Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel has a rooftop balcony with an incredible view! Plus the staff was very friendly and rooms were nice and clean.
Good 7.0
Pros: Rooftop view and Starbucks
Cons: It was very busy
Good 6.0
Pros: Location was great. Roof top has amazing view.
Cons: Too too small. Felt like sardines in a can.
Excellent 8.0
Cons: Bed was small, sheets rough
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel deserves its 3 stars. A nice modern building, good rooms, nice staff. We were lucky to have a room on the 6 floor with a good view on Space Needle and downtown. The roof is a trump card of this hotel - view is excellent, you can easily see Space Needle along with downtown. It looks gorgeous at night. And of course the main advantage of this hotel - location, location, location. It takes 30 min to get across the downtown or to The Seattle Great Wheel. You don't need to use any kind of public transport or taxi, just go on foot. Neighborhood is very safe, there is Safeway across the street and several dinings. I saw many people complained about parking, but description here clearly says parking is paid. And it's absolutely understandable, it's the center of a big city, not a suburb. Although I had no problems to park my car for free on the street under my windows. The parking is free over night and at weekends. For its price it is an excellent option in Seattle. I lived in a shitty remote motel in LA for that money.
Cons: Fridge wasn't working in my room, but guys at reception put my food to their fridge, so it was an insignificant problem.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location was good. We were within a block from a CVS, a nice diner for breakfast, and a great burger joint. We liked the small kitchenette with sink, microwave, and refrigerator. I also liked being able to open a window for fresh air.
Cons: Our window view was not what we anticipated from the website and the rooms were a bit small. You could not open the window blinds without crawling over the bed.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location was fantastic. I was there for a test and it was not only right down the street from my testing center, but VERY conveniently located around restaurants too! Free parking in light of COVID was excellent. The rooftop lookout was chilly but beautiful and offers a wonderful view of the space needle and the water. The staff was kind, the room was clean, the free tea, spa water, popcorn, and coffee was lovely. They even had travel toothbrush/toothpaste kits and razors if you forgot them! The exterior is adorable, the room itself was perfectly comfortable. No complaints!
Cons: I wish they had breakfast available.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very clean. I also liked the shuttle service to hotel from the airport, and the cruise port as well. Personnel very professional. Hotel was exceptional. Would definitely used this hotel again.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Nice, simple hotel. We loved the neighbor hood. Fairly close to everything and the balcony was the extra bonus.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: We loved everything. The staff were excellent, absolutely love the rooftop terrace, bed was very comfortable, and the location was perfect!
Good 7.0
Pros: The location is fabulous.
Cons: Construction on 6th floor hammering woke us up. Noisy in room above.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location was excellent and staff was professional and courteous.
Cons: No.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Included buffet breakfast and all-day coffee were excellent amenities
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very spacious! Enjoyed the TV. Being able to view it in the setting area or laying down in the beds. The larger shower and all of the higher end decor.
Cons: Not enough bathroom linens for 4 people. We registered 4 when booked our stay.bwe were able to get more. It just would have been nice if already provided on arrival. Not a big deal at all. Staff was very friendly.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Good breakfast. Very comfortable beds. Shuttle service not well coordinated
Cons: Sign up sheets for reserving the shuttle
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very impressed, the staff was excellent
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very close to Seattle Center
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The location is amazing. The shuttle was great and used it to and from Westlake. The rooftop seating is amazing! Beautiful view of Seattle even on a late February evening. Breakfast was delicious with made to order omlettes?! We will be reserving our room for next year soon!
Cons: There was a large run in Seattle and many showers happening at the same time. This is the only reason I am giving a 9 was that the showers were a bit cool.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Excellent location right across the street from the Space Needle and museum of pop culture. 20-30 min walk to nearest light rail stop or use the monorail across the street to cut the walk out. Ample breakfast spread each morning. Comfortable bed.
Cons: Housekeeping missed us on one of our four nights, and once we returned for the day it was too late in the evening to have them come around; however, our request for clean towels was promptly met.

