Residence Mignoncase Tre

The Residence Mignoncase Tre is located in an area characterized by excellent restaurants where you can taste the local cuisine and in a quiet & prestigious corner of the city; a stone’s throw away from the heart of Milan. In the adjacent streets, there are bistros, wine bars, shops and supermarkets. Piazza San Babila can be reached on foot in about 15/20 minutes and in 5 minutes by public transport due to the large network of public transport in the area. Lots to see in Milan; booking a guided tour to the Rooftop of the Duomo Cathedral is a MUST. We also highly recommend a day trip to Lake Como & Bellagio (book via Viator). The Residence exudes quality/price, security and discretion. In these strange times of uncertainty whether one’s flight would be cancelled or not, Simona was extremely helpful, and a customer-friendly, fun lady, as were Rafael and the other staff members. For the duration of our stay in Milan, the Residence was our “home, away from home”. Thanks to all!

The amenities were clean and comfortable! The shower pressure and temperature was nice. It was easy to find and in a neighborhood that felt safe. Plenty of restaurants and supermarket around.

The staff is friendly, helpful and takes care of all your needs. A perfect place to stay when you are in Milano!

Lovely apartment 15 min walking distance from Duomo Cathedral. We were kindly provided a comfortable crib and a high chair for our toddler, definitely a great solution for families with a small kid. Plenty of restaurants, markets and cafés in the area. Finding street parking is a gamble like everywhere in Italy, therefore we appreciated the private parking close by (300 m) even if expensive (30 euros for 24h). Overall, it was a great solution for our 3-night stay in Milan. Highly recommended!

No breakfast but we knew that there wasn't included such. There were plenty of cafeterias, bars and restaurants near the place. So you can choose for breakfast, lunch or dinner or only for a drink :) Th place was really big, cozy and with good heating. There is even a kitchen, a big wardrobe, big bathroom and big foie. The room itself was really spacious and the bed was big and comfy! :) Nobody bothers you for anything. The check in and check out were so easy. The personal is really cooperative.
