Vehicle did not live up to ad, very small not a 7 passenger 4 bag vehicle. we had five adults and 4 bags and were cramped!2.0 Poor

nothing, tried to get it cancelled for over 2 weeks, and still don't know if it was cancelled or not!!!!!Cons:
answer the phone or have a customer service person, or something that would help old people, that are not computer savaory. to assist us old people8.8 Very good

The staff member I talked to was nice, I was in and out quickly and the rates were fine for the car I was driving (Chevy Sonic).Cons:
I dropped off my car on a Sunday and the office was closed. I had been told to park in any of the open numbered stalls, but when I arrived the lot was full of cars that had probably also been dropped off during closed hours. It seems like they need a bigger lot if there are going to be so many cars, it was not easy to navigate, especially in the dark.5.6 Fair

The manager, was not friendly, asked him if he need the insurance that I paid for, he said no didnt need to see it, didnt take me to the rental, pointed at it in the parking lot, and said thats it, didnt come out and do a walk around, for scratches or dings. suv had a very small fuel tank.Cons:
the service, could of given me alittle bigger SUV, seens I was driving to flordia. couldnt write up, for me to get the suv a day earlier, so had to call the corporate office to get that done, they didnt understand why he couldnt of done either. nothing to write the time, date, milelage down.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Pros:
Due to a long line in the Lafayette office and another customer who changed his preferences for a car at the last minute, the clerk kindly gave us the other customer's original reservation, a Camaro, at no extra charge. He also made it easy to return the car by not requiring it to be returned full of fuel. This was an excellent experience for our First wedding anniversary overnighter.Cons:
The credit card charges took one week to appear, making payment confusing.Avis

The guy who helped us was really nice. Very convenient pick up/drop off location.Cons:
There was only one guy working, so when we came in the office no one was there. He was in the garage vacuuming a car. Too bad there isn't enough staff to have someone cover the front desk and someone else clean cars.Budget

Almost a new car, clean kept While taking and returning the car, it was the same service person, so affable and accommodative in answering all queriesCons:
