Pros. Centrally located hotel. This is a 5 star hotel with a great price. The staff is very attentive to our needs. The room was made in the morning and when we came back, it was set for bed time with a piece of chocolate on the pillow. The hotel constantly sanitize and takes hygiene very seriously. They even provided us masks and hand sanitizers. We would definitely return back to the same hotel
Cons. The room ber a little small but the level of service made up for it. I would have the staff and the hotel a 10 star.
Pros. The Hotel has a very good location. Rooms are clean and provide all amenities. The food is very well prepared and the Spa is top of the line.
Pros. Very nice reception and excellent restaurant
Cons. Room are very small
Pros. I found the value for this hotel to be amazing. There were several restaurants to choose from in the lobby plus the bar stayed open past 2am. I thought the segregated spa was a bit odd, but my wife and I were able to get an excellent 90-minute couples massage. The hotel is close to the main park where there are plenty of attractions. The staff was always able to accommodate me and they were super friendly. Even though I speak Spanish, I didn't need to as the staff was very fluent in English. I would stay here again.
Cons. I didn't like that the spa was segregated. I would like to have spent some time in the Jacuzzi with my wife, but that is not the case with the spa facility.
