Pros: Honestly, very little about this experience was enjoyable.
Cons: It's been over a week, and despite assurance from Enterprise corporate as well as a rep from the local office who is "going to take care of this for me right now," I've yet to get my deposit back from my 5-hour rental.
The car's seatbelt alarm went off THE ENTIRE TIME I WAS DRIVING. Yes, the seatbelt was buckled. Yes, ALL of the seatbelts. Yes, I tried unbuckling, re-buckling, unbuckling, restarting the car, etc etc. Enterprise is completely unavailable after hours unless your car is not running or on fire, apparently.
Trash? In the car? Really? Sure, guess I'll take care of that, since I'll get dinged for it if I leave it.
Speaking of dings: when the gentlemen walked me around the vehicle before giving me the keys so I could "inspect" for damages, he didn't bother noting any of it down. Dents? Scuffs? Scratches? "Nah, it's fine, honestly if it's smaller than a golf ball we don't worry about it." Sure. Okay.
I returned after-hours, and unfortunately, the parking lot was poorly lit to the point that I felt extremely uncomfortable in the five minutes it took to filli out the key-return sign-off sheet.
The entire experience was really poor. I've rented a lot of cars in my time, and I know few rental companies are perfect, but this was just miserable.

Pros: Employee was friendly, offered an upgrade which we declined. Vehicle was clean, comfortable and drove well. Return went smoothly. We will use Enterprise again!

Pros: Very quick check-out process with friendly and knowledgable staff
Cons: Enterpise's eponymous 'pick-up service' was not offered, which made it less convenient than renting at an airport location as a local

Dirty car and a lot of hassle
Pros: I eventually did get a car to rent.
Cons: - They had run out of cars to rent out. Took them 10 mins to offer me a giant SUV when I wanted a car.
- They had to drive me to some auto repair place to get a car
- The car was the dirtiest rental that I have ever rented. Nasty stains and spills everywhere
- The car was very high mileage at over 35K
- The person that rented me the car said he would waive additional driver fee as a courtesy. When I returned the car, they seemed to have no recollection of this.

Cons: I hate making an appointment and being late, renting here made me late because they didn't have my vehicle there at the time I had set a week before. Then when I come back to drop it off the store was closed with a note that said I have to drop it off in another town miles up the road. They could have told me they were closed the next day or something. Pretty unprofessional... I would never rent here again.

ENTERPRISE IS NOT PET FRIENDLY
Pros: The car was new and was in good condition.
Cons: Everything was going well until right as I was getting ready to sign for the rental the woman says just a reminder there is no smoking (no problem I didn't smoke) and no pets. Now that was a problem. I was renting a car to drive my lap dogs since the airlines do not allow my (short snouted) dogs on a plane due to possible breathing problems. The No Pets was not listed on the website and her just stating No Pets basically messed up my travel plans. She stated if I take my dogs in the car a detail charge of $150.00 would be added to my car rental. I ended up finding a different way to get my dogs to where I needed to go. I will not rent from Enterprise again. My dogs are family and make less of a mess in a car than other peoples children. Also, the North Everett Branch does not follow their own business hours. I dropped off the car before the listed closing time and no one was there.

Pros: Getting the car was easy and so was drop off.
Cons: I rented twice while in Everette, two different cars. And both times the car was dirty (really dirty windshield and didn't look like they vacuumed)
