Excellent 10.0
Pros: Comfortable bed, warm cookie upon arrival, easy and quick check-in, friendly, personable, and professional staff, great location, outstanding interior from dark wood paneling to the pictures hung on the wall everywhere that gives nostalgic feeling
Cons: No pool/jacuzzi, no complimentary breakfast
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Beautiful hotel, great location
Cons: They did not have a garage facility that could fit our vehicle. It costs us $140 for the first 20 hours of our stay until a manager found a parking garage for $35 a day. A lot of extra unexpected costs.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Spacious room. French press coffee maker.
Cons: As an old hotel, it’s electrical outlets are few in number. Water pressure is also consistent with an older hotel.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This hotel was charming and wonderful!!! The history surrounding it is fascinating! The staff was so very good. We had a group of 8 and they took such good care of us!! Loved it!!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We loved everything about the Arctic Club, including but not limited to the facility itself, the entire staff, the flavored fruit water and welcome hot cookies! Thanks a lot!
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Loved the old style of this place. Close to the Clink. We walked there in no time at all. Loved the throw back style and upscale feel.
Cons: Nothing. Staff was more than pleasant and very helpful. Would stay again.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great staff
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Comfortable bed and excellent bar service.
Cons: A free shuttle to the cruise line should be offered. On the site advertising the hotel, the distance from the hotel to the ship states 3/10 of a mile. It appears to be walkable, but because of the hills and uneven streets, walking is not doable with luggage. For this reason, staying at the Marriott would have been a better choice because it’s right across the street from the loading dock.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Comfort of the room. Bed was very comfortable.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Room was large with lots of lights.
Cons: Breakfast was poor service slow breakfast potatoes cold in center. Ask 3 times for more coffee . Did not go back next AM.
Excellent 9.3
Pros: The Arctic club is located in a beautiful building and is decorated in an Edwardian style to a very a high standard. This is a premium establishment and sits squarely in the cost bracket for such a hotel. We were kindly upgraded for our honeymoon which we very much appreciated and received a pleasant balcony room on the 10th floor. The room was a very good size with a luxurious bathroom in addition. Mini-bar and extras were available and priced accordingly. The staff were intensely helpful and no request was too much.
Cons: No complaints on the property. Just be aware that on a Sunday morning your breakfast choices will be the somewhat costly bar/restaurant on the first floor, joining an enormous queue at a place dedicated to selling biscuits (scones), or traipsing uptown to find anywhere open. Not a complaint just something to prepare for in advance.
Excellent 10.0
Cons: A wonderful experience overall, except that guests are asked to pay an additional $9.99 for WiFi, which seems ridiculously antiquated for a hotel such as this in the year 2018.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff was excellent, B&B had a lot of shared space with beautiful fireplace and holiday decorations. The breakfast offerings were fantastic and there was a variety of beverages and goodies available throughout the day.
Cons: We liked it all!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location is very close to our family members - so a perfect location for us. A very pleasing buffet breakfast with granola, fresh fruit, yogurt and toast and jam. And guests can also have a cooked breakfast which is advertised daily. Coffee and tea are available to guests any time. The sitting room and Library are most comfortable if you have time to enjoy them.
Cons: Nothing.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Staff was great. Location perfect for our trip.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Wonderful location for us to attend a wedding in West Seattle. Beautiful property!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location for our purposes. Very clear and accurate arrival procedure (in our case, self checkin). Clean, well equipped room. Nice bed. Professional and accommodating staff. Great breakfast. Had a great conversation with the owner, very nice lady. Will recommend to our friends
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.3
Pros: The breakfast options are all excellent, including buffet style, hot breakfast, and a to-go box. I had to leave early one day and the host prepared a lovely to-go breakfast for me. The other days I had time to have the freshly made hot breakfast.
