Clean rooms, good sized pool and spa, good meals. One single small cramped elevator, wicked hot inside the elevator.
I loved the breakfast, light dinner, coffee machine in lobby, good Wi-Fi, local shuttle. Great value. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Didn't get to visit pool or fitness center, but I'm sure they're nice as well. Housekeeping was non existent. Stayed 3 nights and never had the trash emptied or linens exchanged.
Excellent location, very close to shopping, several restaurants (though the facility serves a wonderful breakfast and dinner), and the medical facility we were there to visit. Easy access to freeway. Definitely would stay again. Elevator is centrally located but far from the rooms on either end, which was a bit of a problem for my elderly mother.
Clean, spacious, quiet, good food, great value, friendly staff, comfortable beds Nothing; perfect hotel stay.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice, comfortable rooms. Ample complimentary breakfast.
The sinks outside the bathroom, in the room, was an irritation with small children sleeping. Obviously nothing to be done about it, but wish that we could have had a closed door and lights for using the sink after kids in bed.
When I called with questions about my reservation the staff member was so nice! He made me even more excited to stay with you guys. Our room was a lot bigger than we thought it would be and we wished we could have stayed longer than just one night! The free breakfast was a HUGE plus for us and it tasted wonderful! The gentleman helping serve breakfast was also very nice to my spouse and I. Some of the decor or the carpet in our room seemed a little dated and had some issues but overall it was fine!
Easily accessible and convenient to airport, shopping and ski areas (especially if you have a car). Friendly and helpful staff. Large rooms with WiFi included. Good breakfast. Immediate neighborhood a bit dreary.
I had to find a hotel quickly due to repairs going at home. This location was close, room was clean, the staff was great. They provide a light dinner as well as breakfast. Both meals were good.
Clean and quite. Extremely nice staff
My wife and I loved the setup for the rooms for our family. Gustavo helped me out alot with the reservation as well, it really means alot when someone goes the extra mile. All the staff i interacted with was very kind and they made sure to greet us whenever we went by. Great job!
well I liked how they was ready for us when we got there they even mentioned right over in that room is where are the the group that we lose with I hate putting it out the room for the convention he talk to his about the swimming pool and the staff was great I really appreciate it how they took care of the members of the conference and I hope this helps you out the whole thing Joe was one of the best quotes about being there he was always ready for to help when you needed it
Clean room. Spacious, nice bed. Knit picking, shower head was "cheap"
Friendly, helpful staff. Nothing.
Everything was nice and clean from the staff to the rooms. Beds are exceptional so is the staff. We extended our stay and changed rooms from a suite to a standard room. The standard rooms do not have refriderators or microwaves but when we asked they brought both to our room. No complants about anything
The staff is very good, rooms are clean, easy access to freeway, if room rate was 25% higher it would still be a reasonable room rate.
The staff is amazing and helpful, the rooms were clean, updated, and huge. People were stomping upstairs all night, but, that's my only comlaint
Friendly staff, very nice rooms, good breakfast, convenient location.
Convient for my purposes, getting car repair, doctor's appt.
The rooms were very spacious and very clean. The elevators were broken and we were not informed about it after waiting for a long while with all of our luggage we decided to use the stairs. I understand things happen but a common courtesy would have had front desk tell us and offerd any help with our luggage. My neighbors were very loud and obnoxious how ever I did not call lobby which is my fault but possibly having security do a walk through through the halls at night would be a good idea for this hotel.
Rooms are spacious and clean Front Desk staff where not very knowledgable
No continental breakfast
Easy to park. The staff was excellent. Our room was very nice. Well kept and clean place. Would recommend to anyone.
Very clean Not enough parking
because we have ordred by Kayak we could not get a recit. We have had trouble with Water from airC and that is not a **** hotel and at breakfast sometroubles
My family really liked the pool and fitness area. We even ordered poolside meal service which was delicious. There was a snotty lady working in the fine gift shop who gave my 3 year old and myself the stink eye as my daughter hugged the bulldog sitting at the gift shop entrance
We enjoyed the room, the view was great of the city, and we could walk around to where we wanted to go. The bath tub didn't drain and so we showered in a tub full of water.
Bed was very comfortable room was very spacious Lots of noise from the parking lot area at 11pm sounded like a street sweeper going through the parking lot
My ground floor, corner room was noisy--both from traffic and the creaky floor upstairs. It was inconvenient to have to go to the lobby for wireless internet.
Safe and clean Needs to be updated
Clean rooms, absolutely immaculate grounds. All trees, bushes, and flowers were trimmed to perfection. Nothing
It was an absolutely beautiful and amazing hotel. It's right in the city within walking distance of great places to have dinner and drinks.
We loved the elegant atmosphere and the professional staff. The spa area was especially nice. We thought the parking was hard to follow.
Beautiful grounds and pool, Princess rooms, and very friendly attentive staff. Jack in hospitality greeted us, gave us great recommendations, and went above and beyond to make our stay welcoming and made us feel at home. Can't speak highly enough for the amaxing and genuine staff. Truely a luxury hotel with first class amenities. Only positive things to say.
The hotel was immaculate. The rooms were superb in size and furnishings. It was a very good value for such luxury. The grounds were also beautiful.
It was awesome. The staff went waaay above and beyond what was expected. Are you kidding me??? How about this....We couldn't stay forever???
very good service, friendly staff, decorated beautifully for the holiday season. great location, close to everything. we did not find an in-room coffee maker, which we would expect for our junior suite.
Great hotel with a great staff. One of the best values in the country.
By far the staff. Very impressed with the level of customer service. Here's a few odd things- I needed their wheelchair and it's in very bad shape. The left little front wheel is crooked and it has no foot rests. The lids don't fit the Starbucks cups in the room's coffee service. The bar bolt on the door (room 142) was very loose at the screws. The smell of the orange mint toiletries was offensive to me.
the king bed No.
Excellent hotel and brilliant service, the view from our room was amazing and the staff were very helpful, room was brilliant came with all things we needed
Great staff. Room was very clean and comfortable.
Recently renovated, very comfortable, free parking (unusual for sheraton), real hairdryer 1875w, big lcd tvs, kingsize bed, very spacious room, great location, etc. No minibar (not even empy) in the room, no services directory in the room, phone line was dead and remained dead throughout my stay, one of the side doors that leads to the parking lot remained open because of a carpet that kept it from shutting (security issue), very noise air-conditioning system.
I just stayed 1 night with my family and beds was very good. I request to set refrigerator and internet access fee is charged free.
The staff was amazing! They were all so polite and just wonderful. The room was fantastic as well! Nothing!
She ratings are on e of my favorite hotel chains. When we got there, we got an upgrade and got a spectacular view of the city. Loved it
Great view to watch the fireworks. Nothing.
The spacious room. The long walk to our room.
Beds were horribly soft.
The room was clean and updated, needs an updated tub though. The bed was comfy and tv was big. The tub and shower were not as clean as the rest of the room; would have liked a more updated and bigger tub. There was a dog that kept barking, I understand the hotel is pet friendly but it was annoying because it barked for a long time at night and again early morning. Maybe get thicker walls or something to muffle the sound? Also heard room cleaning and vacuum very early above us.
Our King suite room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle service was prompt and only a 15 minute ride from the hotel to the airport. The hot breakfast included in the room price was very good.
I had just had surgery and was on crutches. luckily there were some nice people staying there as well because the staff didn't seem to have time to assist me. even though it appeared they were doing absolutely nothing but watching me try to hobble out to the shuttle with my luggage.
Solid hotel, good value, excellent staff
convenient location and great price, free upgrade to suite on arrival for a six night stay.
Distance from airport, comfortable beds, good price
The hotel was very accommodating. Upon are arrival in Salt Lake City we called the hotel for pick up and they were there within 7 minutes. Our reservation was made over the internet so checkin was harmless. We were given two keys to the room and also two vouchers for the included breakfast the next morning. The breakfast is eaten at a sit down restaurant attached to the hotel. Their food and service was excellent. Great place to stay while in SLC.
close to airport, comfortable beds, good Chinese restaurant. Nice place to stay during my transit.
The personal was nice but The place need to clean more all the facilites The pool, you don't have nice lobby to relax, the hallways smell bad, was dust in all the furniture in the lobby
Price was great, shuttle from the airport was really convenient. I wish I would have gotten the young man's name who drove the shuttle and worked the front desk that evening (December 13th) because he was terrific at his job and was an asset to this hotel. He was a true hospitality professional. Beds were comfortable, and the room was clean.
Very very close to airport, close to airport parking, close to downtown, helpful airport pick-up & drop, indoor pool/hot tub, complimentary breakfast. Clean, tidy and fresh rooms. Not enough vegetarian options in breakfast. We got a call in the middle of the night at around 1AM, asking that we change the room since we were allocated the room meant for someone else which was very unprofessional and we refused.
Comfortable beds, close to the airport and complimentary breakfast. One of our two rooms smelled as if the floor was moped with dirty soap water. Difficult to tolerate the odor. Also, not enough towels in the rooms which were very worn and rough.
The paint was new, but that was about it. Everything was out of the mid 1990s, including an old bubble tube TV and, seemingly, mattress. Worst night of sleep I've had in ages.
Clean place with friendly staff. They even threw in a free breakfast with our stay. It was also an easy walk to the mall. The room had cool art but, the heater was very loud. Something wrong with the fan. Also no bathroom fan oddly enough.
Love the location, very close to Salt Palace. The pool area was also nice. Not worth the price for anything other than location. Bathroom was pretty dirty, the room was nothing special. Our mini fridge was leaking when we checked in and the floor was wet. They sent a new one right up which was great. I wish the floor elevators went straight to the parking garage. It was mediocre for my expectation of a 4 star hotel.
Excelent facilities, particularly the gym. Good restaurant as well. Very helpful staff. Great city centre location The outside looks little sad, but once inside is fine
Rooms were clean and neat Was told that there was a airport shuttle....not Check in was @ late! Got into room @ 5. Had to put luggage into closet by front desk while we walked around downtown, waiting for a phone call from them stating that our room was ready. We were not the only ones either. Was told that our stay included the breakfast, found out after we had already had eaten....
great downtown location, close to it all would have liked a fridge in the room, other then that wonderful
Very good central location, the motorized bed system to get a better confort was astonishing.
So close to the Salt Palace convention center. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were smaller than expected, with no microwave.
Breakfast buffet was quick and very good for this kind of meal. Waitperson was very polite and helpful. Clerks at reception desk also were great.
Accommodations were comfortable, inviting, and very convenient to Salt Palace convention center. Staff was wonderful. Service at restaurant was slow and sometimes absent. Disappointing, because the food was excellent.
The hotel met my needs and the location was perfect. The hotel staff was great and the parking was excellent. I would expect the Radisson to be a very nice hotel. The SLC Radisson was not a very nice hotel. The room was just an average room with sub standard furniture requiring replacement. I had a better room at a two star hotel. I don’t think the hotel should have charged to park at the hotel ($24.00 for two days was excessive).
Clean but with a definite 'run down' feeling, operated on a shoe string and it shows..convenient to convention center if there is no other choice.Personel is friendly and helpful, doing the best they can .. Noisy air conditioning and fan blowing in your face at the desk...sleep number bed a disappointment..TV set far from its prime...dinner quality worth forgetting at best..
Just a great place to stay, and good location. No complaints at all.
I was unable to go.......but my friend and her "special needs" son went......original 3 I had booked the room for. When arriving, Jarred had to use the restroom and the "clerk" was VERY rude and unfriendly. Sheryl asked if there was a public restroom and the clerk asked "Are you a guest?".........well she had a suitcase........rude, rude, rude.........they were never greeted or acknowledged the rest of the weekend.............so NO, I won't be staying there
I felt that the room was very clean and spacious, with a simple but stylish decor. The price was also much more reasonable than other hotels in the downtown area, as there was no major fluctuation between the weekend and daily rates. The continental breakfast was subpar, despite being hyped upon check-in as one of the hotel's best features. I also had issues connecting to the internet, and had to cycle through several different networks before finally staying connected.
