Pros. I have stayed here before and had a great experience on the second floor with a single bed and vaulted ceilings. It was comfy and a good price for a great location.
Cons. This time I stayed in a double room on the first level and it was a totally different experience. I could hear every single step the family in the room above me took. The front desk staff asked the family to be quiet which helped, but it's not practical to rent a room at that price for what felt like a hostel level experience. Literally every step made a loud creak. I didn't get good sleep for 3 nights and left feeling tired and irritated. The room itself wasn't as nice as my previous stay and the bathroom is small and difficult to share.
Pros. Comfy beds, loved the free parking and breakfast , excellent location for walking to Fisherman's Warf and Cannery Row.

Pros. Staff was very helpful They allowed us to check out 24 hours early. made a new key for us at 1 am. Close to water and Cannery Row. Beds were comfortable. Free parking.
Cons. Inn has become run down looking. There were no complimentary beverages in lobby such as tea, coffee or cocoa. Our room looked shabby. No pictures on the wall. We had problems with the TV one evening, could not get working till next day. Fireplace has it's flames sooo low you can not see them. We had stayed at the Inn about four times prior, and were disappointed. A new building was put up in front of hotel which completely blocks view.

Cons. Construction waking us at 7:00 from the neighboring site. Room highly smelled of bleachy cleaner. Road noise came right in. Breakfast is nothing to boast about.

Pros. Right on the bike path. Close to everything. Fireplace was perfect for the cold night!
Cons. Carpet was old and kind of dirty. The breakfast area was super small. The rooms without a view are not worth the money.
Pros. I love how close it is to cannery row. My husband and I walk for a romantic evening on the town and have a nice walk back with no worries of parking. It's cozy and quant.
