Pros (+) Loved the water aerobics class. The room was clean and beautifully decorated and comfortable.
Cons (-) Rooms could use microwaves. Our particular room, the door was hard to close. Also they were chipping the paint off the railings and the deck attached to our room, would have been nice if they would have swept up all the pieces as they stuck to our shoes and luggage. Cons (-) Beds were extremely firm. Tossed and turned all night. Some segments were out on clock so I couldn't tell how much longer I had to suffer till daylight. Toilet seat so loose I nearly got thrown on the floor. Shower handle came off in my wife's hand.
Pros (+) The grounds with fresh snow and holiday lighting made it sort of magical. The fireside reasonably priced dinner was very romantic. The pond-view breakfast was refreshing.
Cons (-) When we checked in the desk person didn't let us know that we needed to make reservations for the crater springs swim. We had to ask about it specifically before this information was offered. I'm glad we asked since it was the main reason we chose this location.

Cons (-) The inside pool was really dingy looking - didn't want to swim again after looking really closely at it. Building we were in could definitely use some updating or a remodel.
