The room was nice and pool area
The staff the lady located at the checking area for honors members was a bit rude once she found out I got my room using points and told me I could not get any of my benefits as a good member. Understand no room upgrade but no internet either no this no that. Which was fine just her tone and way she said it made me realize maybe I don’t really need to stay good at Hilton.
Odd location for the lobby - confusing to have to switch elevators. Otherwise, a great location and a clean, comfortable hotel.
Happy hour was great. The hotel was beautiful and I loved the view from my room.
We were told that the pool was heated but it was freezing.
The hotel was excellent, staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Room service was very good as well too. Valet service very good. I would defiantly stay here again!

I always use Hilton because for several reasons but this hotel stood out for their staff, overall feel and looks of the hotel along with the comfort of the room.
View from our room, preferred the ocean view
Hilton Downtown Review

getting old ........
getting old.... hope it´s renewed in the future
Close to the bus stop & mover Beautiful scenery
Far from the beach
Poor experience with Hilton
Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
1) Status was not recognized. Although we booked thru agent, other brands still recognize it. They are even stingy on the complementary bottles of water.. which is funny. I will not give Hilton into priority consideration in the future. 2) Some residents were definitely smoking pot inside the room. 3) We had 4 people checking in and were only given 3 towels.... which is very much ridiculous. 4) The bed was not set up in a tidy manner, and the trash can and empty bottles were not removed after the room cleaning.. that was a very bad experience.