Excellent 9.3
Pros: The house is decorated with very good taste and just feel like home. It is located in a very quite and safe neighborhood and parking is free. Drive to Seattle downtown is not very far and only costs 30 min the most even in the traffic hours. The bedding is very comfortable and the hot breakfast feels just like home. I leave very early in the morning and the housekeeper made me a very thoughtful breakfast bag. I will stay here for my next visit to Seattle.
Cons: The pave way to the back yard parking can be improved.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Be was comfy and the breakfast were superb Staff very special and always happy to help with directions and area question We had problems with a UK phone in the US so the staff booked Ubers for us to return to the airport and they were all so god. Tea and coffe available at all timesThank you
Cons: No issues
Excellent 9.3
Pros: Lovely restored home, very comfy beds and linens, wonderfully friendly staff. I will be back!
Cons: Parking was a bit challenging -it is available, but up a narrow single lane uphill driveway that you needed to back down to get out. Make sure you have a rear view camera
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The breakfasts were so delicious. Each morning was a taste delight. Fritatta...French toast...fresh berries...granola...and wonderful coffee. Jeannie was a joy to have as our "host." She was so accommodating and helpful.
Cons: Nothing I can think of.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Fabulous area just a 15 minute walk from Pike Place. Room was spacious, comfortable and the bed exceptional. Cafes and eateries were just minutes walk away and the stadiums at the doorstep. Will definitely stay again.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location for us. Restaurant on site was handy
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I loved overlooking TMobile park. Jimmys had great food. Loved the oatmeal and crab mac n cheese. The room was set up perfectly (bar/kitchenette, large TV, desk).
Cons: Nothing I really didn't like!
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Location, comfortable bed.
Cons: Expensive price for value
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Free shuttle to downtown drop offs was the redeeming quality.
Cons: Right by train tracks that and loud at 2am. I was actually warned by other guests when I first checked in. The rooms are very outdated and furniture quite damaged. I am shocked that this hotel qualifies as 4 star and costs so much. It was below average.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Silver Cloud is ALWAYS a nice property but spendy. I booked there to be close to Century Link field so we could go to the game and feel safe.
Cons: It is a bit spendy...
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Great location. Large and comfortable room. Friendly and professional staff.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beds were amazing. Great view from roof top pool
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Right across from Ballpark
Cons: Train whistle at night a bit loud Front desk staff was great but they have to spend a lot of time answering the phone. Management should hire a dedicated operator.
Good 7.5
Pros: Rooftop pool and jacuzzi
Cons: There was no Free breakfast
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The restaurant, Jimmy's on First, is really good, and the staff there, especially during the day, is unfailingly helpful and attentive. When traveling for business, good food and service in the morning is important to me, and Jimmy's delivers.
Cons: No complaints.
Excellent 9.3
Pros: Bed was super comfy and the pool area was awesome!

Good 6.0
Pros: Location and cleanliness
Cons: For what I paid for the room (--) I expected more than a squeaky Murphy bed and a shower that flooded on to the floor each time it was used. Also the front desk staff (same person both times) was very unfriendly
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Hotel was clean and the view from our room was excellent. Large, free breakfast and warmed pool was a huge plus as well. Our king size bed was super comfortable and we slept great...coming from me and my wife who both have back problems.
Cons: The only thing keeping me from giving this hotel a perfect score is the parking. They charged me $55 for valet parking and I could not self park in the garage. $55 is a ridiculous amount.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Location and staff.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Proximity to the train station and soccer stadium
Okay 5.0
Pros: Modern hotel, lobby and rooms
Cons: Some reception staff were not very friendly - others were helpful. Staff at hotel in general seemed unhappy and non-welcoming. Maybe we were unlucky coming at a very busy weekend but seemed too little staff. We had paid a high price for our rooms and expected more. Breakfast and afternoon happy hour were excruciating painful - people fighting for food and space. Many things running out and not a great selection. The dining area was dirty - due to the massive amount of people and few staff.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean, great view of the city!
Cons: Not enough food for happy hour kept running out.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Great restaurant. Comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast. Wonderful large bathroom. Alexa.
Cons: No view. Looking at the side of a building. A bit pricey for the value but I suspect all of Seattle is expensive.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Good location, breakfast and staff.
Cons: Could hear too much from the adjoining rooms!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The wonderful variety and quality of the breakfast and the happy hour cocktail largesse!
Cons: The room size and setting didn't meet my expectations.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Embassy Suites Hilton Downtown Pioneer Square is a beautiful hotel. The breakfast was outstanding with large selection of goodies including a wonderful omelet bar. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Would like to stay here again.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Proximity to the station
Cons: Room service and all catering finished at 11pm. Our one night stay was very expensive and the quality of catering was not commensurate with the hotel charging.
Excellent 10.0
Cons: Room was small.Everything else was great.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The property is central to Pioneer Square for Underground tours and just 6 block easy walk to T-Mobile Park. Good breakfast to start the day! Highly recommend.
Okay 4.5
Cons: There was so much construction next door to the hotel, it was terrible!! I wish we would have known that, probably would have booked someplace else.
Excellent 9.3
Pros: breakfast was pretty standard but good We liked the quaint old atmosphere of the hotel. wood work etc. The bed was great (room 207) Bathroom very clean and nice
Cons: out of your control was the construction and road blockage A little scary walking to the pier area thru street with transients pandering and approaching you. A shuttle service to the piers or the free tour bus stop would be nice. A room that could be used for an out call massage service of good repute would be a nice arrangement after walking all over the city. Client could pay the service directly and not through the hotel. A commentary of restaurants real close by, rather than those on the comercial map that where for the most part far away.
Excellent 8.3
Cons: Construction outside made it very noisy during the day, beginning at about 8:00 am.
Okay 5.5
Pros: Not much. Outdated. Not well maintained. Carpet in hallway bunched up. Construction site next door. Couldn’t use my frequent stay number with BW even though I paid the hotel directly. I’d never stay there or recommend it again.
Cons: Not much.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Very clean
Cons: Very small room and not many tv.chanels
Good 7.5
Pros: -The breakfast was a good variety compared to other BW I have stayed - staff was helpful and kind - easily walkable to waterfront and pier - great historic area
Cons: -Construction next door was very loud - rooms are very small, packed with furniture - needs upgrade- carpet and curtains are wall to wall - after dusk there are lots of homeless or tweakers out but this seemed to be the case anywhere we went in Seattle not just this area
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Loved the character of building. Historic location.
Cons: There was construction going on we didn’t know about. Noisy during the day. Luckily we were gone most of the day.
Mediocre 2.5
Cons: I got charged twice for my stay....I am still waiting for my refund.,,,communication with the management very bad, I would not recommend this hotel to nobody. At check in they said they will not charge me with the card i provided but they did We paid our bill at check out with 2 different credit card. one day later, the card we provided at check in got charged. They are scamming clients....do not stay there.,
Excellent 9.7
Pros: good breakfast
Cons: in-room ac fan was a bit noisy and took a long time to cool the room
Okay 5.0
Pros: The staff was very nice
Cons: It said it had an indoor pool so we canceled our reservation at another hotel to this one. They did NOT have a pool and they did NOT have a workout center. Very very disappointed. When I told the front desk they said we can see about getting you in the
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had variety. Neat, historical pictures on the walls.
Cons: No bar fridge in room.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location. Ease of getting to everything we wanted to see and experience.
Cons: Elevator is small and slow.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The check in staff was outstanding. Went beyond just checking us in.
Cons: Fireworks going off at 1am just around the corner of the Hotel. The birds didn't like it either.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Pullout sofa bed was so comfortable!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Bistro
Cons: They forgot roomservice day before we left. We didn’t want it first day.
