The manager was really nice, and even remembered my name when I checked out the next morning. Small toiletries were also provided, with, finally, decent sized bath towels (instead of hand towels masquerading as bath towels). Wi-Fi and HBO were provided free of charge and the air conditioner actually worked!
Pet friendly room was clean but. The carpet was in very bad condition. Bring your crocks Very nice staff
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking convenient. Room & Bath clean and very adequate. Comp Breakfast was good. Biscuits & Gravy, Sausage Links, Fresh Waffles, Fresh Fruits, Various Breads/Toast, Fresh Baked Goods. Overall, very good hotel.
The breakfast left a little to be desired
SIZE OF ROOM. LOCATION. AVAILABLE CHANNELS ON DIRECT TVV INCLUDING HAVING ALL OF THE HBO CHANNELS. NOT A THING.
It was close to where I needed to be and it was very clean. I enjoyed the breakfast on the morning also. It is unfortunately close to some train tracks. The train comes through twice in the middle of the night.
Breakfast. Roomy bathroom. Breakfast ended at 10:00 and even though the room was filled with people including families eating, it was closed down. Food was removed. Come on.
It was close to our destination. Clean and the breakfast was very good. No
The staff was nice. My room needed light bulbs, there was dirty water in the bathroom sink, the frig had a smell. The environment outside the hotel is loud. They need to update the hotel.
Location to the area I was visiting
It was in a central location, very nicely kept, and just overall had a very safe feeling to it. Add in free breakfast and free parking, this place was great. The walls seem to be paper thin so we were woken up at about 6:30 AM by children running and screaming in the hallways and the train blasting its horn as it went by outside. You could hear every toilet flush, housekeeping vacuuming a bit too early.

Convenient location. Plenty of food options close by.Room was comfortable and clean. Beds and linens were of good quality for this level of hotel. Typical free breakfast for this type of hotel. I wasn't brave enough to try the biscuits and gravy. The exercise room was a little cramped to do exercises.
I thought the proximity of the train was going to be an issue. In my case, it was not an issue. I slept well. My hotel experience was very good in all aspects. I don't give 'excellent' liberally. Wifi didn't work, I followed the directions but no big deal, I watched my shows on my phone.
I liked the theme and the atmosphere of the hotel. It is in a quite countryside like area, yet close from business and shopping facilities.
It had an awesome outdoor hot tub and nearby sauna. It was really pleasant to be outside in the rain and in the hot water, tucked away in a private little courtyard. I was surprised to see so much alcohol readily available in the room. It didn't bother me, but I wonder whether those with alcohol issues would do well being in a room with bottles of gin, vodka, and wine so available.
Beautiful, comfortable, romantic rooms and location. Staff was excellent as was the food. Need more bath towels in room, please.
Felt absolutely taken care of and pampered. It's also walking distance to a couple of lovely wineries with tastings. Nothing.
Very comfortable and stylish rooms with excellent facilities and a wonderful rustic reception/ bar area.
The spa services and programs
The staff here is incredibly friendly, even for an expensive hotel. They go above and beyond what one would normally expect. Very dog friendly too, a huge plus for us. When we checked in they delivered a dog bed and bowls to our room, very cool! Construction at 8am on a Sunday? Surely that couldn't wait for midday during the week...really frustrating given how much you pay for this experience. Only complaint I've got though, this place is amazing.
The bed and linens were great. Atmosphere was relaxed. Proximity to the winery & Red Hook Brewery. My husband did not like the shower head placement -- no big deal to me!
The staff was very accommodating. When the fireplace did not operate, a staff person did his best to remedy the situation, and when it still did not operate, we were offered a different room. We chose to stay in the room we were already in. a few minutes later, under our door appeared a note authorizing a free breakfast for both of us. The breakfast was delicious. I don't like the stark ambiance of the room. I prefer cozy. a working fireplace might have improved "cozy," but husband and I are just not into sleek and modern. We also do not the emphasis on alcohol (all manner of elegant bottles in the room); we don't drink alcohol.
Everything about this hotel is amazing! From the complimentary wine while checking in, to the pet friendly amenities- I was impressed with it all! Me and my husband live 20 minutes away but feel like we are vacation every time we stay here.
The friendly and helpful approach to guests when it became apparent that nothing was regarded as insignificant
Very comfortable for a family or as a couples romantic getaway. We've experienced both. Loved both trips! Extremely friendly staff! Looking forward to our next escape! : )
The hotel was nicely set up and the staff were nice. The room.was spacious and allowed plant of room for wheelchair access. Both the hotel lobby and room were clean and comfortable. The only down side to my stay was the fact that the spa was not ok working.order when I stayed there.
Tv or internet did not work.