The pool was the perfect temperature and all sidewalks were crystal clean after the snowfall.
Nice enough place. Good pool. Rooms clean. Overpriced in the summer. Staff lied to me about room availability. Had booked the rooms for a week and then received an invoice the second morning. Was told nothing was available and they were sorry. Then I booked a room online and the staff proceeded to give me attitude. Breakfast setup in a way that it can't accommodate the number of guests. Parking lot is a hangout for homeless folks. Stayed there many times in the last few months but will never go back.
There breakfast is too notch!!!!
The room was very comfortable, especially the beds . It was was clean. There was plenty of room to spread out. The breakfast food was not good. Most of it tasted and looked like it sat around for a long time. The table area is tight, especially with many families with small kids. Fortunately there are restaurants close by!
Price and service
The hotel staff was friendly and gave helpful advice on local places to eat and even printed out MapQuest directions. The rooms were large and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was great with a nice selection and plenty of food to fill you up. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Even though you are downtown, the airport is only a 5 minute drive away. My husband was concerned about a homeless shelter a block away but we never had any trouble.
Breakfast included. Decent selection. Room smelled like a smoker. Bed could have used some padding. No couch for kid to sleep on.
Great breakfast every morning
I stayed here with my sisters the night before my wedding and I loved it. I was not expecting such a luxurious lobby but I was pleasantly surprised! This hotel was a great value and made me feel fancy before my big day. Parking is turrible
Nice place, great location and walking distance to shopping mall. Hotel room clean and spacious.
Unplanned overnight in Salt Lake due to flight cancellation. Hotel is ideally located (really is adjacent to Temple Square and City Creek). Squeaky clean. Deco lifted from a set of "The Americans," or maybe something five or ten years earlier. Not old, just old.
Within walking distance to city creek Room was very small. Run down. Needs up dated. Not worth the money. Water hot then cold in shower. Staff was ok.
Nice place, great location, has been recently updated with décor, bed was very comfortable, room was clean, free internet with good service Staff was knowledgeable but a little slow, price was a high versus other locations of similar quality, not a modern or chic building but very serviceable.
Great location! The water in the morning would be hot and then cold- not very comfortable!
The location is great. Light rail stop right out front. Half a block to the convention center. Only feet from the Salt Lake Temple if you are interested in sightseeing
I liked the location and friendly staff The old rooms and broken heater, loud refrigerator. Not the cleanest bedding.
VERRY CONVENENT FOR MY STAY AS I WAS IN THE DAYS OF 47 PARADE AND I LIVE IN CACHE VALLY. I BOOKED AT THE RIGHT TIME. GOOD RATES .
Everything we came to Salt Lake City for is within walking distance of the Salt Lake Plaza & at a very reasonable price. This was my second visit & would stay again when I return to town. It would be nice if parking were included in the rate, but the $5.00 fee is reasonable & parking is secure.
Conveniently located next to Temple Square, within walking distance of the convention center. Easy access to lots of local restaurants/shops/bars. The staff was always very nice, and the light rail from the airport stops directly in front of the hotel. My room also had a great view of the Temple Square area and the mountains in the background. Not a very big room, although I didn't need a lot of space as a solo business traveler. The bed wasn't the most comfortable I've slept in, but it could have been much worse. They offered the option to not wash the sheets every day if desired (in order to save water and resources), which I appreciated, but did not offer to do the same for the towels.
It was in the heart of Salt Lake City across of Temple Square, across of Abravanel Hall, and City Creek Shopping Center. The free fare zone helped to get around using the train in front of the hotel and several buses nearby. Nice view of the city from the hotel. I found a few stains on the upper part of the shower curtain, lack of space to put luggage down, and a cold draft coming from the balcony door even though it was closed. This was mainly due to the snow storm though.
The daily parking seemed a little steep given both the parking garage and surrounding streets were basically empty.
It was clean. The staff was courteous, friendly, helpful and well informed. It was close to Temple Square and Shopping! Great atmosphere! No microwave or refrigerator in room. Also I don't like that they charge you for bottled water, $3.00 seems very high!
The firepits and lounge area No outside pool or hot tub. Room wasn't as nice as I was expecting for the money.
The location was excellent and the facilities were very nice. The young man who first met us as we drove up was very, very friendly and helpful. We had trouble getting connected to the Wi-Fi. When we did (with the help of their out-sourced IT) it was a very weak signal. Also, when we got to the hotel, the place seemed a bit chaotic with wedding guests, wedding parties and tons of people clogging the entry way.
When I was working I stayed at this hotel year after year, and appreciated the little extras they had. This room was very basic, no extras or frills - but it was close to the political convention I was attending.
I didn't like that you had to pay for parking each day and you had to pay for WiFi.
I always stay at the Hilton, it's great location and pretty luxury althought there's many more luxury hotels, Hilton is great in price and location, close to bars and City Creek Mall The extra charge for parking should be included with the stay
Rooms are clean and comfortable Room was not ready when I arrived
Plenty of accessible outlets, comfortable bed, clean sheets/towels. Terrible coffee/no coffee maker in room
Very little. Exhausted after a long drive, I arrived at 10:30 PM. Initially, the young man at the desk gave me the key to an occupied room. When he discovered his error (while we were at the door of the room I couldn't open because it was locked from the inside), he put me in second room that reeked of cigarette smoke. Then, the Jacuzzi-style bathtub sprayed water all over the place because of the poor installation of the faucet. Then I discovered that the Jacuzzi jets didn't work. While I was in the bathtub, housekeeping tried to enter my room — at 11:00 PM! Shortly thereafter, a woman (apparently a guest) started pounding on the door. She's apologized when realized I wasn't the person she was looking for, but still, it was after 11:00 PM. The next morning, house-keeping started tapping on all the doors down the hallway. They came to my room and tried to entered again, while I was in the bathroom.
Staff somewhat friendly and upbeat though didn't seem properly supervised, lots of goofing around and standing around not doing work Room was in terrible shape. I found the fridge disconnected and so unable to use. Carpet was ridden with stains - black, brown and red (blood?) Walls were in poor condition, badly mended holes and screws in walls, picture frame mounts without any art. Bed linens and pillows all had stains or tears. Bathroom light was out, the shower fan also did not work. Shower head pressure made it impossible not to flood the bathroom. Security - none of the side entrances were actually locked or secured as they say they are supposed to be. Would NOT recommend.
inexpensive filthy room. faucet and toilet broken. Poor front desk service. I complained and they offered me a free night. I stood at the front desk for 15 min without anyone showing up. Horribly run Hotel. When I first arrived the front desk worker was outside smoking with a large group of friends. Very unprofessional.
It was not very expensive and there was a tv guide on the tv. There was a water stain on the ceiling and it looked like part of thr ceiling stucco would fall down. There were stains on the pillow cases and a sticky substance was on the night table when we checked in.
There was no blanket on the bed and one of the pillows did not have a pillowcase. The sheets and towels were stained, the bathroom was not very clean, the coffee pot was missing some parts, the shower-curtain was ratty and hanging by only a few hooks. The parking lot had some sketchy characters in it. The staff who checked me in was barefoot. I had to keep having my keys reset because they wouldn't work when I got back to my room. Dump.
The bed were great. The floor was wet in the sink area and sticky everywhere else... Trying to get breakfast was a lost cause. We tried and then left and went somewhere else and paid for it. One waffle iron and a 6 foot counter with this size hotel is just stupid!!
Price and location. The shower head was plugged and needed to be cleaned or replaced. They plug for the tub was not working, and the towel rack in the bathroom was pulled away from the wall. Breakfast wasn't good, when they said breakfast was served until 10am, they really meant 9am!
Bed, TV & Location. Bathroom is small and had drainage issues, breakfast needs more selections & laundry needs new washers and dryers, 2 out of 4 broken.
The bed was very comfortable is the only good thing I can say Horrible service, first room they have is was still dirty and it went downhill from there!
The staff was so nice and very accommodating! Their Bambora resturant was amazing! The best food I've ever had! It was so good that we ate there for dinner and breakfast. Wine/social hour was very relaxing. It was a fabulous get away!!!
Well decorated, nice overall. Other people's showers so loud it kept me up, knocking on my door when I have do not disturb tag hanging, if you arrive late at night your reservation may disappear, parking is stupid expensive considering cost of room, no parking for large vehicles.
Loved it here! Great place to stay! The staff is so friendly, definitely has a high end feel. Furnishings are very nice and unique layout. Very clean. Bed is very comfortable. I highly recommend getting room service. The restaurant in the hotel is to die for. They accept pets and welcome them with open arms. Valet service for $24 per night is very worth it! Lovely hotel!
My husband and I enjoy staying here because it's always modern, clean, sophisticated and welcoming. They are so friendly and the rooms have these fun and creative amenities, like yoga mats & animal print bathrobes. We often have overnight lay-overs and roadtrip pit-stops in Salt Lake City and the Kimpton Monaco never disappoints. No complaints
Location, friendly staff, decor Room 708 must be very close to ventsbof some sort because there is a hum going on the whole day and night, which could affect quality or sleep.
It was clean and centrally located. TL;DR We were overcharged for the room. The room was dark and tiny. We were "upgraded" to a smaller, darker room. Don't stay here. Paying via priceline was $40 more than the hotel website advertised. On a night when the hotel was nearly empty, we were given an awkward corner room that was poorly lit and the size of a closet. Front desk was nice enough to "upgrade" us.... to a smaller and darker yet equally uncomfortable corner room. The robes were threadbare, faded leopard print, and gross. It was so terrible that we questioned whether we were on Candid Camera. I've been a lifelong Kimpton devotee but never again. There are so many great hotel options in SLC. Don't waste your time or money here.
Restaurant was very good - except for the dogs. Staff was helpful and friendly Dogs
I would definitely recommend it . I am going to stay more over there Everything was great.
Nothing Customer service, cold hot tub, loud children, lobby phone ringing nonstop below our room, no TV or cable.
The price was very reasonable , overall the stay was comfortable. The Worst Possible Thing Ever! , my husband & I rented 3 rooms all 3 rooms ran out of toilet paper before we left on Sunday morn. The house keeping was very poor.
Great place to stay. In the middle of a business district so it felt safe, clean, comfortable and family run. Excellent bargain.
First, they overbooked and then it took them 30 minutes to get me the room I had reserved a week earlier Second, they were doing construction and allowed their contractors to shut off the water for about 30 minutes IN THE MORNING with no warning. So I'm in the shower full of soap and shampoo and the water just disappears. Third, the continental breakfast only had water, the juice machine was broke, but they made no attempt to even just put containers on the counter for the entire 3 morning I was there and the breakfast room for the entire hotel only had about 8 tables for literally 100 people and then an employee had the nerve to tell one lady she couldn't take food from the dining area.
Nothing was good about this place! I don't know if they were full and put me in the most disgusting room in hotel or if they're all like that. By far the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. I didn't want to walk on the carpet barefoot and wore sandals in the shower. I have stayed in hostels and motels and my room here was grosser than those. Wish I would have asked for a refund and left!!!!
The room was clean and the front desk staff was courteous and helpful The hotel was undergoing renovations and I wasn't informed of this before my stay. The noise was a bit much at times and made it difficult to meet with business associates at the hotel.
Clean comfortable room and decent breakfast. Convenient location. Nothing
The location was great. $15.00 for parking and no free wifi.
Bed was very comfy and big for me, my wife and out 7 month old little boy. Staff was nice and helpful. Had a great view from the 9th floor. Location was awesome. For a last minute trip, this place a gold to stay at. The bathroom was small, I have stayed at cheaper places with bigger bathrooms. Breakfast was over priced. It was cheaper for my family to go else where for food.
Clean, great location You are required to pay a $15 parking fee per day to use the only parking structure available on the premises.
Bed was awful. Lobby was stark and uninviting.
