Cons: There was no fruit at the breakfast
6.2 Good
Pros: Easy to get too. Located close to major department stores , (Walmart & Meijer) and on the main road. Bed was very comfortable and room Had seating (couch) for us besides the desk chair.
Cons: Key stop working on the side door even after switching out key cards. Shower room to small, door has to be closed to sit on the toilet cause the TP is behind the door. Single person sink (counter wise). And most irritating thing of all.... I had to move the tv/fridge/microwave/dresser to flip the switch on the outlet surcharge box (recommended by front desk) cause my popcorn tripped it. 3times! Well popcorn burnt filling the room and eventually the hallway cause I opened the door (lmao) with the stench. Oh and not to forget they had 1 elderly man working the breakfast area that could not keep up leaving people pissed. Poor guy! I will probably go somewhere else next time!
6.0 Good
Pros: The drywall in the bathroom was falling apart and the trim around the door was rotten from moisture. The TV was too small. This is 2017 and larger than a 32 inch would be nice. It was hard to watch! I know this hotel stays busy, therefore some maintenance should be done.

Pros: service
Cons: bathroom and carpet

4.0 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was small but it had a waffle maker, and they had HBO in the room.
Cons: Not enough outlets, the way they had the room setup with wall adapters and extension cords made it feel like a fire hazard. The alarm clock made a noise when the phone was next to it. The room smelled of stale smoke, and there was cigarette burns in the linen.

Cons: All towels were stained, bed sheets dirty as well as the shower. Smelled of cigarettes and there were spiders an bugs everywhere. Disgusting never again, wasted my money .. Almost bought another hotel.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Relatively cheaper price but if I had to spend more than the 7hrs I was there, I would have opted to pay 10-20 more for a cleaner place.
Cons: Staff was the usual "I hate my job" attitude but checked me in in a timely fashion. I rented a non-smoking room but there was a faint smell of cigarettes right when I walked in. I thought maybe it was coming from somewhere else but I found what was an obvious cigarette burn on the comforter. I even took a few pictures of it. Too tired to complain as I arrived around midnight, I just slept on the other side of the bed. Bathroom smelled like urine, was not pleasant so I just skipped a shower altogether.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: ground floor room

Pros: This hotel was a lot better inside than outside .Renovations were taking place so ,to be expected .The rooms were fantastic ! Updated and comfortable .There was the hotel staff of one ( when we checked in) who was great for being there for over 12 hrs.
5.0 Okay
Pros: It was available
Cons: It needed updating. The worst thing was the shower! The water fluctuated between all hot (scalding hot) to ice cold! It was awful! The worst experience I have ever had.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Horrible
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The property was undergoing renovations. Some amenitiies were not available. So a fair appraisal is not possible at this time.
Cons: Property was under renovation. Appears it was a Red Roof Inn as signage has not been updated yet. Met expectations for a budget facility.
1.0 Poor
Pros: The hotel is under reinvention and should be closed until it is totally reinvented.
Cons: Nothing is at the expected level.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: It had a tv, no remote though
Cons: They were renovating but the room was not very clean, the doors to outside were left wide open, I received a phone call in the middle of the night from a stranger who said I found you so I spent the rest of the night worrying I was about to be murde
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: The hotel is under renovation and it looks abandoned. It is more like an old road motel than an actual hotel. For the price I was expecting much more than what I had. Unfortunatelly I was travelling with my 71 year handicap mom and she needed to rest
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Price and location to our event. Our room was nice, update and clean. Comfortable bed, good wifi and nice TV.
Cons: Appearance! When you pull in you think it is closed. Hardly any parking lot lights, no sign by the road, lobby is very dark, hallways have dry wall pieces ground into the carpet, sink countertops laying in the hallway against the wall. Under construction
4.0 Okay
Pros: easy access once you find it
Cons: was the old Red Roof Inn in Muskegon, delapidated and badly in need of repair. Days Inn bought it and is rebuilding it slowly while renting rooms out. Mine had old furniture, a commode not bolted on and loose, mold on the bathtub ceiling, and a awfulodor
6.0 Good
Pros: A convenient location and a good price.
Cons: Hotel was just rebranded, remodeling is in progress. The room was clean and bed ok but the bath needed help, toilet was loose and there was a large black mold stain on the ceiling. It looked like the owner was new to running a hotel. Give them some time.
1.0 Poor
Pros: nothing!!
Cons: Definitely not a 2 star hotel. No remote, no glasses, dirty, no phone to report anything. We would have left except it was 11 at night and nothing else in the area. Worse experience of our lives and my kids could not sleep due to safety concerns.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing. Avoid at all costs. Rated WAY too high.
Cons: Hotel is tucked into a run down neighborhood. Did not feel safe at all, and drove right by. Do not stay or trust the star rating.

2.0 Mediocre
Cons: Our guys where there on business and everything was down, the elevator the system the cards would not work.
3.4 Mediocre
Pros: They brought in some great coffee from a local place. Location was okay.
Cons: It was gross (very dirty), bed was uncomfortable, no curtain, no phone in our room, gave our room to someone else after we were already checked in, (they resolved the issue, but it took a while, they acted like it was no bid deal), Elevator didn't really work, Ice makers were broke or non-existent, Stairs had trash in them, TV didn't really work, Shower sprayed water everywhere. Overall it wasn't a great stay and we won't go back.
4.8 Okay

2.2 Mediocre
Pros: There was absolutely nothing good about this stay.
Cons: The hotel was dirty, and the people were sketchy. The hotel is in a bad part of town and the pictures are so wrong it's not even funny. I will never again stay at that hotel or in that town. There are way better hotels for the same price outside of Muskegon heights. I would never suggest for anyone to stay there. It's not safe or clean at all.
2.8 Mediocre
Pros: Not sure
Cons: Too many things to mention here
4.5 Okay
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a pool coffee and vending machines. It was close to fast food. Not too far from down town. The sheets were clean and the housekeeping obviously did the best they could. The room had a microwave and fridge. The TV worked and had a lot of stations.
Cons: The chairs were old and stained. There was no blanket available in the room. There were small flies around the bathroom sink. The cauking around the sink was missing. The toilet paper holder kept falling out of the wall. In and around the microwave there needed to be some deep cleaning. One towel was clean, but had a strange odor.
3.7 Mediocre
Pros: There was a pool.
Cons: There was bad smell all around the hotel.Hair dryer and some charger spots were not working.Generally it was not same as on the photo internet.
