and solved this quickly - for whatever reason the vending machines seemed sold out (but there was a gas station very nearby so I could get cold drinks there)
ease of acess no
you can hear your neighbors while .... and too noisy .
Nice and near the highway with easy access to Boston.
Convenient location and pleasant staff Unfortunately , the room was not thoroughly cleaned...there was an empty soda bottle on th floor and a what looked like a piece of chewed steak on the TV stand
Free hot breakfast There was writting on the wall of our room
Looked great from the outside, like a huge castle. Stayed for 3 nights & never got room service. Went to front desk on 2nd night to ask for towels since we had used all ours & they said that they didn't have any but would send some up which never happened. The next day they said that they were too busy to provide room service because the hotel was full & they were very busy.
Upon check in we had dirty tissues on floor, pubic hair in tub, my jacuzzi tub didn't work. Several calls required to get sheets for the crib . management didnt charge for room service to make ip for it. Beds were extremely comfortable. House keeping needs to step it up...should be spotless for the money you're charged.
The checkin & out was seemless & excellent since I was out at 0 dark thirty, Two things; there were only 2 creamers for the coffee pods. C'mon, only 2 creamers and one doesn't usually see this unitl it's time to make the coffee. the 2nd item was a notice that "maintenance" was going to be done on certain floors and guests could expect diminished services. Since I was on one of those floors I would have been terribly annoyed at loss of any services especially when paying for ALL services. Luckily I was out before "diminished services" such as low water pressure etc.. transpired.
Check in was a breeze. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and the towels were very soft, not like most hotels. Every time you took a shower the water would stop running two or three times and it took about a minute for the water to turn back on. On the first morning we called the front desk and they sent up a maintenance man extremely quick. He stated it was probably just air in the pipes, which was a valid explanation, except it happening everyday the four days we stayed there.
Facilities were modern and updated. Indoor pool and outdoor pool. The place looks like a castle. The carpet in our room needed to be vacuumed. The pools were both dirty, cloudy and had stuff floating in the outdoor pool. The cleaning staff didn't restock our towels and I had to request some from the front desk. We got they at 10:30pm.
Nothing Beds were horrible , the alarm clock went off at midnight and we had no hot water and no bath tub
The location is great. The staff was slow to respond to requests. They mistakenly gave me the wrong room. Not a big deal. I called the front desk to ask about getting into the right room. It took over an hour to correct.
The room was comfortable and spacious. Fitness center although small contained equipment required to have a good workout, would like to have an additional elliptical machine. There was significant light leaking into the room around the door and windows affecting sleeping conditions. The blue led light on the alarm clock was intense and required I cover it with a towel.
This must have been the best hotel I've ever been to, and I've been to alot of hotels. Rooms were beautiful and service couldn't have been better. Excellent hotel, I would recommend and definetly stay there again
I just stayed one night, basically using it just as a place to sleep. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I liked the extra pillows. I didn't get to test the internet though. The day I was there must been a busy time, as it was near impossible to get into the small breakfest area to get something to eat. Im sure the included breakfest would have been ok if there isn't a mob of people there. I basically grabbed a muffin and made a run for the door.
We stayed at this hotel for two days prior to going to Cape Cod, in order to visit with family in the area. We were pleasantly greeted with freshly baked cookies and a very friendly and helpful staff! The first room we were assigned had a problem with the toilet. We were moved immediately into another room. The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are comfy and the thermostat allowed us to control our environment to our liking! The breakfast was yummy and a great start for our busy day! The restaurants aren't too far and there are many to choose from. There is a wonderful little Mediteranean restaurant off of 111 and Zachary road, called Flaming Kabob, which was worth going back several times. La Quinta, Thanks for a great stay!
La Quinta was a very reasonable place to stay, without compromising quality for the value.
I am very satisfied with my two day stay. When I first arrived I was given a room that seemed to have a heating problem. I was immediately moved across the hall to another room that ended up being an upgrade. Absolutely no bad attitudes with the staff and the continental breakfast was generous.
I enjoyed the stay, nice people and great service. Breakfast buffet was GREAT and room clean.
Pool to far away from main building. No ice machine on each floor..........
This hotel is spotlessly clean! The staff was friendly and helpful! The breakfast was delicious and healthy; fresh waffles, yogurt, healthy cereal choices and hard boiled eggs! I came here to be close to my son who was in the hospital in Newton. Since I flew into Manchester I took a online travel website package that included this hotel and planned to change hotels after the first night. However, I loved this hotel so much that I stayed for the entire time. Driving the 45 minutes to the hospital each day was no problem when I knew I'd be coming g back to this ''home''
Good price and clean. Safe neighborhood. Quiet with no outside traffic noise. Quite adequate for an overnight stop.
staff was nice but....hotel is in kind of an industrial/ office area, no atmosphere. Virtually no English speakers there. There was shady activity in the back parking lot that woke me up at 1am. I stayed by myself. I would not bring my family here. Breakfast bar closed too early
When choosing a hotel, the expectations tend to drift downward with the price. The things I expect to sacrifice first are cleanliness, comfort and service. Not here. Mostly I just want a clean comfortable place to get a good night's rest. La Quinta delivered beautifully. I even found the bed to be exceptionally comfortable, comparable with rooms I've taken in much more expensive establishments. The breakfast was decent -- although I don't recommend the waffles. If you just want a quick no-frills bite to get running on it should do very well with cereal, milk, juice, toast, boiled eggs, coffee, etc. I expect to stay there again a few months from now. Good deal.
Excellent hotel, clean, nicely decorated and free continental breakfast. Unlimited coffee all day.
Clean and professional; nicely appointed room; breakfast was fine. Pleasant and helpful staff. Good value for the money. No
stuff was helpful,if you missed anything at home (for shaving / shower etc) you can get it at the desk.
The Facility and Staff were great. The place is very quiet and friendly. The only draw back I could see is no mini fridge or microwave in the room we were in. Had to go to the office.
Location Too pricey for what you get
Originally we were given I guess what was called a "standard" room with no refrigerator, micro, etc. Since our stay was for 3 days, they were able to upgrade to a better room which allowed us to stay there instead of moving on. Not luxurious but it worked and the price was ok. There was only 1 chair in the room. We did ask for another chair and was given a folding chair which wasn't perfect, but better than sitting on the bed.
3 food and drink options attached to the hotel Bathrooms need to be updated! My shower head broke while taking a shower.
staff always with a smile, very attentive, rooms so pretty.
Easy to get to off highway. Friendliness of staff in both bars. At function in ballroom the staff and food was very good. There is no refrigerator in room. Also, there is no safe, which seems to be a staple in all hotels which we have been staying at.
Air conditioner was very loud and directed icy breeze directly at bed. Result was we were either too hot or too cold. (Room 130). Otherwise it was fine.
Outdoor patio near first floor bar was lovely. Beautiful plants and landscaping throughout the hotel and grounds enhanced our experience. Mold or mildew odor on third floor corridor was very strong. Luckily not in our room!
It was so clean... I asked for king size bed when I made reservation online; and ended up with double bed and no refrigeration ...other than that it was good .
balcony air conditioner noisy
When I saw this gorgeous room I called the desk thinking I got a room that cost more than I paid! I had high hopes for a great breakfast, but the food was typical manufactured steam tray food.
It was a very comfortable, relatively inexpensive place to get away for a weekend with the kids. The pool is very nice, and the breakfast buffet is excellent. It is better situated for locations north of Boston than for city visitors, but quite close to the Burlington Mall stores, restaurants, and movies. Certainly quiet and a good value!
Both common areas and the room itself was clean and updated. The bed was very comfortable. It was a little bit off the beaten path, but it was quiet. There were a lot of unsupervised kids acting up in the pool when I tried to go down there.

The rooms are neat and clean and comfortable. the kitchenette is insufficient with only a microwave and tiny refridgerator w/o freezer, no utensils, the breatkfasts are also on the simple side.
Very friendly staff. Free breakfast. Pool area is nice. Rooms pleasantly decorated, ample size.
V friendly staff and price Room was kind of run-down; it also smelled stale; it also had a small, noisy heater that couldn't warm up the room; tiny little shampoo and conditioner bottles. It is just 'bare bones' there at Spring Hill suites. But for the price, it was satisfactory.
The price. Room was rather small. 3 tour buses staying crowded out the breakfast area so had to go elsewhere and buy breakfast.
located in a nice semi-rural area with lots of trees, walking trails, indoor pool/spa. The breakfast was fresh, hot, and plentiful every single day of our 7 night stay! We couldn't have been happier with our stay. The indoor pool/spa did seem to be over chlorinated on a few nights and the smell was overwhelming. They need better ventilation in this area so that guests can enjoy their pool time. The only other recommendation is to have more washers/dryers.

As you would expect from a Courtyard, all was up to high standards. Enjoyable stay. Lack of free breakfast.
Free Internet access at the room Not to my recollection
Clean,beautiful room,great beds,friendly staff n/a
Comfortable bed and very good breakfast with lots of choice. Swimming poo, was clean but a little small, Hard to find, well outside Billerica
Friendly staff, recently renovated and clean rooms. Breakfast service personnel could have done better job.
The comfortable room, the great staff and the value. I would consider staying there any time I need to. One elevator was out of service at a very busy time
I like that it's secluded in a quiet area that you can feel totally relaxed...the rooms were spacious, well decorated and clean, the couch and bed, very comfy, the pool was not deep enough for adults but shallow enough for kids to swim in. I didn't like that the channels didn't have a guide menu to look at so I had to scroll them one by one...shampoo, conditioner and soap were provided but no toothpaste...I also didn't like going back and forth downstairs to the lobby to use the microwave. It would be nice if it was inside the room...Overall, it was a good and relaxing experience. I'd go back definetly
Threadbare towels and sheets. Not the norm for other Courtyard Marriotts. Surprising given it's location in an Office Park.
They told me I did not have a reservation and it took me 30 minutes to get a room. First they told me they were sold out then they found one.
It was convenient for where we needed to be; we were able to get a reservation not that far in advance; the rate, although not an amazing bargain, was pretty competitive. Two issues we generally don't have with Marriott: First, we always request non-smoking rooms and floors, but this time there was a definite smell of smoke; if it wasn't from our specific room, it was certainly from the floor we were on. Second, my reservation clearly called for a king bed, but we were given a room with two smaller beds. Since we got there late at night, had to be up and out early in the morning, and just wanted to get to sleep as quickly as possible, we let it go, but this was not our best Courtyard experience. I am saying "yes" to "would you recommend this hotel," but "perhaps" would be a better answer, and I would recommend being very specific about the kind of room you want.
Staff was helpful and made great dining recommendations, complete with printed directions. The location was an easy commute to the venue we were attending in Cambridge. The room was spacious, clean, and decor was pleasant. Would have liked breakfast included.
The stores are really close to the hotel.
the whole staff was wonderful helpful. breakfeast great all around great motel.motel in the middle of everything easy acsess to all points of intrest for us. thanks Best Western see you soon Bob
Free breakfast, quiet and clean
The motel is conveniently located and easy to find, just off an interstate exit and within walking distance of a large and well-stocked supermarket, and a few restaurants. The front desk staff was professional and the room was clean, and showed evidence of some upgrades (the building is an older one), such as the beds & a flat screen TV. Breakfast was decent, the food only average but there was plenty of it. The room had free coffee, a couple bottled waters and a good cable lineup, in addition to the usual amenities. We would stay there again. Our first room was non-smoking room but reeked of cigarette smoke, although otherwise clean. We requested and immediately received a different room, which was fine. The front desk was staffed by only one person, so although our check-in time wasn't bad, it would've been much improved by even a second person on duty, since there were others checking in. Possibly due to being alone at the desk, although professional & polite I wouldn't characterize the employee as friendly. She was helpful in finding a restaurant for dinner, though, which turned out to be excellent.
Breakfast,Free Internet Access,Big room, very clean. Noisy in corner room first floor (Few meters from road junction).Poor TV programs assortment.
Clean, comfortable, friendly and pet friendly. One of the best Hampton Inns we have stayed at
The breakfast was great The bed was comfortable The room was clean The staff were friendly N/A
The location was great, not far from shopping. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful. The price was reasonable. No complaints, this is a great place to stay.