Bed was comfy...perfect for two. City view at night was amazing. Originally paid for the high rise but they tried to put me on the third floor. Desk worker Sage was very kind and helpful in getting us into a more appropriate room on the 14th floor. Small bathroom....small bathtub. Very few options for "gift store." 7 dollars for a bowl of cereal!!
this is one of the best hotels in SLC, the location, amenities and friendliness of staff is outstanding
The hotel itself is nice. It's comfortable, clean. Seems best for business or couples. The indoor pool was fun with a city view. We had a few problems with our room upon arrival. Online we had booked a room with a sofa bed, and the microwave/fridge. The room they gave us had no sofa bed for our kids, so they switched us to a room with no fridge/microwave. The staff weren't very friendly. When asking questions about breakfast, facilities, getting extra blankets and pillows etc. they were rude and treated us as if we were being incovenient with all these "silly" questions. The pillows were miserable! Down and feather pillows provide no support so it made sleeping on a nice mattress difficult.
the staff was great , the bed comfortable , room was nice parking was difficult , room service was a little slow
Great location and the view from my window was amazing. Very friendly staff. Clean comfortable bed. For the price the room was small, No spa, No coffee in the room. Not a hot tub, jacuzzi to be found. Room was hot. I was a very sad girl.
The rooms were all updated beautifully with modern bathrooms and very comfortable bedding. Would definitely stay again !!
Convenient to all the downtown sights. Back patio is right on Gallivan Center plaza. Great views of the mountains. Cheerful service from everyone, from valet to housekeeping to front desk. Dinner at on-site restaurant was just okay.
I liked where it was located. Rude staff, rooms smelled real bad. I found a dirty syrringe under the night stsnd. When I asked for another room they were out of rooms and rude about it.
No fridge Terrible air conditioning Too old
The place was terrible. It was dirty, old, the betting had holes in it cigarette Burns comma the bathroom faucets constantly delete and wouldn't shut off, the internet was terrible, the staff was incredibly unhelpful, and every morning housekeeping was incredibly rude, loud, and continue to knock even with the do not disturb sign on for different times. See above
Price Staff No Cable Outdated Television/Furniture Broken Shower-head Drugs used and sold in the parking lot no security
Honestly, there was not much to like. We've stayed here before and had an alright experience. This trip on the other hand was way past horrible. The bedding had stains and cigarette burns, mind you... this was a non-smoking room. The only sink was clogged with whatever was clogging it and standing water. The toilet wouldn't stop running, with extremely loud sounds coming from the pipes in the wall. The panels of fluorescent ceiling lights had a disturbing amount of dead bugs. The longer we were there, the more filth we would see. We had no choice but to change rooms because they would not refund. It felt like we were an inconvenience for the night clerk, who was too preoccupied with her friend and was apparently drinking alcohol. When we finally did check out, the manager did not seem to care one bit about this and refused to give us a reciept.
The front desk was friendly. My 8 month old granddaughter began sneezing and coughing immediately, when we got into the room. It was just so old and musty and full of allergens, I guess. But, there were also a lot of weird things, like toilet paper stuck into the peephole in the door, so that you couldn't look out of it. I expected it not to be the nicest, but it felt very, very dirty. And my son found a used needle on the ground just outside of the room.
Dirty, run down
Staff was friendly, sheets and linens appeared clean. Everything else was suboptimal: carpets, TV, down to the paint and drywall was ancient and decaying. No airport shuttle despite what is advertised on Kayak.
Clean room and well comfy bed. Better staff. Better clarification of fees.
The pool The television didn't work and the carpet was old.
Location: the best feature of this property. Super-easy freeway access and a quick, safe two-block stroll to the Trax light rail station (Courthouse - the first one in the downtown free-fare zone). Room: comfortable, quiet and reasonably clean though not spotless or super high-end Internet: free … if you could ever get it to connect for more than 2-3 minutes at a time Breakfast: meager and all starches, and I didn't particularly appreciate the numerous local homeless that seemed to wander in and help themselves each morning
This property is poorly maintained. The beds are uncomfortable, the tv (giant tube tv) had static on half of the channels and had a remote but no batteries. No phones in rooms. Trash cans outside room were full during my entire stay. Whole place was generally unclean. The street in front of the hotel is one direction and (fortunately) faces into the city and not away from it.
