The facility is first class and in an excellent location. It seemed that they had a problem with staffing. I spent 2 nights with no room service the 2nd day and had to reuse towels because they had no more. They either need to purchase more towels and bedding or get competitive with salaries and hire more service staff to keep up with need.
Pros. The 2 bed/bath suite was spacious and clean. Great for 2 couples with small children. The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was nice. And the shower was hot! Wish we could have stayed longer but will certainly stay here again!
Pros. We enjoyed our stay, and will return to Homewood Suites whenever visiting the Montgomery area. We were highly impressed when we overslept and missed breakfast, yet the staff accommodated us by gathering breakfast items for two hungry visitors!
Cons. Can't think of one complaint...had a wonderful visit!
