Far enough away from the freeway that it's quiet. Everything appears to be in new condition. The staff was very nice and helpful. Good breakfast. Very reasonably priced. Exactly what I look for on business stops. An occasional air liner takes off very early in the morning.
The rooms were nice, the food was good, the pool was excellent and the location was alright The children's hockey team was really loud and running through the halls.
Very nice suite-style hotel, very good amenities. What I would really like in the rooms is at least one recliner style chair/couch.
One of us has stayed here frequently over the last seven years. It has definitely gone downhill. Movies are by DVD only and our tv wouldn't play it. Staff is hostile. Breakfast tolerable only. I wouldn't return. As above. Booked through hotels.com and treated as second class citizen.
Beds were old
The staff was friendly, parking convenient, and located right next to where we needed to be. Our room was comfortable and clean. The jacuzzi and pool were nice to use. The elevator had a strong gasoline smell on one of the rides (this was fixed ASAP once I mentioned it to front desk staff). My key card did not work one time, and it was rather inconvenient, as I had my hands full of baby, luggage, and other things, and this required a trip downstairs and back. It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room, but you can't have it all. Overall, not bad.
Beautiful, comfortable, romantic rooms and location. Staff was excellent as was the food. Need more bath towels in room, please.
Very comfortable and stylish rooms with excellent facilities and a wonderful rustic reception/ bar area.
Felt absolutely taken care of and pampered. It's also walking distance to a couple of lovely wineries with tastings. Nothing.
It had an awesome outdoor hot tub and nearby sauna. It was really pleasant to be outside in the rain and in the hot water, tucked away in a private little courtyard. I was surprised to see so much alcohol readily available in the room. It didn't bother me, but I wonder whether those with alcohol issues would do well being in a room with bottles of gin, vodka, and wine so available.
I liked the theme and the atmosphere of the hotel. It is in a quite countryside like area, yet close from business and shopping facilities.
The staff here is incredibly friendly, even for an expensive hotel. They go above and beyond what one would normally expect. Very dog friendly too, a huge plus for us. When we checked in they delivered a dog bed and bowls to our room, very cool! Construction at 8am on a Sunday? Surely that couldn't wait for midday during the week...really frustrating given how much you pay for this experience. Only complaint I've got though, this place is amazing.
The staff was very accommodating. When the fireplace did not operate, a staff person did his best to remedy the situation, and when it still did not operate, we were offered a different room. We chose to stay in the room we were already in. a few minutes later, under our door appeared a note authorizing a free breakfast for both of us. The breakfast was delicious. I don't like the stark ambiance of the room. I prefer cozy. a working fireplace might have improved "cozy," but husband and I are just not into sleek and modern. We also do not the emphasis on alcohol (all manner of elegant bottles in the room); we don't drink alcohol.
The bed and linens were great. Atmosphere was relaxed. Proximity to the winery & Red Hook Brewery. My husband did not like the shower head placement -- no big deal to me!
Very comfortable for a family or as a couples romantic getaway. We've experienced both. Loved both trips! Extremely friendly staff! Looking forward to our next escape! : )
The friendly and helpful approach to guests when it became apparent that nothing was regarded as insignificant
Everything about this hotel is amazing! From the complimentary wine while checking in, to the pet friendly amenities- I was impressed with it all! Me and my husband live 20 minutes away but feel like we are vacation every time we stay here.
The spa services and programs
Tv or internet did not work.
The hotel was nicely set up and the staff were nice. The room.was spacious and allowed plant of room for wheelchair access. Both the hotel lobby and room were clean and comfortable. The only down side to my stay was the fact that the spa was not ok working.order when I stayed there.
Location, amenities, room The front desk attendant, right after I checked in called my room stating the previous guest had forgotten something and wanted to inspect the room. She could not tell me what he was looking for and asked if I could leave the room for a few minutes while he looked around. Are you kidding? had I been in her shoes, I would have apologized to the guy, and told him unfortunately the room was now coupled and that they would check once the current guest departed. But that's not what happened. Inconvenient and unprofessional. Will reconsider staying here again. She did compinsate, or attempt to, by giving me a discount on the rate. But the concept has me floored.
Had to ask for coffee pot and coffee, and the bed is hard as a rock.
The staff where fabulous, the manager is very personable and got to know the guests... Very rare to see. The room was very very clean. Breakfast was great a fantastic selection and Happy hour is fantastic... We are now regulars.... Nothing
Excellent location for shoppingpursposes. Hotel rooms were clean.
Location The fact that I asked to get our floor vacuumed the first night we were there and we stayed there for four nights and still after complaining every night it still was not done when we left and the food area was a mess not very appetizing to have anything but coffee in all house keeping was very poor for the price we paid to stay there very unhappy with this hotel
Very clean and amazingly quiet for being so well located to shopping and the freeway. Free breakfast was phenomenal and the offer of evening snack(appies) was a big surprise. A very good value and a place I will stay at any time. Nothing at all!!!
Clean and newly remodeled room. A bit noisy but not enough to lose sleep. Rest loacation to stores and restaurants as well as my office. The nightly wine reception didn't have the best selection but the woman serving was very friendly.
Breakfast and Happy hour
I liked the lobby area and the breakfast available. The rooms were very small compared to other Embassy suites that I have stayed in before. The facilities seemed old and tired.
I loved everyone including front desk specialist, house keepers, and breakfast cookers.
