Cons (-) The room was very cold when we arrived at 3:30 pm. The heater was turned all the way down. After turning it on it was very slow to warm, and 3 hours later was still cold. I contacted the management expecting they might move us to another room (many were empty). But, instead he provided us with portable heater and told us that he would check the heater the next day.