Pros: I have stayed at this Silver Cloud Inn a number of times, as both a tourist and as a companion to a family member receiving treatment at nearby medical facilities. The staff has always been very helpful and the accommodations and breakfast are excellent.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We wanted free parking, which was becoming hard to find in the Seattle proper area. So we were happy to find this place! A bonus, there was also free breakfast and a shuttle which was prompt, so very useful!!
Cons: Nothing comes to mind, was a great place! Great breakfast, coffee/tea all day and shuttle enabled us to squeeze in a lot of Seattle sights in the short amount of time we had. Saved us Uber costs too!
Good 6.0
Pros: Location, clean room.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The way we were treated at the front desk by both Hotel staff. And our room was superb.
Cons: We liked everything!!
Good 6.0
Pros: The view
Cons: Location due to homeless people hanging out in the front of the hotel at night when I was trying to enjoy the view with the balcony doors open all I smelt was cigarette smoke. Also housekeeping kept knocking on our door several times it was annoying.
Good 7.0
Pros: No breakfast due to Covid19. Please check room 737 for bedbugs as my wife had several bites after we departed. It may not be from your room but we are concerned. Thanks
Cons: READ ABOVE, BUT THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED EACH DAY DURING OUR WEEKEND STAY.
Okay 5.0
Pros: The room looked decent
Cons: No regular coffee in room. No option to order drinks.
Good 7.3

Excellent 9.0
Pros: The attencion in breakfast time by Ernest... really good person!
Cons: Everithing its ok! Thank you!
Good 6.5
Pros: modern style
Cons: poor water pressure, hot water at a minimum, for all of the style, the room wasnt very comfortable. could have used another chair. the parking was way too expensive. the food in the cafe was bad. hated all the slogans on the walls.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Right in the heart of downtown, nice place!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The evening staff was very helpful and gave us a free breakfast because we had paid to park in the garage and there wasn't room for our car so we had to park on the street about 5 blocks away.
Cons: Unfortunately we were not told that the free breakfast was only for one dining area and we went to the wrong one and had to pay for our breakfast.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Brand new. Clean. Good location. Friendly staff. Found nearby overnight cheap parking.
Cons: Corperate branding about being healthy made me feel guilty for staying there after a concert at the Showbox.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The room was great and clean. Free parking. I liked the funny sayings on the walls.
Cons: The parking lot was very hard to navigate in a large car. I prefer the little bottles of shampoo over the fixed ones in the shower.

Pros: This must be the best place to stay in all of Seattle. Beautiful, unique, comfortable- we cancelled our evening plans to spend more time in the suite.
Okay 5.7
Pros: Excellent location
Cons: 1. My bathrobe had a big brown stain on the back and one of my towels smelled sour and musty 2. Breakfast was lazy (no hot options) 3. $160/night is a bit much for a room with a shared bathroom (yes, I booked it without carefully reading the description so that’s on me... but come on, when you see that price the possibility of a shared bathroom doesn’t even come to mind.) 4. The owner either has terrible taste or assumes his visitors do. One of the restaurants he recommended was a Tex Lex joint, which he catetegorozed as “ethnic” lol. Maybe he just doesn’t want to sent tourists to the places HE actually eats at? Either way, it kind of defeats the point of staying at a BnB.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very comfortable bed/pillows, fast wifi, great location
Cons: Little pricy for one night
Excellent 9.6
Pros: This is the second time I have stayed here and always treated with respect and helpfulness. Location is great, parking onsite and a lovely courtyard.
Cons: I missed breakfast which is always superb. Snacks left for those not making it down on time And great coffee.
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: There were pubic hairs in the bathtub and the bathroom was shared. Staff was nonexistent and there was no breakfast if you had to check out early you got nothing but an old bag of cookies.