Good 7.5
Pros: -Location -Spacious rooms and washroom
Cons: -Staff,except Mr Roul, were curt and stoic. They did their job,but lacked the xtra mile effort to be pleasant to their customers, especially since they are Mariott!!Expected more than this!! -Wash basin was in the bedroom, suggesting it was a refurbished studio! -At this price, breakfast shd have been included. -The hotel alleys outside rooms were confusing and a bit cramped
Okay 5.5
Cons: Pool was not available during our stay. We booked for a hotel with a pool and that was disappointing. No parking.
Good 6.8
Pros: Good location to pike place and the stadium
Cons: The check in process was a huge ordeal, they tried to charge me twice even though I told them it had already been taken care of. My room was very small and didn’t have a pull out couch even though I paid for a room with one. So disappointed in this stay. I was here a few years ago and it was amazing.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The bed was amazing. We were on the second floor so the view was not there, but we had a great time and it was easy to walk everywhere.
Cons: You need a breakfast/brunch type of buffet. Could not find the ice machine.
Good 7.5
Pros: Location and crew very kind they answered all my questions
Cons: Transportation
Good 7.5
Pros: Location
Cons: The neighborhood is not safe, particularly late at night
Good 7.0
Pros: Location was excellent and convenient for multiple needs
Cons: Hot water in shower was temperamental and did not last more than a couple minutes, could not eke out more than 2-3 minutes worth.
Good 7.0
Pros: The room was nice.
Cons: The location unfortunately wasn’t good. The proximity to the homeless shelter did not make it safe in the daytime let alone evening.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was very good.
Excellent 9.3
Pros: Great staff, clean as a whistle, good location for Georgetown and Boeing Field.
Cons: Tabletop ironing board was a super pain for a traveler having to look decent for work meetings. A slightly musty smell.
Excellent 9.3
Pros: I felt safe and comfortable there. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. After a day of exploring I slept eight hours! I loved having the coffee ready when ever I got up.
Cons: I had to ask three people to help me turn on the tv...finally the maid got someone to help. I think they just put a new battery in the changer.
Excellent 8.8
Cons: Hard to get a free wifi connection. The signal was weak in my room
Excellent 9.5
Pros: This hotel is close to everything by Uber, has a great local scene in the nearby neighborhood, and possibly the friendliest and most helpful staff anywhere. Also, the breakfast, coffee, and tea are all modest in proportion yet excellent in quality. This is a special establishment.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: breakfast was modest but well presented.
Cons: they could add juices to the menu.
Good 6.8
Pros: Affordable and not far from city or airport
Cons: It's a bit aged and the lighting could be brighter.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff was always very courteous and helpful. Always had coffee and free laundry. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Very accommodating, we had large moving truck and they worked with us to park it at the hotel. Had to stay extra days due to apartment not being ready. They were able to give us a room for the extra days.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was awesome, clean room, we couldn’t hear our neighbors. Bed was comfy and plenty of linens.
Cons: They were remodeling some areas and I would have liked to know that ahead of time, however we never heard any work being done as we were there on a weekend.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Awesome staff
Cons: Uncomfortable bed. Weirdly small pillows
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Location was very convenient, just 2 blocks from the 5 freeway, a few miles south of downtown Seattle, and close to the airport. Room was clean, staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful.
Cons: View from the room was lousy (industrial scrap yard). Breakfast was good, but all carbs - no eggs, meat, etc.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Wonderful staff. Everyone was friendly, cordial and helpful. The hotel's breakfast has good coffee and tea and wonderful local yogurt. Very active in re-cycling and composing. A good I repent Hotel and hope it'll stay that way.
Cons: Some stuffy odor on hallway and in room. Took care of the odor in room by open I g the window and turned air-condition to low temperature and high fan.

Cons: A little cluttered and dog barking in early morning Breakfast was good but not much choice
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The breakfast food was excellent. I enjoy my breakfast food such as yogurt, apple dessert, egg, bacon and toast.