The added amenities of breakfast and the managers evening receptions were excellent along with the beautiful atrium setting mad this trip a pleasure. The only complaint I have was that I have was, to do my return flight check-in, I had to pay for a slow internet access.
Clean great staff easy access to everything r Room was warm with no way to open windows for outside air there doing construction to the inside it smelled like chemicals cause the construction
Located centrally to Lynnwood area Did not respond for request for regular coffee. Coffee maker not cleaned daily. Breakfast was mediocre at best. The fruit salad had a tangy days old taste. The eggs were powdered eggs. After a few bites we decided to go out to breakfast each day.
Hotel was in a nice area, easy to get to and not on a super busy street. Room was spacious and laid out well. It was definitely nice to have a fridge and microwave, as I ended up with leftovers from eating out. While it was big, the bed was a bit uncomfortable. Also, whenever the people in the room above walked around, the ceiling creaked and you could hear every step. Those two things combined made it more difficult to get good sleep.
Room was nice - seemed renovated, whole rest of hotel did not seem renovated Room was nice - seemed renovated, whole rest of hotel did not seem renovated.
The beds were fantastic. Great amenities. Could have been cleaner.
Clean, comfortable rooms. Terrible wifi and the TV signal went in and out. Shower alternated between scalding hot and freezing cold in 30 second intervals.
Amazing value for the money
free coffee and cookies, free breakfast, pool and general decor oh yes included fee wireless aqccess
Great pool and breakfast. I asked for two adjoining rooms and when we went into one it was still dirty, and housekeeping had already left for the night. They could not make any other accommodations but moving the second room down the hall. It was very frustrating.
Good price and clean room I book two two-queen-bed rooms, but no two-bed room for me when we arrived.
Everything a good breakfast
Very Quiet...Friendly Staff....Lovely Breakfast....Clean
The beds. Oh the fantastic beds. The bed linens are amazing too. Love the Neutrogena products as well. Rooms are spacious and very clean. We love the clean, warm, minimalist design. The parking garage is awful. The spaces are way too small (and we had a compact). The hotel staff needs to monitor the garage better. Many guests were parking in two spots and effort I supposed to avoid door dings. This is extremely frustrating when all parking spots are taken. I counted at least three vehicles that had intentionally taken two spots over the course of a four day stay. Very thoughtless and rude. The staff needs to deal with these guests.
Room was clean. Free beakfast. Pool was small. No hot tub. Parking garage was a nightmare (all compact spots) and really full. Staff was rude. Next time I'll go to the Holiday Inn for nicer rooms, hot tube, and nice staff.
It was an enjoyable stay. Clean rooms comfy beds The parade is tight if you drive a truck, manageable but very tight
Very modern facilities, everything like new. Polite and friendly staff. Good layout. Secure underground parking. Pillows were a bit soft and the comforter was fairly heavy, so the bed was not the most comfortable. No view from our room overlooking alleyway. Not enough parking spaces for all guests overnight.
We stayed here the night of my bachelorette party. The hotel staff was amazing, we were able to check in early to set up and they were extremely personable. The larger suite we booked was huge, very clean and comfortable. It felt like home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again.
Suites, breakfast. I would come back. Wish there was a bar.
The business center allowed my husband to get his work done while we all slept. There was no high chair for eating breakfast. It was difficult to feed my family while keeping my 2 year old in a chair. It was frustrating to start my day with no high chair. The hotel wasn't family friendly to young families.
We used this hotel as a "base" for heading to the national parks in the area. It was comfortable, clean, and the staff were friendly. A little noisy next to the highway.
The breakfast was amazing. We also had a spacious room. Price was right!
The breakfast was nice No shower pressure to toilet ran all night.. horrible smells in the hallway.
Super staff; courteous, helpful, and very professional. Room looked clean until further inspection. Too much dust, and the bathroom floor could've been cleaner.
Room was clean and had everything you need for a nights stay. Front desk person was nasty over the phone when I asked if they could match the Kyak rate. The trains across the street might as well be inside your room. THEY'RE LOUD!!!!
Nice place to stay. Very close to our conference site. Impressed with the quietness considering it was next to I-5. Nice breakfast menu.
The staff at front desk absolutely excellent. First rate service. Trying to find the hotel at night. Very difficult.
Very good stuf and it was close to what I want Every thing was good
Excellent service and location!
Very nice staff. Difficult entryway for disabled people. Parking has very narrow ramp to door. If it's raining though there is no cover. Unlike other La Quintas this was an older property than I expected and was a bit run down.
Nothing They wouldn't let us stay because we were not 21, but the law says we could have stayed. It ruined all of our plans and made prom really uneventful.
Reception was professional & friendly. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and the ambiance was quiet. There was also a junior hockey team staying on the same night and the staff was able to check us into a room well away from the boys.
The staff were wonderful. We booked La Quinta because they are pet friendly and we were traveling with a small dog. The staff made us and the dog feel welcome. Even came out to greet and play with the dog. Just a bit tricky to get to but otherwise fine. Our dog hated the elevator.
Good value for the money; clean, comfortable, easy access off the highway. The highway noise was too loud with the window open, so we had to leave it closed.
the nite shift desk ckerk was extremely helpful, he even printed off a map for me for the next days trip
This is a comfortable hotel that would rate 3 stars. The breakfast could have been a bit tastier as the omlettes were pre-made and a bit rubbery. I feel a simple continental breakfast would have been just fine .