Pros: Beautiful interior and bar. The staff was always extremely helpful and courteous. The bathroom and window view were fantastic and the hotel is close and central to a lot of activities that Seattle has to offer! Very happy with my stay!
Excellent 10.0
Cons: Valet parking is expensive and self park is far
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff went out of their way to be welcoming, friendly and helpful. Rare to see anymore.
Cons: Everything was perfect
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Outstanding service and cleanliness.
Good 7.0
Pros: Location in city
Cons: Overpriced. Would not allow one hour late check out.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was absolutely the best! And, the accommodations were wonderful.
Cons: The signage about the entrance was lacking.
Excellent 10.0
Cons: My only complaint is that we paid $90 for the shared parking garage the few days we stayed. For $300+/night, they can afford to validate parking.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Room was beautiful. Great view, very clean, staff was friendly.
Cons: Had to pay for parking! $48 for one night. Website said parking on site, didnt think we'd have to pay for it. Man at front desk said to tell the parking attendant we had stayed at the hotel to get free parking. Parking attendant looked at us like we were stupid.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We were in Seattle for two days and the entire experience but especially the free car service was amazing. They gave us a bottle of wine and chocolates with a card signed by all their staff to congratulate us on our anniversary. Super impressed!!! would stay here again without hesitation! Theres a fitness Center and a hot tub!! Five stars!!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This is a great hotel. The staff is wonderful. They even offer a free shuttle via Lincoln Town Car to anywhere within a two mile radius of the hotel. My room was nice. The bathroom had a large sunken tub with wooden privacy panels that opened to rest of room. This was my first stay at the Pan Pacific. I have paid more for lesser quality hotels in Seattle. I will definitely be returning to Pan Pacific. The hotel also has a beautiful spa facilities but I didn't get a chance to indulge as I was only there one day for business.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The view was amazing. The staff was nice and exceptionally nice. The Shuttle Drivers were the nicest group of people I've ever met.
Cons: There was nothing about my stay that I did not like.
Good 6.7
Cons: As we were cheecking out 1 front desk jerk tried to ruin our stay, Monday Sept 6th, 6:30am< Michael was a complete jerk to me. We visit Seattle 3-4 times a year (Son in college). Let me know when Michael is gone and we will return. Brad Kellogg.

Good 7.0

Cons: Initial experience with the bar upon arrival was mediocre. The server was disorganized and slow.
Good 6.0
Pros: Location, location and location.
Cons: Some of the staff were uppity and almost seemed like doing you a favour when you asked a question. However, there were a couple who were service oriented....
Good 7.6
Pros: excellent restaurant
Cons: $review.cons
Good 6.4
Pros: the room service was very polite and the room was tidied and bed made when i went out
Cons: $review.cons
Okay 4.5
Pros: $review.pros
Cons: The Lake Union view side overlooks Denny St...a very busy noisy street, especially from the 5th floor!!!!I've never paid so much to listen to traffic noise!!! Even the directions carefully direct you to avoid knowing that the hotel is at the corner of Terry & Denny, one of the busier streets in Seattle!! If you like traffic noise and no chair seating in the room, this is the hotel for you.
Good 6.8
Pros: a nice business hotel!
Cons: takes a long time to get your car from the valet and sometimes they bring the wrong car...
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The room was beautiful and the staff was very helpful and always efficiently "at your service".

Pros: Everything was fine as far as cleanliness and location goes.
Cons: I was charged more than I was initially told and then reassured that I would not be and, was charged anyway. The problem was never rectified. Due to this I will not be staying here or recommending this place to anyone else!

Pros: Great location Right in downtown Seattle Relatively Close to the Westlake station