Cons: The matteress was a little uncomfortable.
Okay 5.8
Pros: Beautiful bathtubs House key available. Nice neighborhood Amazing Breakfast and Morning staff assistant.
Cons: Itty bitty toddler beds. Having to last minute change rooms due to staff being odd. Not a B&B inn/ hotel It is a Airbnb with owner downstairs/hovering Beds weren’t so good/ plastic feeling/super creaky
Excellent 9.3
Pros: Very helpful staff, amazing breakfast.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Nice location, great hosts and amazing breakfast!
Good 6.3
Pros: The location was in a quiet neighbourhood but not far from a bus route. The breakfast was very good. The owner was very helpful and ordered taxis for us when necessary.
Cons: The bathroom and toilet was downstairs which I needed to use several times a night and I was not aware of this when I booked.
Good 7.0
Pros: Quaint little home. More of A Airbnb than a bed and breakfast or inn. Liked the vintage feel. Breakfast and morning assistant was super amazing. Bathtubs are gorgeous.
Cons: Didn’t stay in the original rooms booked due to one in the basement and one upstairs- just felt uncomfortable-host wanted us to stay in same floor-even though that Ment itty bitty toddler size beds for my 12&16year old children. Our bed in the large room-very plastic feeling/pillow also-plasticity was odd.
Okay 5.8
Pros: The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good
Cons: Bathroom and toilet was on a different floor
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location and facilites were Very convenient
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The Chittenden House is charming, welcoming and so comfortable. I stayed only one night with a friend, but it could not have been a better experience. We had the Evergreen room so each of us had our own room, a rare find in travel accommodations. It would be good for a family traveling with one or two children. There was a completely equipped kitchen in the suite, a living room and a private outdoor area with table and comfortable chairs just outside the suite. The neighborhood is totally quiet and feels secure. Breakfast was delicious and very generous in quantity, with freshly home-cooked food. Marcia is a delightful hostess and had suggestions for sight-seeing. I would go back in a heartbeat.
Cons: Nothing!

Cons: A little more light in the room
Excellent 9.3
Pros: A very good, very clean, but basic hotel. Value priced, and one of the few places to stay in West Seattle. Guests should be happy as long as expectations are reasonable.
Cons: The furniture is definitely showing wear and needs refreshing. In-room AC cycled very frequently. Bathroom was small but functional. For those who care (I don’t), be aware that room access is from the exterior.
Excellent 9.3
Pros: The staff was very friendly. Needed a place in West Seattle to stay for a wedding I was attending and this was the perfect one. Would definitely stay again!
Good 7.5
Pros: Clean, quiet & staff was good.
Cons: The shower head & toilet were loose. The property was built in the 60’s. It’s had a facelift but it needs another.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: It was nice:
Cons: Not much!!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Stayed for three nights. Room was clean, had everything you need. Thereby fullfilled my needs. Staff really professional. Informed us about a (planned) water outtage and had alternatives prepared. No noise from surrounding area nor traffic. Got a close bus stop bringing you to downtown in 20 Minutes. Breakfast was inclued and is a good continental breakfast.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: I was visiting son and grandkids, so I only slept there. But it was clean, nice, and convenient to family. A weasel ran up to me in the parking lot. I spent my adult life working in Alaska, so it didn't scare me, but surprised me.
Cons: Everything OK.

Pros: It was a heart trip. It was one of the best experiences I had in my life. I love the pretty lady who is the owner of this house, and she made the best breakfast and created the greatest moment for us.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Delicious breakfasts! Very convenient location, a short drive or walk (though there are some hills) to downtown Mercer Island restaurants and shops. It is easy to get to downtown Seattle or Bellevue from here. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Joann was a great hostess.
Cons: The bathroom in our room was very small, not a surprise in an older home.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: JoAnn is the most wonderful and warm-hearted host.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: The innkeeper makes you feel very comfortable and serves a different delicious and succulent breakfast every day. Good bed also. A quick Uber ride to/from downtown ($6, $11 at rush hour) makes it a great value.
