Pros (+) Free parking and free breakfast. Free coffee any time of day in the lobby. Staff was very friendly.
Cons (-) Room doors did not have anything to slow them so doors were constantly slamming throughout the hotel. There was also quite a bit of street/traffic noise, as our room was on the back side.

Pros (+) location can't be beat. the room was big and clean. the showerhead was awesome. free parking was amazing.
Cons (-) too pricey for what it is, but that's monterey. we were right by the elevator and stairs and it was noisy with all the foot traffic. next time i would request a room away from the elevator and stairs.