Lovation is nice because it was far enough, but close enough to freeway. Nicely sized room. 2 sinks were nice. The grounds & the room smelled of smoke despite it being a non-smoking room. When I opened the door, I was overcome by the smell of chemical cleaners. I had to open the window to air out & it was cold outside.
Hotel refused to refund me after having to switch hotels. Took third party booking company a week to win me the refund.
Quiet location yet close to town. Rooms were very large and clean. Big bathroom that had been updated. The breakfast was a little insufficient. Coffee, donuts, and juice were advertised but by the time we got there only 2 donuts remained. They were prepackaged and not fresh which is what I was expecting. The lobby is very small so it was difficult to get to the juice and donuts which were behind the entry door.
Location. We wanted to get out of the Boston area. Price was appropriate. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Terrible night's sleep.
Quiet place, nice standard, clean Better choice of beverages (beer/wine) and snacks, since the nearest restaurant is 2 km away.
location is good Breakfast, although free is poor, served on throw away plates, etc. Food is almost throw away too. Sadly becoming commonplace in the US these days.
Very nice accomodations, close to many fast food and casual dining restaurants. Right off the highway, making it easy to travel to surrounding cities. If you don't feel like going out, they have Victoria's in the lobby, and a bar if you want a drink.
This hotel sits in a business park and we got a great price on a Saturday night stay. Quiet location with easy highway access. Staff was friendly and fluent in English. Room was well-maintained and clean. No concerns about bedbugs. Bed comfortable. Did not use pool or on-site restaurant. Cracker Barrel and Wendy's are across the street. Definitely would stay again if in the area. One complaint: There was no shampoo. What we thought was shampoo turned out to be an extra bottle of body lotion. Not a pleasant surprise when you're already in the shower.
This was my second stay. I find the hotel staff very friendly and helpful.
Was basically okay, but the hallways were smelly and dated. I got a great deal on the room, but if it had been anywhere close to regular price, I would have been very disappointed.
The Holiday Inn in Tewksbury was easy to get to and the staff was very pleasant. My room was clean with a king size bed. The room had a small fridge and microwave. Pick your perk was a nice touch to choose breakfast or some other reward. I would definitely book this hotel again. The breakfast was decent, but only one person was trying to serve guests.
I used this hotel for years until my car was broken into and despite the fact the hotel knew my car window was smashed they did nothing to notify me of this event. when I complained they did nothing to help the situation or try to remedy it in any way. I used to have five or six rooms there five times a year and now make sure my people go anywhere else.
We are on our way to Boston and because Boston is quite expensive we decided to stay somewhere in the suburbs. This is a wonderful property, clean with friendly staff and nice rooms. We used a coupon and we had no problems with getting the discount rate. You have to pay for breakfast, but they have a great choice. So, don't spend more money than you need and stay here at this hotel!
Average Holiday Inn - a little dated, but a tremendous value for the money - Pool was great for kids. Breakfast/Dinner were a good value for the money. We stayed here while visiting Canobie Lake Park. This was our second year here. Excellent value for the money.
This hotel is terrible, the service and gm were rude, horrible and dishonest. They partner with all the Canadian bus tours, have below average rooms, and treat their guests second rate. Would not stay at this hotel. I am sure Holiday Inn just likes all the Canadian tourists as they stay only once and then never return.
My son and I stayed overnight , and we were so happy with the room. The beds were so comfortable and the pillows were to die for. Check in was a breeze and the front desk staff very courteous . I would certainly recommend the hotel.
Stayed here for a week with my wife and kids. Staff was very friendly and helpful with information on the area and directions and attractions. Pool is a shallow (3 feet) lap pool, which isn't my taste, would rather a deeper pool. Good that they have a lifeguard on duty, but myself don't like having someone sit there and stare at you being the only ones in there. lol They have wireless internet which was great for my laptops and getting directions. They also had a public computer with a printer which we used a couple times for printing tickets to attractions. Hotel is in a business park and nice looking. Rooms were very clean and housekeeping did a great job. But the carpeting in halls were coming up in some spots and were easy to trip on. Overall would definitely stay there again
