They had all of the on site facilities that I could have wanted. I did laundry(they sold single serving detergent), for example. Very nice staff. Breakfast was standard hotel food except they had 2 people making omeletts(still crappy 6-9 am hours..). Considering I'm choosing to stay at a nice place I would have liked if that was more flexible, but I'm probably an outlier. The spa signups were not very comprehensive, mostly my fault though. I went in expecting to stay at a spa hotel where that was the focus, but I got a very nice hotel that happened to have a spa. Prices were expensive for spa stuff but I didn't sign up ahead of time and it wasn't well communicated, but that's mostly on me for not asking ahead. A small gripe.
My daughter and I stayed one night while visiting colleges in the area. The price/room was as good as I've ever had (we did get a pretty good discount from hotels.com). Property and room were clean and well-maintained and the breakfast was better-than-average. Bonus at breakfast was a nice covered patio. I will stay here every single time I am in the area as log as the price doesn't creep too high. The free greeting cookie was a little dry -- just kidding! even the cookie was good.
Perfectly clean, custom omelette at breakfast. 1:30 a.m. Staff not friendly. Morning staff much more friendly. Breakfast omelette cooked to order. Cleanliness.
Cleanliness. Staff friendly. Good breakfast. Excellent wifi. Not many nights open at the bar.
What can I say but WOW! The staff was always friendly and went out of their way to make you comfortable and feel like one of the family. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and quiet (even with guests next door). Breakfast was great with made to order eggs. The lobby was warm, inviting and decorated beautifully for Christmas. You can't beat the location either. There's a mall just across the street with a bowling alley and very large movie theatre, grocery store just across the street as well. And if you're hungry there are so many restaurants to choose from within walking distance. Why would you want to stay anyplace else? There was nothing I didn't like.
Directv, free Wifi that wasn't too slow. Room and bathroom clean. Good size bathroom. Small room. No courtesy check-in parking. Breakfast area too small for size of hotel.
Had a problem with our shower and the front desk person was pretty great. She upgraded us no problem. We stayed there in April and it was very nice. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly. This time the first night a group of people who weren't staying there were scoping out the parking lot. The stairs were dirty with the same stuff for 3 days in a row. It just wasn't the same place.
Friendly staff. The place felt clean The beds were squeaky and uncomfortable.
The beds were very.comfortable and the room was a good size Not really
Location Staff isn't as courteous as expected. Overall fair attitude. Regular rates are overpriced. No fridge or microwave in hotel room.
It was clean and well staffed Air Conditioning--it shuts off the AC when you leave the room (motion sensor I believe), so when you return at the end of the day, the room is uncomfortably warm, not cool.
Very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff gracious and welcoming. Breakfast was hot and good. Parking close. Excellent experience! No
I love the memory foam mattress' every time I go that's the best thing. The Breakfast Is ALWAYS GOOD AND Very filling. I love the ayres hotels I usually try and stay at all of them this tI me though the cleaning crew bothered more than usual. 3 x's they came to my room after the first time I had told the ladies they could come back when I get ready to check out that I would be checking out by 11:45. I was taking a nap and they continued to knock.
Very nice room, best hotel breakfast in a long time, fireplace! all for a good price.
Nice new and very comfortable.
The quality and spaciousness of rooms; energy saving design; pool and spa; breakfast Breakfast area crowded and chairs, while comfortable, where too big for the tables; received only additional bar of soap during 7 day stay; toilet paper rough; pool towels not replenished or very small.
Room was very nice, plenty of room. Had a great cook to order complementry breakfast.
Very well built. This hotel even located by a very busy highway, it's still very quite. The patio area seems relaxing! I recommend.
Our stay was perfect. Staff was awesome. Hotel was very clean!!!
Not a lot to due near by leaf blower started outside a 5am
Loved everything g about it
For cost of hotel they should have free WiFi in rooms
Loved everything especially the spa and personal service.
Staff was amazingly nice and everything made you feel on vacation. I was charged over $200 in "authorization fees" even after I had checked out and when I called to find out what it was for they told me they didn't know and it "should" clear within the next few days.
a most beautiful property. so many artifacts from so many different parts of the world. several restaurants on the property. the staff are helpful and polite. very early in the morning there was work being done outside my room that woke me up and lasted for at least an hour and a half. that was very annoying.
Downtown riverside idiot started leaf blowing at 5am
Our stay would have been perfect if we hadn't been assigned a room above the event hall. The music was so loud that the floor was vibrating below us intermittently from 6pm to modnight and we could hear every song, every scream, every time the DJ said something. I wanted to take a bath and knew I wouldn't actually be able to relax. We wanted to watch a movie but had a hard time hearing the television when the music came on. I went to bed early with ear plugs in. We called the front desk several times and they said they were unable to move us and unable to give us a refund so we could check into another hotel. My boyfriend took on the brunt of the conversations and he became super upset. I could feel his blood pressure had gone up when I held his hand. Though unable to offer us a solution they were very generous in their attempts to make our stay a positive one. They comped valet and also dinner at the hotel restaurant. The next morning we were able to enjoy the hot tub and pool. I would definitely stay here again but not on a weekend probably and I would absolutely call ahead of time to make sure there's no large events happening that include a DJ. Very, very loud music at wedding. It felt like our room was above a club.
The Mission Inn is a beautiful, historic hotel located in downtown Riverside, Ca. The lobby and restaurants are lovely. The hotel staff is courteous and accommodating. The carpet throughout the facility appeared old and dirty, especially on the stairs behind the registration desk. The rooms definitely need freshening up. NOT what I expected for more than 200.00 per night. I was disappointed.
The building and ambiance is incredible. Their decorations at Christmas are a sight to see. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The restaurants and bars at the hotel were truly outstanding. The check in and check out was horrendous. If the building wasn't so nice, that would be enough not to come back. The employees at the front desk weren't the most pleasant of people to interact with.
Shower didn't work. Didn't have time to wait around for it to be fixed.
needed a little getaway and MI did not disappoint more towels at the pool
I liked the fact that I paid 99.00 for a room with 2 beds and a small living room, It was a small suite. I didn't like the swimming pool. It needs to be cleaned and new carpets are needed in the room I was in 342
Staff was flexible and accommodating for my needs
Clean spacious room at a fair price Coffee maker didn't work
Staff was helpful and friendly. Facilities were recently remodeled and clean. Affordable rates. Housekeeping uses some sort of deodorizer, the room had an overpowering odor. I had to open window to air the room out.
Nothing.... We checked in earlier but didn't actually go to our room until 1:30am we had to meet family for dinner; when we got to our room exhausted their was a trash can under a large leak in the roof dripping it was right next to the bed. It was a good thing we had a king size bed so we could sleep in the middle and right side of the bed. The sofa pull out bed was dirty stained and the blanket had not been cleaned. So we stayed in the bed room and dealt with the dripping noise and went to sleep finally. I did complain the next morning to the manager why they would give someone this room knowing it was raining and having the trash can their. She gave me her card and offered a 30% off stay another time. I would never stay at this Comfort Inn again
I stayed here for 3 nights while looking for a place to move to in the area. I checked in very late and being a woman traveling alone I was hesitant to see what floor I would be on but the gentleman at the front desk put me on the secure 3rd floor without me asking so that was much appreciated. My single king room was extremely clean (even smelled great), bed was very comfortable, the breakfast had a great variety of food and drinks. Very welcoming place and for an awesome rate. Not the more picturesque location as it is in an industrial area but I had no issues with security or safety.
Spacious room, would return if I need to go to the area. Complimentary breakfast was nice, good price.
Location Room was tainted with cigarette smoke smell, claustrophobic, 88 degrees in hallways, AC in room was like an icebox, temperature extremes and horrible front reception rude as heck.
It was clean. Staff was friendly. Nothing
We arrived earlier than expected and Janice was very helpful and welcoming to accommodate us. I had stayed here before and was very pleased to come back. We Loved the room. Was well cleaned. Bed was comfortable. The room was a great size. The only thing we had a problem with was that they put us in a handicap room and the shower was extremely hard to use being as the toilet area and shower were one big open area and the was no shower curtain to divide or an easy way to use it
The fact that we were on a floor with access to the outside grassy area for pets was great. The kitchenette had a fridge and microwave. Nice stay. The shower could have been slightly cleaner or updated faucets.
Did not like the light switches, coffee pot was in a very difficult to operate, and very awkward to use in that place, good coffee. Good sleep, Good places to eat near by.
price, location, amenities, parking, all good.
Large rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff. But the extra that put this hotel over the top for us was their complimentary happy hour from 5:00-7:00: 2 free drinks and tacos in the cozy dining area. After being stuck in snow traffic for hours, this was just what we needed to unwind!
The price They gave me a room with the t.v messed up and dirty blanket and I asked for another room they said no
The room was different, it was inviting . The front desk staff on check out was rude and accused me of having a pet without personally verifying this, and refused to refund my deposit. The deposit wasn't a big deal, it was the point of the matter. And her piercing wasn't appropriate.
It wasnt good at all Still waiting to hear from the manager My night stay was not good my husband fell in the restroom getting out shower do to the light going off and on by itself. Then we had pizza and woke up to ants in the pizza. I woke up itching bumps on my arms frount desk saw my arms all bumpy.
The only thing I liked about the hotel was, you could tell the company made adjustments to bring the room up to date. There were so many things I did not like about this hotel. One of the worst experiences.
The fron de fron desk exelent The continental breakfast poor the worst hotel. Door don't close in good condition because who's broken , the window was in bad condition, broken y don't back to this hotel
Location, bright clean paint Yes, there were bugs and ants in the bed, I spent the night knotting ants off of myself. My guests complained as well. I had to buy bug spray.
The staff, I was assisted by a young woman I believe. There was a difficultly with my room at first but she fixed it and was very kind.

The room very nice The bed sheets had staples, my 4 yr girl poked her self..I made a complaint and the the night receptionist was rude. .she didn't even had the courtesy to apologize. .so sad !
Close to work place They didn't clean the bed
We were always short towels The motel needs security guard at night, as I noticed several times a lot of traffic within hotel that made me thing that they were looking for cars to break into
Hotel location is near the freeway. Located near resturants, grocery stores, and gas stations. Room was clean, had refrigerator iron blow dryer TV flat screen. The mattress was very uncomfortable, you could feel the springs. The pillows way to soft, had to bundle them together to get support.
Big Room. Visibly Clean. Spiders!! Breakfast is Coffee and those gas station donut things.
locatiin is super convenient The main desk people. My sister xame to pick me up with her kids, and the guy at the front desk wanted to ivercharge me becausae he suspected me to have squeezed 5 people in a 1 bed room

Price was ok The phone in the room did not work at all, could not get a dial tone or call the front . The remote volume buttons worked only sometimes and the volume buttons on the TV were locked so when the remote decided not to work you could not use the TV buttons.
The location was good by everything
Close to the freeway They don't tell you that they charge 50 dollars deposit.
1st of --the owner&his family--need to take some classes in business &hotel!i know they own the place, but if it wasnt for hard working Americans, like myself--without customers --no hotel..&;i was really upset before i checked in,because that wasnt the#1
The gave me a smoking room instead of an non smoker , keep in mind I have asthma and my son. The night we check in decided to stay two nights they guarantee the same rate but in morning different staff charged us more.
The lady in office and TNT channel to watch playoffs. The man in office rude.My boyfriend is in a wheelchair, after his bath we needed more towels they would not give them.We paid with a credit card and still had to put $50 holding fee.The blanket had holes. The heater smelled awful. There was a bug in tub.
The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The fridge did not seem to work. It was not important enough for me to bother calling the desk about it. The location is not stellar but it is very convenient to the highway.
Super clean, great size rooms, great price point. and the free breakfast layout is far beyond most hotels "continental breakfasts".
I cannot say enough good things about their complementary breakfast. Surprisingly robust with plenty of room and a friendly cleaning staff. Overall a great way to start the day. Not faulting the hotel for this, but the location leaves much to be desired. East Hospitality Lane is rife with places you've heard of, which doesn't make this much of a "getaway" location. Luckily we were here as a place to stay that was "out of the way" of our actual Southern California vacation destination.
The rooms were not "amazing" but overall this hotel is VERY nice and very accommodating. The breakfast is amazing. Even though other hotels have breakfast included, I did not mind paying $11 for a huge, delicious breakfast. Comforters should be larger and warmer.
The size of the room and the nice glass shower.
Polite staff. Very nice hotel with many amenities
Comfortable and clean room.
room was very clean. beds were SUPER comfortable! Tv was up to date. service was good. we got water and snacks for being hilton honors club members! bathroom wall paper was pretty dated and didnt match the black granite. the shower curtain was too high so when we took a shower the water got all over the bathroom floor. the couches or seats had weird stains on them but still seemed clean.
The room was very nice and spacious. The beds were so comfortable The parking lot was so small. We had checked in and went out with friends. When we got back to the hotel it was late, but there was only 1 spot available and it was between 2 big trucks.
Clean room, Keurig machine in the room and Neutrogena soaps. Shower was nice and large. Bed had a controller to adjust firmness. Wish the breakfast was free. The television had an HDMI cable but when we attempted to connect the laptop to the tv it failed to work. Pool was small and the overall hotel was rather small.
Room was upgraded from suite to larger suite. It was a bit confusing trying to figure the system for ordering breakfast. Not a major issue.
Very clean, friendly staff, easy access to parking & local businesses. Would definitely stay again.
The room was a nice size. Two things I didn't like about my stay was paying for Internet. And they said I could only have one device on the Internet. I have a smartphone and a computer. It would have helped to both use Wifi. The other thing was they started cleaning the carpets for a room 2 doors down for the room I was in at 8:30 in the morning. Not a big deal but I was trying to sleep in and the machine was right outside my door. It was very loud. However, when I mentioned it upon checking out, they comped the Internet. So it made me feel better.