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Bed was comfy and clean like advertised. Amenities were good.
Cons: At check in, I definitely felt like they did not want to see guests. Kind of like "what do you want" attitude. Understandable, maybe they were both having a bad day or something. Also, someone was smoking that mary j and it got in my room which doesn't help when trying to sleep.
Good 6.0
Pros: Room had a cool vibe. And initially it was very clean.
Cons: Comforters provided where way to warm. I had the room temperature set to the “cold enough to hang meat” setting the first night and still was sweating under the huge comforter provided. for my second night i noticed they had put an extra blanket in our room that was way better. Wish it was out and more obvious it was there. It was in a bag under the night stand in the room. The shower head was really nice but it was lose so it fell to only one position. Wish it was on there a bit tighter so i could adjust it to flow in the middle of the shower instead of having to hug the wall to get under it. We also wanted our sheets cleaned and towels changed between nights but they never did. I guess we missed house keeping because we put sign up to please clean when we left our room at 10:30am and when we came back at 2pm it wasn't cleaned. We left our room again at 4pm and this time i asked front desk if they could clean our room. They looked at me like i was crazy and said housekeeping was gone for the day. So i asked for some towels and sheets at least which they provided.
Excellent 9.0
Cons: Parking is 40$ extra. I didn't see that when I booked.
Good 7.0
Pros: Location was great. Price for the area was great. Love all the games available for guests to enjoy.
Cons: Pillows could use an upgrade. Not very comfortable.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great Customer Service! There are nice added touches like pineapple water in the lobby and cupcakes. The decor is fantastic with huge board scrabble, shuffleboard and classic arcade games in the lobby.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Fantastic hotel. Walking distance to tons of great activities and food. Room was great as were amenities in lobby. Loved it.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Bed was very comfortable, pineapple water was very good, I like their dog policy, staff was helpful , pleasant and diverse. Bathroom was cleaned well.
Cons: Chromecast in room didn’t work as expected. Floor of room could have been cleaner; under the bed especially neglected.
Good 7.0
Cons: I paid in full in advance, but had a surprise on arrival I was told I owed a activity fee daily???? This was not indicated and I dispute these charges who will reply back?
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The lobby is awesome! Played shuffle board for an hour. I stayed during the stay at home order so I think there were only 3 rooms booked in the whole hotel. Brian, front desk guy, was super nice and welcoming.
Cons: The elevator on the right is scary as F when it gets to the top.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Had a great time at StayPineapple, and will absolutely do so again! From the responsive and polite staff, to the exceptional (yet quirky) accommodations, everything was excellent. I was a short Uber or public transit ride away from all of the sights I wished to see, especially being only 10 minutes away from Market Square. Robes in the room were extra soft, the bed is amazing, and overall a great stay. Will look for them in other cities, from now on!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location was perfect for walking to Pike Place Market and Space Needle Area. The hotel was super clean and the staff was very helpful.
Cons: The street noise was very loud in the room at times.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: It was different than any other hotel. Loved the duel duvet covers.
Cons: Resort fees
Good 6.7
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful and gave advice on what to see and how to get to the airport...
Okay 5.3
Pros: It was very convient to the downtown area. Lots of local spots for shopping and eating near the area. There was a view of the Space Needle from the second room we were moved to.
Cons: The first room we had the TV did not work. The rooms showed a lot of wear and tear. I had to pay for parking separate from my stay.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at the Ramada. Our suite was spacious and clean for the low price.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Convenient and comfortable
Cons: All good.
Good 7.0
Pros: The hotel has a great location near downtown and the facilities were nice and fairly affordable compared to other downtown hotels.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: very convenient and walking distance to everything, reasonable price in their restaurant, great staff! Quiet room.
Cons: very pleased
Good 6.8
Pros: Great location! Can't get much closer to everything in the downtown area!
Cons: A little basic for the price, but I think you are paying for location more than anything. And order off the menu in the morning; skip the buffet!
Okay 5.6
Pros: good location, value for money
Cons: room door was kind of broken...looked like some swat team had opened it recently and it hadn´t been properly fixed after that

Pros: I loved the room and the hotel itself the appearance, the employees were good as to be expected with the environment that I was dealing with. No complaints on that issue.
Cons: Absolutely the abuse from your customers involved in the human Trafficking scheme, revoking my privacy, viewing my phone illegally, blocking me from getting my money, entering my room and stealing items, harassing, bullying and. I filed Police Report.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We completely loved sitting on the rooftop patio, enjoying the views.
Cons: No.

