I had a room closest to Foam street. The street noise at night was a little load at times.

Pros (+) Free parking and free breakfast. Free coffee any time of day in the lobby. Staff was very friendly.
Cons (-) Room doors did not have anything to slow them so doors were constantly slamming throughout the hotel. There was also quite a bit of street/traffic noise, as our room was on the back side.