Cons: Everything was great for me, but some guests might want to know there are stairs to the room, no TV in the room, and the WiFi reception is uneven in the room.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: JoAnn was brilliant. The breakfasts were enormous, but 'negotiations' meant we planned the following days fare early. She is an outstanding host.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Exceptional hospitality and service from inn keeper
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location to Downtown easy to do but far enough to relax

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The host was very caring and helpful. There was a sense of homely comfort. It was not so far from the center, a 25 minute bus ride.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Mary was a great host! She provided breakfast with great coffee and made really nice pie and cookies for us. She even gave us a ride to town and picked us up at the light rail station after the fireworks on the 4th of July. She gave us some suggestions to visit in Seattle which was very helpful. Her dogs are really sweet too :) The location is not too far from town, easily accessible by car or by the light rail that is within walking distance. The room was clean and we had everything we needed. Thanks Mary!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Mary was a wonderful host who couldn’t have been more helpful and informative. The house was cozy to live in, the food was great and the dogs were as lovely as their owner! Would highly recommend, probably the best B&B I’ve ever stayed at! Thanks again Mary.

Cons: Not particularly.

Pros: I really liked the fact each bed has its own lamp, air fan and plug sockets. Also there are some lockers for each bed.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Quiet atmosphere and simple process to check in
Okay 5.8
Pros: Nice to have breakfast in a hostel. Friendly people. Location okay, not very close to downtown but if you like to walk, it's no problem.
Cons: Oncomfortable bed, room temperature very warm, lots of streetlight shining through the window during the night.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The staff and the breakfast.
Cons: The rooms were very hot, just need a ceiling fan or screens on the window so the window can be left open during the night.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Breakfast
Cons: More comfortable mattresses
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Free breakfast (bananas, oranges, instant oatmeal, toast and bagels with cream cheese and jam. Water, ice, coffee and tea available anytime in the kitchen. There's also fridge, microwave and stove for use. The hostel is clean and very well maintained. Excellent location. There's free Waterfront Shuttle bus stop, right across from the hostel. Train station is also very close by.
Cons: No AC in room, but that's expected (stated in room description)
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location and cleanliness of the rooms. The additional information and event nights or mornings were useful! Clean bathrooms!
Cons: It's not that great value for money and rooms are a tad on the small size. Sink light wasn't working.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly staff, nice common areas, decent breakfast
Good 7.5
Pros: Loved to meet neu people in my age
Cons: The other ones in my room payed less ( almost 10$ per night!)
Excellent 9.3
Pros: It was a good hostel, very well connected to light rail and major public transit, I recommend it very much, the breakfast is not very good but if you can get past that it's really good. The staff is very nice and there's excellent Asian food within walking distance.
Cons: Unless you come down at like 7am breakfast is terrible, just not worth it. It's very bright so bring a face mask and earplugs. Area is kinda sketchy at night.
Excellent 10.0

Good 7.0
Cons: Sort of a sketchy neighborhood. No window screen on our window, so we didn't want to open it for cool air. A bit over priced for the room we had.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I liked that the house is secure and clean. We were very comfortable.
Mediocre 2.5
Pros: Nothing at all
Cons: First of all you only get one bed I requested multiple rooms or would've bought out the whole loft. The other residents were rude and loud and the host was no nonsense even when she was all about the nonsense of herself and ridiculous standards along with a misinforming advertisement stating a quadruple room loft. If you were to cancel she’ll still deduct the funds from the account truly horrible
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Nice and tidy
Cons: I did not know when I’ll receive the PIN from the property, I’d appreciate if I knew when my pin was coming.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: The host was very kind and communicated well. The space was clean and user friendly.