Cons: Don't try to bing a car.Parking is horrible. On buss router just walk.
Good 7.0
Pros: The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room had an updated feeling and met comfort satisfaction. There was a slight mix up and my room wasn't cleaned but staff quickly got me a different room which I was able to check in to early.
Cons: Outside was a bit loud and the portable-potties outside the hotel made it a little less appealing.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The location. The front desk was helpful and polite. The bed was comfortable as well as the pillows. The water pressure in the shower was great as well as the height of the shower head.
Cons: You cannot pull up to the front of the hotel and check-in.You have to find a place to park first then go check-in. Hotel parking cost $30 a day but they didn't have a place for us when we check-in. There are a lot of homeless people in this area.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Front desk staff was phenomenal.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Hotel employee was really helpful at the front desk, helping us find a good place to eat, upgrading our room and blessing us with a anniversary gift. The room was in ship-shape condition and we slept well. Very close to the space Needle and good eats.
Okay 5.4
Pros: The location was pretty good. The bed wand pillows were comfortable.
Cons: The hotel is surrounded by noisy construction. The air conditioner is located right next to the bed and across the room from the thermostat so the sleeping area was too cold while the rest of the room was warm. The tile grout in the shower looked dirty and felt unclean.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: How close it was to the space needle and other down town locations.
Cons: Included breakfast was a let down but being so close to downtown that wasn't a huge issue
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Didn’t have time for breakfast. No opinion. Location was good.
Cons: Can’t think of a thing
Good 6.0
Pros: The location was great.
Cons: We stayed for 4 nights and not once was our room cleaned or towels restocked, trash cans emptied, etc.
Excellent 10.0
Cons: The only drawback was a very small bathroom.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Close to the Space Needle and downtown. Had a nice little pool. Room was clean. Front desk staff was pleasant. Room was large and I liked the divider between the bed and the enormous sofa. The TV was visible from the bed and sofa. Nice lobby seating area.
Cons: Fridge in room 504 did not stay cold and made horrible noises throughout the night. Parking was $30/night...not sure why there is a charge to park other than greed. Maid knocked on our door, but did not understand English; it was awkward. Odd room layout.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very nice property. Spotlessly clean!
Cons: $30 charge for parking
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Tegan at the front desk was extremely helpful on my birthday. Rooms were comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful when needed. Nice place to be for a staycation.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Second time staying. Staff is great. Can’t beat the price. Really enjoyed both our stays. Will be back.
Cons: Wish they had a courtyard or somewhere private for guest to sit outside. There’s a small gated area with seating though.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great location and really helpful staff.
Cons: Rooms near SE corner of building can be quite noisy.

Good 7.0
Pros: Location was good for me
Cons: Requested a room with two beds four days prior and this did not happen on arrivall.
Poor 1.0
Pros: The location was great - parking on the street was readily available and within walking distance of where we wanted to explore.
Cons: The dirty sock under the sheets of our bed - that was def deal breaker for us, and the staff that seemingly didn't care to address the issue.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I had outpatient surgery while staying here and when i got back to the hotel, the staff was wonderfully caring and helpful. Everything else lived up to my expectations of a Hilton hotel, but the staff is always the most important!

Good 6.2
Pros: Fairly close to bus stops that will take you to UW or downtown. Rooms are well kept and decent size.
Cons: Parking is $30 a night. A public lot just around Lake Union on Fairview is $22 for 48 hours. The hotel menu is obviously overpriced, but World Sports Grille on Westlake and 9th has decent food for takeout.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: We arrived 4am, and the reception is very helpful and friendly.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The stuff were friendly, the room is spacious and clean, the fitness room is great.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The room size was huge and very comfortable. Perfect location to walk around
Cons: Construction and noise level
Excellent 9.7
Pros: I liked the view, the customer service in the front desk. Easy to get around for the location of the hotel with near by stores. Hotel was very clean.
Cons: Unaware of the 27 dollar parking fee. Would appreciate if they told us ahead of time about the fee, which wasn't a problem, but wasn't expecting the surprise because it wasn't stated when I booked my reservation online.
Good 6.0
Cons: $27/day parking charge was ludicrous.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The best hotel fitness center I have seen
Cons: They were renovating so at times noisy during the day. They didn’t get WIFI to my room for 2 out of 3 days.
Okay 5.0
Cons: I paid extra for a nice view, which we did not get. The toilet was not clean when we arrived.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: We enjoyed the Lake View. Looks fabulous especially at night
Cons: Breakfast options
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Location was across the street from beautiful Lake Union Park. About 1.5 mile one-way walk to Seattle Center. About 1.5 mile one-way walk in other directon from Chipotle and a Whole Foods.
Cons: Cost
Excellent 9.4
Pros: The staff was excellent in my opinion. Very helpful. Very friendly. I stayed four nights. My room was clean and spacious for just me. The location of the hotel is across the street from Lake Union Park and all of its amenities (including a few nice restaurants), close to the trolley, and within walking distance of downtown shops. The restaurant staff was also very nice. I ordered a breakfast to go the day I left for the airport, and the young lady working behind the restaurant counter brought my boxed breakfast to me as I waited at the front desk. Very nice.
Cons: Nothing was that bad. I missed a dry cleaning pick-up one morning, but I think that was my fault. No complimentary bottled water in the room. While the staff was great, they could've been a bit more knowledgeable of the surrounding neighborhood. I find everyone today seems to rely on quick Internet searches (which I can perform) as opposed to actually knowing the neighborhood. In general, though, every staff person with whom I dealt smiled, was courteous, and was helpful.
Good 7.4
Pros: Nice modern decor in lobby area. Hallways to rooms have been updated, nice new decor, carpet. Beautiful Internet!! Close to Streetcar that drops right into downtown Seattle shopping district / Westlake Mall and Pacific Place Shopping Centers. Our room had a nice (partial) view of Lake Union which is lovely on a sunny day! More than dismal when it's rainy tho... Comfortable pillows/bed Pool and a hot tub - complete with towels! Bike rentals station near the boat area to rent bikes and go for a spin around Lake Union or through downtown. Walking / Biking / Streetcar distance to Seattle Center Friendly staff
Cons: Further from Seattle Center/ downtown waterfront / Pike Street Market than I had realized. Any savings received on the room were quickly eaten up by additional hotel fees, cab fares and public transportation costs. Lots of construction / road construction in this area, difficult confusing to get to the hotel - looks like a bunch of incomplete construction / work zones around side of hotel. No shuttle options from / to airport or train to this location. Workout facility = cardio and dumbells only. no weight machines Room Keys quite inconveniently deactivated themselves for no apparent reason. Difficult getting cab from this hotel to any other locations in city - front desk called told me "several cabs already in the area and less than 10 minute wait". None stopped!!! Empty cabs drove by... still no. Waited OVER 1/2 hour, eventually one came that was dropping guests off at the hotel but I had to flag him before he drove off, he wasn't going to pick us up either! Clearly this hotel is not a priority for the cab companies & getting to my destination timely clearly not a concern for the staff. Asked specifically for another plastic liner for the ice bucket (needed to put ice in it to ice an injury) I explained this but Instead I received a plastic bag he thought was better for that purpose - one which was for the laundry service and had holes in the bottom of it! Yay a leaking ice pack and wet pajamas! Tap water tastes like chlorine pool water. $3.50 for the bottled water in the room & kids don't read the fine print! Sit down Bistro Food options or convenience store pantry options only, main restaurant advertised yet closed or unavailable. Bistro is EXPENSIVE ($4.00 for a small pastry) NO other breakfast options nearby $6.00 dry ham sandwich, no condiments avail. desk agent went to check Bistro kitchen but then refused to give me mustard or mayo - told me none avail. ?!? Overall, for $200.00+ per night, I shouldn't have to spend so much of my time communicating with the staff here - guest needs should have been anticipated (not having to ask for a cab multiple times, being able to turn the TV on and have it work properly without having to try to figure it out then making a phone call, having the room keys work when you leave and want to re-enter your room! having mustard / mayo condiments available when people buy the sandwiches from your pantry, having lids for the Starbucks cups / vending machine coffee, etc...) Not unpleasant per se - just for that price, I shouldn't be required to participate in training your hotel staff on "how to do their jobs properly" - Suggestion: a prix fixe "buffet" style breakfast / self serve waffle iron/ toaster/ in addition to for people short on time but still want to eat and no time for restaurant service. This option is a huge plus and deciding factor in determining whether a hotel receives my future loyalty... even if it's not free or include with the room!!