Very Quiet...Friendly Staff....Lovely Breakfast....Clean
Amazing value for the money
Good price and clean room I book two two-queen-bed rooms, but no two-bed room for me when we arrived.
Great pool and breakfast. I asked for two adjoining rooms and when we went into one it was still dirty, and housekeeping had already left for the night. They could not make any other accommodations but moving the second room down the hall. It was very frustrating.
free coffee and cookies, free breakfast, pool and general decor oh yes included fee wireless aqccess
Everything a good breakfast
Staff was friendly, housekeeping was great, very clean
Too long of wait to check in.
Free Wi-Fi was plenty fast for streaming video. Free paper in the morning. Breakfast was a good spread of both hot and cold options. Nice exercise facility.
Rooms were clean
Bed mattress stiff. $20 porn.
Close to Towne Center and easy to hop on freeways.
Unbelievable value on a last-minute deal!!! Didn't want to leave the hotel room honestly; from the ambiance & staff (Mark in the bar is a star) to restaurant/bar quality, to room comfort and overall style, I was hooked immediately! While it seems to be primarily (and well) designed for extended stay business guests, therefore missing some things like 24-hr room service, it made up for that in leaps and bounds with the gracious service of a luxury hotel. I would return without question, and am hopeful that other Hyatt Houses will live up to the high bar they have now introduced me to at this brand. Without a car, the location's address was a bit tricky for called cabs to find (on a cul-de-sac-ish sideroad); walking-distance amenities were not suuuuper close (looked closer on map but pretty far to an out-of-towner on a dark rainy night); and the sole bus--while only a block away--was slow at the times I was needing it.
Large rooms Shower could have been cleaner
Clean, well kept, quiet. Awesome breakfast
The room was clean and well appointed, although I thought it was smaller than most. The location was within walking distance of downtown Redmond where we found the most excellent Italian restaurant. Speaking of eating - the breakfast provided was very good and the staff was active at clearing away the tables to insure seating for everyone. Fire Alarm at 1:30 am and the entire hotel was evacuated! I suspect they have a problem with this because as soon as the alarm went off I remembered reading a reviewer mention the very same thing happened to them. I recommend requesting a room on the bottom floor, (we were on the 5th), and the elderly lady in front of us on the stairs had quite a bit of trouble during the evacuation. We will choose to not stay here here again.
The hotel was very nice and comfortable and I like the valet parking. the location was nice also. After booking a room for 4, we recieved a small room with 1 King, they brought a roll away that was a double and there isn't anyway two of us would fit on a double. When booking the room it said 2 queens or a king. I guess I assumed when they saw that we were bringing 4 people, they'd get us a room that'd fit all of us? After hours of explaining the situation to different hotel staff, they finally switched us to two queens at no additional charge. This was after being told that we booked it as a king through a third party site so really, it's not their fault. My husband got on their website and saw that they offered the exact same room when inputting 4 people. I'd love to see how 4 people could comfortably sleep in a king size bed and one double bed!
The beds. Oh the fantastic beds. The bed linens are amazing too. Love the Neutrogena products as well. Rooms are spacious and very clean. We love the clean, warm, minimalist design. The parking garage is awful. The spaces are way too small (and we had a compact). The hotel staff needs to monitor the garage better. Many guests were parking in two spots and effort I supposed to avoid door dings. This is extremely frustrating when all parking spots are taken. I counted at least three vehicles that had intentionally taken two spots over the course of a four day stay. Very thoughtless and rude. The staff needs to deal with these guests.
Very modern facilities, everything like new. Polite and friendly staff. Good layout. Secure underground parking. Pillows were a bit soft and the comforter was fairly heavy, so the bed was not the most comfortable. No view from our room overlooking alleyway. Not enough parking spaces for all guests overnight.
Room was clean. Free beakfast. Pool was small. No hot tub. Parking garage was a nightmare (all compact spots) and really full. Staff was rude. Next time I'll go to the Holiday Inn for nicer rooms, hot tube, and nice staff.
The beds are really comfortable with lots of pillows. They have a good breakfast. The price is reasonable. You get good value for the money.
Very friendly staff, great location. People above us woke us up at 5am. It sounded like there was a herd of elephants. Very strong smell of chlorine, as we were on the ground floor, down the hall from the pool. AC/fan wouldn't stay on for more than 5 mins at a time. Would have been nice to drown out at least some of the noise.
This is a comfortable hotel that would rate 3 stars. The breakfast could have been a bit tastier as the omlettes were pre-made and a bit rubbery. I feel a simple continental breakfast would have been just fine .
The staff were wonderful. We booked La Quinta because they are pet friendly and we were traveling with a small dog. The staff made us and the dog feel welcome. Even came out to greet and play with the dog. Just a bit tricky to get to but otherwise fine. Our dog hated the elevator.
Very nice staff. Difficult entryway for disabled people. Parking has very narrow ramp to door. If it's raining though there is no cover. Unlike other La Quintas this was an older property than I expected and was a bit run down.
Good value for the money; clean, comfortable, easy access off the highway. The highway noise was too loud with the window open, so we had to leave it closed.
Reception was professional & friendly. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and the ambiance was quiet. There was also a junior hockey team staying on the same night and the staff was able to check us into a room well away from the boys.
Nothing They wouldn't let us stay because we were not 21, but the law says we could have stayed. It ruined all of our plans and made prom really uneventful.
Nice place to stay. Very close to our conference site. Impressed with the quietness considering it was next to I-5. Nice breakfast menu.
The staff at front desk absolutely excellent. First rate service. Trying to find the hotel at night. Very difficult.
Excellent service and location!
the nite shift desk ckerk was extremely helpful, he even printed off a map for me for the next days trip
Very good stuf and it was close to what I want Every thing was good
The business center allowed my husband to get his work done while we all slept. There was no high chair for eating breakfast. It was difficult to feed my family while keeping my 2 year old in a chair. It was frustrating to start my day with no high chair. The hotel wasn't family friendly to young families.
The breakfast was amazing. We also had a spacious room. Price was right!
We used this hotel as a "base" for heading to the national parks in the area. It was comfortable, clean, and the staff were friendly. A little noisy next to the highway.
The breakfast was nice No shower pressure to toilet ran all night.. horrible smells in the hallway.
Fairly quiet, clean. Friendly service. it would be nice to have a couple more outlets at the desk to accomidate both use of computer and people charging their phones. There are other outlets around the room, you can hunt for.
The hotel was nice and close enough to walk to Marymoor Park for our concert. It would have been nice to have some eggs with breakfast.
Great place ,only complaint was are room being on 3rd floor and only ice machine being at lobby
Breakfast was good and beds were comfortable. Walls were thin
Pool Near nice restaurants Pretty Eco friendly Could be yet "greener", eg using jam jars rather than plastic tiny dispensors,
Room was clean and had everything you need for a nights stay. Front desk person was nasty over the phone when I asked if they could match the Kyak rate. The trains across the street might as well be inside your room. THEY'RE LOUD!!!!
Super staff; courteous, helpful, and very professional. Room looked clean until further inspection. Too much dust, and the bathroom floor could've been cleaner.
Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Not a bad place for the price.
Price and location. Run down and kind of scary. Grumpy owner. One towel (but was able to get more the next day even though owner said "only supposed to be three people." I booked for 2 adults and 2 children. Just a low-end place. Room smelled like carpet cleaner over smoke.
Price Quiet Friendly staff Rooms need updating Fitness faculty needs free weights Could hear people in rooms next to me, but wasn't horrible
The suites were spacious. The breakfast was good.
Courteous employees Very helpful all the way Closeness to gas station/trailer park Suspicious movements around the facility
The staff was kind and polite I specifically requested a non-smoking room because of health issues. I was given a room in a building where, even though the sticker on the door states non-smoking if was definitely a smokers room, complete with ash tray and all. But it was supposedly their last room. Very disappointed. But it was late and I needed a place. Apparently there is a different building that is truly for non smokers.
The staff was very friendly and courteous. The room was clean. Denny's on the same lot, so a short walk to a meal. Bad area, but we stayed there for the cheap price, so you can't expect much. The room was clean, but very bare-bones, no art or decor. No shampoo or conditioner in the room, and no late checkout available.
The stay was amazingly uncomfortable. Desk guy was very rude, and not efficient. It seemed like his only job was to disappoint and aggravate people. We made a reservation through Kayak, which they eventually found (But they hadn't set aside a room for us) So they charged us even MORE money for a smoking room with a fridge that we did not want or need. The location I can only describe as ghetto. There was an arrest being made when we arrived, and from there the location seemed to get seedier and seedier as the night progressed. Our air conditioner did not work, and the room smelled of something awful. I cannot even describe what the smell was. It honestly smelled like something had recently died in the room and they had simply sprayed febreeze to cover it up. The cost, location, lack of clean towels and not working air conditioner made this experience pretty terrible. To top it off, I had to check to make sure that my car wasn't broken into many times during the night as a bunch of people were simply loitering around the area. AVOID UNLESS YOU HAVE NO ALTERNATIVE.
cheap room was smokey, everybody staying there seemed to be smoking right outside of their room. Truly a no-frills experience. Wifi isn't free and didn't work right when paid.
Location and recent update The mattress and noise levels due to the closeness of the I-5 freeway
