Pros: Let me reveal a Mykonos secret - in the very heart of Mykonos town, packed with tourists and very noisy, there is a short narrow path that in 30 seconds brings you to a large charming tropical garden, peaceful and full of plants and flowers. That is were the Villa Pinelopi is located. They should rename it Villa Paradise. We stayed in a beautiful studio with a comfortable kitchen, bathroom and a balcony facing Paradise. Beautiful! And amazingly inexpensive.

Pros: Accomodations are humble, but the service from Jenny and the driver Mike, was amazing. They took care of airport transfers, gave us great advice on restaurants and places to see, and made sure we had a great stay! The room itself was enough for our needs as most of the time we weren't in it.

Pros: A nice comfortable and quiet accommodation in the middle of the city (chora) of Mykonos. The Stuff was friendly and polite. The location is perfect. We enjoyed our stay in the City of Mykonos me, my husband and our little daughter.

Pros: The surrounding of the property had a lovely garden, room was simple but comfortable and nice with a balcony facing the garden, every day cleaned and tidied up with clean towels.. perfect! Also on our last day the receptionist Jenny was so welcoming and helpful! Amazing place !

Pros: The location was absolutely great. Just a 1 min walk to windmills. Bus stop at square only 5 mins. So close to everything. The room was great. Light and roomy. Good tv. Nice double door to outside tiny balcony. View over little square out front was great with trees for shade. A popular place for other travellers to rest and very popular with tour groups that stood out front taking pictures of the pretty square and houses.

Cons: There was a blackout in one of our rooms when my wife used the hair blower. Luckily we have a torch light to brighten the room and managed to push up the electrical circuit. After this encounter we dare not used the hair dryer anymore. Mattress was too soft for comfort and we strongly believe it is due to be replaced.

Cons: The bathroom was so small. Shower riduculously small. But the location and nice room made up for that, and I would stay again. I could not find the Alana and had a long walk with luggage around the area before I located it. Hard going with luggage up stairs in lanes. Asked many people where it was and they would say around the back or a few streets over. The streets they were referring to were not streets as I know them, only walking lanes. 3 other people that were staying in Alana while I was there had the same experience trying to find the place and one girl came knocking on my door at night desperate to find it so I took her upstairs around the side of the building where she found an unlocked room with her number on it. With no reception it is very difficult to locate. A shame as this is a big problem for Alana.

Cons: There is no reception and no flexible check in or out so it was a little challenging to have somewhere to store luggage until it was time to check in.

Cons: Shower is TINY and water leaks from the shower onto the floor from the shower curtain. It’s not a big problem but it just means you have to use a few extra towels on the floor when showering! Also a warning, if you arrive before check in and your room isn’t ready there isn’t anywhere to leave your luggage. Lucky for us, our room was ready early.
