The hotel is well-maintained. Great amenities. The fitness center is the best I have ever seen in a hotel. The equipment was varied, sufficient, with multiple rooms for exercise machines, dumbbells, free weights, exercise mats, and even a full indoor basketball court. The rooms are large and comfortable. Housekeeping is provided daily. The restaurant and bar area is large and a great place to meet friends. The location is in Nicollette Square with access to the Convention Center and many good restaurants. The personnel at the hotel are professional, friendly and caring. A great facility.
Pros. The staff was amazing. I spoke with several at different times for different reasons and every one of them were kind, friendly, helpful and welcoming. Highly impressed! I LOVED the market on the first floor. Best thing ever for a 5am start! I thought the room was very clean, updated nicely and comfortable. Both my daughter and I slept super well!
Cons. The ONLY thing I thing could have been better is that I didn’t realize I’d have to pay for parking separate. It was an extra $30 surprise. Not a huge deal, but I feel expectations could have been better. I still would have stayed at this location and I absolutely will come back. 😊
Cons. Ice machine did not work properly, remote to tv hard to use, most floors had no supplies in the vending machines. Room had a funny smell.
Cons. IHome clock radio has old iphone plug. Furniture is a bit worn, but nothing crazy.
Pros. spacious hotel. room, lobby, dining area, etc. i like that the breakfast cost was included in the price of the room. that was a nice surprise.
Cons. no hot tub.
Pros. A great stay for work. Easy walk to the convention center. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and functional. Very comfortable.
Pros. The room was welcoming, larger than expected, great views. Room service was prompt and had great drink selections. The food (mushroom arancini and turkey burger) were great. Easy access to cabs to get us to our NYE destination downtown.
Cons. Was unaware of the NYE party going on in the hotel, extreme security in place to even get to our room, bottle necks at elevators, loud party goers, and strange routes to get from parking to hotel because of the event. Might have chosen another hotel if we had known.
Pros. Fantastic service, great staff, beautiful lobby. Very comfortable bed. Rooms were quiet and restful.
Cons. Some of the furniture was a little beat-up, though not very bad. Room was a little dark; would have appreciated one more lamp.
Pros. The room was a great space. Everything was excellent and the staff was super friendly and helpful.
Cons. No hot tub.
Pros. Hotel has an amazing gym with great equipment and a full size indoor basketball course. The room service and valet was excellent, and food was good.
Cons. Stayed here while Meta-Con was being hosted by the hotel and it was extremely crowded, kids seemed to be having fun but most were obnoxious, rude, and out of line. I wouldn't stay here if the hotel was hosting this event again.