Cons: The soundproofing throughout the house isn’t very good. We could hear everything and we had some loud neighbors that came and went multiple times throughout the night which disrupted our sleep.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: comfortable bed, clean home, great communication with host
Cons: No screens on windows...
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Convenient and quiet
Cons: Taxes and fees were way too much. Almost 1/4 of my bill was in these fees.
Mediocre 3.8
Pros: Towels were clean and white
Cons: No house number was given when we booked. Lack of personal touch. We felt a little unsafe and we could hear everything from the other rooms, even when they were plugging their phones.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Clean and really comfortable bed. The convinent service with pin numbers. I personally liked the Othello neighberhood which is peaceful and clean with Safeway and nice vietnam restaurant. Thanks very much to the property ower, Ms Lee for allowing me to leave my luggage in the accommodation temporarly after checking out.
Cons: The neighborhood is so quiet and dark at night time. so please stay inside after 10pm if possible.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Affordable, mini fridge and microwave, lots of channels on the tv, and parking!
Cons: Stains on the towels.
Okay 5.8
Pros: Hot water. Air. Fat pillows. Ice machine. Parking. Location. Mostly quiet. Flat screen. Bathroom window. Surfaces seemed clean. Short drive to downtown. Dispensary and food within walking distance. Clean towels. Comforter was a nice pattern. It wasnt horrible once we aired out the room and got settled in but not up to what I would expect paying $120/night.
Cons: First and WORST thing is the room freshener or some overpowering stench of a scent emanating from every room. I had to open all the windows and run the air for several hours to eradicate the offensive, sickening smell. I think it was finally dispelled completely by day 2. It was sooooooooooooo gross and foul. Bare feet were dirty/black after walking on floor. Had to wash before getting in bed. Old mini fridge w/sticky thermostat. Bed on wheels on hard floor. Bed not the most comfortable. One bedside table due to room size. Outlet on one side. External outlet on lamp nonfunctional. Had to unplug cable to charge my phone. No window screen on main window.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: There was hot water.
Cons: There are clearly people who live here. It is not a sound proof room and not restful. I genuinely did not feel safe traveling alone at this hotel.
Good 6.0
Cons: After my friend slept in the bed she found a tic in the sheets.
Mediocre 3.8
Pros: Nothing.......
Cons: The location is fairly close to downtown but it is in the worst neighborhood. The breakfast was not good at all. The quality of food they provide is too low quality. The owner is trying to save money by providing cheap and low quality stuff. The room we got had too low height shower. The toiletries provided is trash. I would not include this motel with breakfast included. The garbage in the patio area was stinking and all the garbage was falling off and looks like the garbage can was not cleaned from days.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Location was great, close to Safeco.
Cons: Leftover food boxes in refrigerator, bathroom walls literally looked like they were never cleaned. Shower head was so low that even my 5'3 friend had to crouch, water did not drain from the shower and ended up standing in water. So disgusting!
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Easy access by bus to downtown, good basic continental breakfast, great choice of munchies in office, comfy bed.
Cons: Sketchy neighborhood
Mediocre 3.8
Cons: Noisy, very scratchy area, poor maintenance, expensive.
Poor 1.0
Cons: Ants in the bathroom, on sinks, in the shower. Particles of stuff on/under the covers. Stunk. We slept fully clothed with our hoods and shoes on...
Okay 5.8
Pros: The room is surprisingly large. Night clerk was very helpful. That was especially welcome at the end of a long day.
Cons: The electrical outlets need upgrading. The were loose in the wall and often hard to connect chargers and other electronics into the electricity.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful loved all the movie channels HBO etc
Cons: No pool or gym but we knew that coming here
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very close to downtown Seattle. Good value for the money. Very very friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Easy in and out parking. Breakfast included, small store with basics in the lobby.
Cons: Its not really their fault, but the motel is located in heavy industrial part of town, semi trucks are going around it all day and night. Windows and doors are not soundproof so you better pack earplugs if you want to get ANY sleep.
