I booked 3 days prior for a 12:00 pm pick-up, when we arrived at pickup time they didn’t have a car ready for us. They said they had called the night before to let us know they didn’t have a car available but we never recieved a call. Instead of giving us a car they had outside in the lot they told us to call back in three hours to see if someone had dropped one off. When we called they did have one available and it was supposedly an upgrade. They have us a Ford Focus. Yeah what an upgrade. Wont be doing business here again.5.6 Fair

Picking up the car: The rental was under my dad's name but he only had debit cards to rent it. Hertz would not release the car under a debit card so I had to get off work and take an early lunch to put my credit card down. I didn't like that at all.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The staff weren’t helpful at all. The location my reservation was booked was closed due to covid. There wasn’t anybody I could reach by phone. There was a sign on the door saying to go to another location. By the time I arrived, and waiting in line, they said they booked me as a no show. Again, no phone answers, poor customer service, when I asked for help with other locations that can get my rental, they told me to google it.Cons:
