Pros (+) Had a problem with our shower and the front desk person was pretty great. She upgraded us no problem.
Cons (-) We stayed there in April and it was very nice. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly. This time the first night a group of people who weren't staying there were scoping out the parking lot. The stairs were dirty with the same stuff for 3 days in a row. It just wasn't the same place.