The room was clean and spacious. The location was convenient.
The hotel was generally clean in common areas and the room itself. Not luxurious, but very functional. We booked 2 queen beds and unapologetically were told only a single King was a available. I would have booked a different hotel and skipped the Hyatt. I got barely an apology and had a very unpleasent night in a room not suitable for my family.
The staff were really friendly. We ordered food from the restaurant downstairs and it was the most disgusting food hours can eat.
Only good thing is the proximity to downtown. We were woken up at 6 a.m by a fire alarm they couldn't turn off for over 30 minutes on my boyfriend birthdat (reason for the stay). After leaving the room for the day and coming back at 6 p.m we noticed the house keepers never even came. When we called the front desk to let thme know the situation wasn't addressed nor did they offer a solution. Plus we paid 24 dollars a night for self parking. Terrible time and accommodations at the Hyatt. Such a shame we will not be returning to this hotel.
Room layout We were upgraded Spacious room Pillow top bed that I could not get into. Glasses with the ice bucket were not wrapped at all and water spotted
I've stayed here several times now and always enjoy my stay. I was surprised and disappointed to discover that they started charging for overnight parking. I've never stayed at a hotel that doesn't allow someone to park there for free.
Breakfast was good. Staff was terrible and room smelled and sheets were dirty.
The noise level was so quiet. I loved that. Staff should let loose a little. Shouldn't be awkward when talking w guests. The tv was placed pretty awkwardly too.
Our room received no service on Friday, the first time this has occurred to me in a motel
Nothing Walls were paper thin, staff was very loud during the day. Freeway noise at night was unbearable. Staff blew me off, said everyone complains. Breakfast was gross and not wry sanitary. I travel for a living and spend a lot of time in hotels. I rarely rate them, but I wanted people to be warned that this is not your usual Hilton/homewood suites stay, more of a motel 6 environment.
The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was great and clean and comfortable. I liked everything.
I stayed here with two young children when visiting family in the area. The gentleman at checkin was very friendly. He was very polite and checked us in quickly and smoothly. The pool was fun for the kids. It seemed clean and kept up. The full breakfast was good- normal for this type of hotel. Oh and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms were ok. Just felt like it needed updating. The carpets looked old and a little dirty. The fabric couch was in need of a good steam cleaning or just replacement altogether. Smelled a little musty.
The hotel staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean, attractive, quiet, and spacious. The breakfast was robust and tasty. The landscaping was exceptional. We had bougainvilleas blooming right outside our window!
Location of my handicapped room right off the elevator Lights in bathroom on motion detector and shut off every time I was in the shower.
Very nice, clean hotel. it was a little pricy, but since I was here for an event, a lot of hotels were sold out so it was not a shock.
Temperature control on wall and super comfy bed!
Attentive, Beautiful , Friendly
The staff was friendly and professional! The suite was very nice and very clean. The front desk workers were extremely helpful and the housekeeping staff was pleasant and extremely considerate.
It was being renovated, but the changes will be nice. I don't appreciate Kayak advertising that it is a Hilton when it is not.
staff was courteous... especially front desk girl Adrienne Carpets and the feel wasn't the cleanest. But possible renovation going on.
Right off the highway. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. This is not a Hilton property as advertised by Kayak, therefore it was difficult to find. The hotel was going through many remodeling projects. The plumbing was bad and the power went out for about an hour during my stay.
Our stay was amazing! The Double Tree was very clean and just great in general. The shower. Very little water comes out and you have to wait a whole for water to get hot.
Hotel is no longer a Hilton and under renovation. A very serious health issue of a family member brought us together & we took 3 rooms for out-of-town family. On the check-out day we advised the "front desk" (actually a table in the gym) that we would keep one room for another day. As it neared check out time, the maid came to say that we had to leave as the room was already booked to someone else (who was sitting on the floor next to the room waiting to get in!) Went to the "desk" to state my disappointment and was treated politely, but in an unconcerned manner with "We overbooked." Is that MY problem. Hilton probably would have made arrangements for a rom somewhere else for us, but The Hotel San Bernardino did not. Attitude of overbooking and sending guests packing without notice. Tacky, tacky.
I liked the atmosphere. It is a good place for a business trip - the breakfast bar was pretty good. The front desk staff was courteous. I was on a lower floor facing the parking lot, there were obnoxiously loud people drinking beer from the trunk of their car until about 10pm. This is not a hit on the hotel as much as it is some of the guests.
Loved the black out curtains. The breakfast was great also. The beds were comfortable and had a good night sleep. Nothing
Very clean hotel, close to the university, which is why we were in Loma linda Would have been nicer to have a slightly lower price, but it was a good deal so I can't complain.
