Location, bar and the bes
The smell of the room and the door was bit complicated to lock
The service was incredible and so friendly! The location is two blocks from the Zócalo, and it is a unique experience to stay in a 17th century building that has been converted in such an interesting way. There is a very nice pool on the roof!
The room had a sort of “open concept” so the bathroom really wasn’t private. That was unexpected and somewhat awkward.
Staff location and food
The size of our room and bed
Historical aspect, breakfast was delicious with many options.....roof pool area delightful. Decor, bedding, pillows all delightful.
We felt the service from the pool/terrace bar let the service of the general hotel staff down a little. Don’t feel bottled water should,be on the breakfast tables if guests are to be charged for them without prior notification.
All staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was great and the amenities are excellent.
We reserved a suite specifically because it listed as having a bathtub. When we arrived we did not actually have a tub. We called and were able to be switched to a different room.
